If this 1o bagged I wouldn't give a ****e why they took so long for one why would they rush to re enter the market while it's like it's been they probably held off re entry till they sure its stabilised I'd be well happy with that outcome
Lamtree, having a laugh on a BB is one thing. IMO your posts are going too far now. We've had all the personal insults before until one of our friends left (again).
I suggest you go for a long walk before continuing on making jokes about mental illness. Some of us could end up with mental issues before COVID-19 lockdown is over...
Now that was funny Jarrovian.....good day to you.
You may be correct about that Ian_, but perhaps CITIC will be prepared to state that there is not a relationship?
I'll post any reply on the BB unless subject to an NDA..
I'm back...... Lancashire, hi, do you think in all honestly you could call up Santander bank and ask them if Lamtree held an account? client confidentiality may come into it....or is that proposal to contact CITIC a joke?
I will too .. cheers LL
There are email addresses on the contact page, and I may send CITIC an email.
I'm a shareholder but feel nervous about phoning CITIC! I may give it a try but I hope that someone else will..
good idea - are you not a shareholder then?
LondonT, maybe a shareholder could contact CITIC and ask whether they are in a relationship with EUA? Of course CITIC might not want to comment.
The CITIC contact details are - https://www.citic.com/en/media_center/media_contact/
TDT....
With regards to the search through of the Rosnedra applications, I’ve done my time and generally haven’t come up with anything that resembles the application.
Given there’s all sorts of parameters and data types contained on the spreadsheets, I found the easiest way to undertake the search is based on the GPS location which as for as I’m aware is N67.9 and E32.9.... please someone correct me if wrong.
There is the odd entry at this locations but nothing that relates to what I think is the site based on the 2019 records.
Have done searches under both N67,68 & E32,33.
If someone else wants to take the reigns, go for it.
I’m still of the thinking that it’s an extension of an existing application but if it was ‘new’ cannot see it. Again, there’s a **** load of entries so hopefully can be forgiven if it is there and I’ve missed it.
Good old FRAK.
I had one particular case where a BT person was flying up to Beijing to renegotiate a deal with the Chinese for a phone contract. The contract had been signed and sealed. However the Chinese decided they didn't like the terms and invited BT back to renegotiate again regardless of the contract already having been signed.
Have any of you seen or dealt with NDAs with a Chinese company? I dealt with many people who stated they had worked all over the World and China would be no different. And then they dealt with China and you know what? They found it completely different.
The current situation with the virus with respect to China may give you a small indication of the way they operate differently to the rest of the World.
Cheers Aubrey..which is why I asked the question ref. Resumption of operations. Good to go.
Stockdale
NDAs are wide ranging. There will not be a super injunction.
But in my 20 years of reviewing and signing NDAs I’ve never seen one where a buyer is prevented from continuing day to day ops and updating the market ‘ordinarily’.
"No NDA would state that a seller cannot update the market....".
A very bold statement Aubery. Having worked for ten years with the Chinese in 1990's I can say they most certainly would insist on such an NDA. The penalty of not conforming would be for a worse deal for EUA. That would explain why Dmitry has been silent. I don't know whether it is the case of course as, by definition, we wouldn't would we?
TDT accuses some of making unsubstantiated comments and yet we find such comments coming the other way.
Tricky.
Everything should be questioned or challenged. I suppose that such questioning contrasts significantly depending on whether you’re half empty or half full.
Hopefully my email to Rosnedra is answered. Failing this I have some Russian contacts which may be able to call direct to get a steer on whether the Flanks application was approved. This is public information so see no reason why people are not making an attempt to inquire.
Like I mentioned earlier. I trawled the Rosendra Geology application spreadsheets without success but then identified the application (flanks) is an extension of the existing license and therefore may not be identifiable under a new application....
Keeping feet on ground is sensible and speculation is inevitable. But reasons to be optimistic also are just as valid as are the reasons not to be...
A1ex
Given we are suspended I’d like to hear all opinions and certainty any challenge and scrutiny to the way this is playing out.
Shortly....
TDT....
For someone’s who’s invested you seem to be challenging any reason or cause for optimism.
Regarding when the NDA was ‘announced’, I’d also like to know why they didn’t notify us of their preferred choice of biscuits at the AGM....
No NDA would state that a seller cannot update the market....
Hi London, unfortunately at the moment I can not find the exact RNS which states they are in discussions so this extract will have to do- .. I have used capital letters to highlight the relevant part...
" "The Directors are pleased that all our applications including the Monchetundra Flanks are progressing well and on schedule. We look forward to the formal license issue, which is in line with our strategy to become one of the largest alluvial PGM operations globally. We believe we are now established as an important player in the PGM space in both the Urals and Kola regions. We look forward to scaling up our operations at West Kytlim and providing, what we believe will be the lowest cost PGM operation that is potentially sustainable over several decades. Our cash cushion, our zero debt, the progress on the Monchetundra Flanks and the favourable price environment for PGM, particularly for palladium and rhodium, ARE HELPING US IN OUR ONGOING TALKS AND DISCUSSIONS, AND WE BELIEVE THIS STRENGTHENS OUR NEGOTIATION POSITION AS WE CONTINUE TO EXPLORE OPTIONS FOR OUR ASSETS "
All the best
Haha. Made me laugh.
Londontown..if this 10 bagged I for one would not be looking for an explanation to the lengthy suspension..at the risk of getting nicked..I’d be dancing in the street.
With an NDA in place what's not to understand? Please read my posts on the other thread.
