Blade runner,
Of course there may also be people who bought in based on BoD forecasts / expectations / promises and now feel let down by continued delays, poor financial planning and an inability to actually close out a deal and get the forecast income.
They might also feel let down by repeated fund raises to cover the poor forecasting, they might feel the continued issuing of huge numbers of shares is diluting their holdings.
In between ramping and negative is that grey area of reality where some of us live and we have the right to comment as we see it.
We all hope things get better, most of us think with better management they may have not got this bad. Share Price movement seems to back our thoughts not Aandi’s at present.
Thanks for sharing these documents. It’s all very encouraging and reassuring. Future prospects look good. There will inevitably be unknown obstacles to overcome but also potential for additional projects that are currently unknown. Most of the shares I’ve had on AIM have released additional shares which dilutes an individual holding. However, at the latest fund raiser there were big investors buying at 0.5p. I’m confident that they will have put considerable research into their investment and will not be concerned by price fluctuations which are not linked to news.
Thanks again for passing on the links.
Hi Aandi, thanks for the reply I really appreciate the links. I’m going to take a good look over the weekend and will reply.
There are inevitably going to be people who post online who have negative comments to share. There are many reasons why they may do this including- sold at a loss and want to be proven right in selling, disgruntled employee, shorter, weirdo.
Please ignore these negative comments and continue to ‘ramp’. As long as it is facts you are quoting I don’t think anyone can complain. You’re invested here and clearly want the sp to rise. Of course you are going to offer comments that support the company long term.
Bladerunner, have a read of full 2021 year results in RNS in April. Search for USA.
Alternatively, user RollonRetirement has put together this resource,
https://my.hidrive.com/share/4-d-n-4npd#$
under projects, Northfork is the USA project we own 49% of due online most likely next year as covid, Forrest fires and running out of money multiple times along with eqtec not being in direct control of the project management mean it is already a year or two late.
Next project is wesleyville, financial close due this year
Third is Napa, little detail available as still at the planning stage.
https://my.hidrive.com/share/4-d-n-4npd#$
Alternatively have a read of this research report, page 5 has a table of project progress and rough timelines
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BEtYwVV-FeCn9h83eRNRPAFdtZwfVTuz/view?usp=drivesdk
I’m afraid I’ve not done thorough research and instead I’m hoping someone else has. The reference to interim results and mention of the US, has it already been published that they have plans to operate in the states?

Looking forward to the interims ... I'm sure it will be more interesting reading than the main two negative posters on here.
Are they building plants near holiday resorts now? I thought the whole point of these small scale plants was they were local to the feedstock, near farms and sources of forestry biomass?
I guess site visits to plants nearing financial close, you know that event that brings shareholders value, should not be allowed now due to budget constraints? It's a lose lose battle here...
Hi Computer909, any chance you could provide a link to info you are talking about regarding Northfork?
Also, what do you mean 'more cash', do you mean the already alloted cash from 2021 and extra loan allocation all agreed and RNS'd in 2021 which it looks like the Northfork community council don't intend to fully utilise, reading between the lines of previous meeting minutes it looks like they are looking elsewhere for additional funds potentially so they don't lose the remaining equity slice of the project. Is this what you mean by more cash? Or have you some info somewhere we haven't see that eqtec are to give them more over and above the $2m extra investment for 49% and loan facility of 2021?
Not a dog, not an argument, simply curious for you to clarify those points. Thanks
"Look out for a site video from France soon"
Can't wait to see his holiday snaps !
"We are close hopefully"
I don't think anyone is expecting anything other than further delays from deeside, unfortunately it's just indicative of DP's inability to close any deal that doesn't involve spending more EQT cash, the continual publishing of the monthly delay in order to keep the market hanging on has clearly been seen as more DP bluff.
December 2021 we had ....
"In response to the new opportunities for both projects-particularly for offtake, the Company has elected to defer financial close for the Billingham and Deeside Projects until 2022"
It looks like the market is expecting the same bul**** to be ran out this year with the year changed to 2023.
The company didn't "elect" to do anything they were forced to do so because they can't close a door!
But we are led to believe that DP is the "financing expert" !
As for North Fork what the hell is going on there, more cash piled into it this year, expected online in August now we see from the meeting minutes they are talking about having takeoff options into 2025.
I really can't wait to see the spin on what has transpired in the interims next week, and whether the BoD have the brass to show themselves for an interactive session.

"We have been busy at EQTEC plc. I joined YOEL S. ALEMÁN MÉNDEZ and our partners in Greece for review of the Livadia project site plan and outline of the programme forward. It's 80% funded and the gap has a list of investors who want in, so all moving forward at pace! I also made my first visit to the France MDC site in eastern France, together with David Le Saint. What a location! Located on a Groupe BONNEFOY waste management and RDF production site, it's a well built facility that just needs a magic, EQTEC plc touch. DLS is driving the plan to bring it to life, and I look forward to regular updates. Look out for a site video from France soon! Much more to report from the UK, Italy and USA in our 2022 Interim Results next week! #EQT"

We are close hopefully. Would be a turning point if they can finalise the deal before end of month
“The extension to the SPA Long Stop is expected to be incorporated in the heads of terms of the intended sale transaction ("HoTs") which the parties expect to enter into by the end of September 2022, although there can be no certainty the HoTs will complete. “
Deeside completes is 8 days time? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah
Lets see if Deeside completes in 8 days time. Sure market is not confident but DP needs to start addressing these closures on projects as i seem to remember saying years ago it is not the pipeline we need to worry about but management time to close deals as they were opening up dozens of projects but a slim management team. DP has got to just focus on the projects nearest cash delivery and thats it. There are so many projects bubbling along and Eqtec will be a major player but today he needs to focus. could be a great time to invest
I agree if you have faith in the company and it’s technology then we need to sit relax and be patient.
Valuing new tech is always going to be problematic, so the company's valuation is speculative and will vary for multiple reasons.
To be brutally honest, investors who overinvest in AIM stocks only have themselves to blame when things go wrong.
It's very likely that poor AIM investment decisions will heavily outweigh the successful ones, especially for those who lack patience.
"I don't blame DP - his brief, set by investors, is to grow the company"
The company is now worth less than the cash investors have given him to work with, how is that growing the company?
There were already questions on the accounting side as to the company's valuation and whether the auditors had given them too much leeway with asset valuations which seems to be born out with the "derisking" activities now happening , and as for cash flow, the CFO clearly hasn't got a clue
DP stated the company is worth multiples of what it was, we need to see some evidence of that quickly and not just the mumblings of a deluded megalomaniac.
Clearly cash is tight, but the July fund raise was successful, so I think we can have some confidence that Eqtec will pull through, however another dilution could be necessary.
EQT is in the worst place possible as far as the market is concerned with the current toxic macro - small tech growth company, cash hungry, full pipeline still to yield - it's hardly surprising that investors big and small are bailing out.
I guess most investors are heavily down at the moment, like me, but I still don't see this as a sell - sure it's very high risk, but it always was, as with most AIM companies.
Also, I don't blame DP - his brief, set by investors, is to grow the company - it's just that Covid and now an economic downturn has got in the way.
The way this is looking we may have to dig out Swazers charts to discover the bottom?
Christ I never thought i'd have to say that !!
Poor market sentiment, backed by green stock abandonment, backed by BoD incompetence, the not so perfect storm !!
And as for next week's interims, Tin Hats everyone !
The present board are starting to make the former CEO Ian Price look compentant.
At least Price had the 3 amigos to pump the price up for a while offering a sell off opportunity unlike the current idiots.
And why are you here?! Let me guess, to try and assist in the downward trend of the company. Get a life and worry about your own investments.
All the best
Surely the MMs who are taking on these shares at 10% below yesterday’s price will want to sell them at a higher price? It would take private individuals a reasonable amount of time to buy this quantity unless some good news is unannounced. I’m afraid, the only option seems to have a little patience….
Investing in Eqtec was never going to be a short term investment but I like the model of burning waste instead of dumping millions of tons of garbage in landfill. Eqtec has technology as good or better than anyone for doing this cleanly but getting projects finished takes time. We we need another raise ? I have no idea but I wouldn't say its definitely coming just because they appointed a new joint broker. We will know more by the end of the month and if projects take longer than expected ..I can wait.
"ITM, AFC, emmm let's see, CWR, Tesla, PHE, VLS ...."
@Aandi sometimes i wonder if DP issues you with a monthly media pack with these soundbites
Surely you wanted to compare us to Amazon or Google like DP has done previously
