TheAnalyst,
Thank you again for your comments.
May I ask where the O&M amounts have come from since I have not been able to find those figures, just the project commissioning/instillation amounts laid out in the May presentation?
Good to see you have a meaty shareholding. I have too many of these proportionally in my portfolio, but doesn’t stop me sleeping at night the same as with other AIM companies with David at the helm.
I suspect a few individuals must own 1-2% - I certainly know of one other. Will reduce the free float/trading proportions in any event, so I suspect price swings will be pretty violent!

No worries Sims - Equally, it’s good to get the questions out as I’m sure you are not the only one thinking these things.
You are spot on about the previous 2 regimes. Disastrous for the company.
I think now, finally we have a management team in place who can deliver the commercial & technical asks
The negative side for me is the overhang of the previous 2 boards & the selling we have had. Once this clears (hopefully it has) it will move very fast.
Thanks for the chat & good luck
Really great and valuable info so thank-you because when it looks too good you need to probe a little and be suspicious as something is always lurking. Certainly i can see previous management burnt a lot of goodwill and rights issues are always painful as they always seem to just fall at a low point so pis are diluted to kingdom come while management and strategic investors stock up. Seen it too many times sadly and pis are treated badly. I am sure they are not unique in the market place so interested to explore their USPs against competition. Certainly at £10m market cap for a decent forward earnings looks interesting and if those patents have value could help protect their position but the future for this sort of tech is pretty big, just a case of whether Eqtec will be a market leader or part of the bunfight along with the also rans.
Hi Simms,
To much on a Friday evening for a detailed reply, some brief notes:
Altair can invest further via the SPV route David discussed.
David laughed at a placing at these low prices. I got the
Impression he wouldn’t be adverse to it, but way in the future when we are where he sees as fair value.
Cash inflows in the last few months are, 2m + 1m + 700k +800k + 150k + 300k (from memory). David has also mentioned EQT still have plenty headroom in banking facilities. He has also discussed strategic investors replacing non strategic investors. He is the MD of Origen Capital, a private investment firm, with deal making being listed as one of his main attributes. He is currently selling Premiership potential at Sunday league prices.
You can weigh this all up & decide if it’s a good fit for you to invest in.
Warrants & contractors : Altair have a load. Won’t be able to exercise to breach 30% limit (I think).
Contractors: 80m. That’s nothing on high volume days. When this company is fashionable trading volumes are huge.
Other warrants - All down to at what price these are exercised, however, they have an expiry of late 2021 so given the confidence most LTHs have here I would hazard a guess that less than 10% are exercised this year...
Happy to expand further on that or anything else mate, just not on a Friday night
Badshah13 could not find that investor presentation but can see i think Altair are the lender and they own 30%. The issue there is that its clear a debt for equity is on the cards to clear that but i think if they did that as they would have 30% they would need to make an offer or divest that shareholding. Anyway anyone know more about the £2m + interest loan repayment end of July would be good go know how they will navigate as they will not have enough i suspect to pay it off as margins on sales are not so high.
The other thing is that there is a massive number of warrants that are triggered at .25p so the bigger issue is that those warrant holders triggering and selling their warrants.
They also handed then out like Candy to contractors who will no doubt have day to day need to sell those shares and probably explains to me why this share is stuck.
“The Company also announces that it will issue, in aggregate, 80,070,440 Ordinary Shares (the "Conversion Shares") to certain strategic service providers (the "Strategic Providers") providing Engineer, Procure and Construct ("EPC"), Business Development and Advisory services to the Group, who have agreed to receive shares in lieu of cash fees. These shares will be issued at an agreed value per share of 0.25p, a premium of 100% to the Subscription Price, thereby reducing the Group's creditors by €232,763.”
Each of the Strategic Providers has entered into an agreement with the Company whereby they have agreed not to dispose of any Conversion Shares for a period of six months following Admission.
To those who are questioning the finance bits, please check the investors presentation from earlier in the month. This was discussed if I remember correctly, David has got a plan. He said he is not worried as the major investor who is financing the debt is happy to help without possibly raising the equity.
That is from top of my head but I think that is what was said. You can listen to the presentation.
Don’t listen to Robinson 2018 he was ramping ctea and then ran off with a profit....undervalued no chance...wait till Monday when it goes back to the teens
Fairview, you come on here being a little negative so I had a little look at your posting history, Wow... you really are are a bundle of laughs.
They have cash in the bank from a few months ago.
North fork 1st payment £880,000
North fork 2nd payment £770 000
£300,000 sale order
And a placing not long ago for around £1m
Those figures are off the top of my head if anyone wants to correct.
Also greek project looks set for June so payment of that too.
Maybe more funding for what they have coming up?
Welcome to the board fairview. I notice you've just come on here when it's risen a fair amount and started deramping. I wonder if this is a habit of yours on shares that are doing well. A bit of jealousy maybe??
True but they still have that 2.1m euro debt looming. I don't see how they're going to pay that and have cash available to proceed with projects.
getting 0.28 to sell now .
According to the update they have just received 770k Euro's
Or it could crash back down again like it did after the two recent spikes. They have debt to pay soon and what is their cash position?
This will close very strong and gap up Monday.Dyor
