Very sorry for your loss Marcal.
Condolences Marcal . All the best
Marcal, thoughts are with you, look after yourself.
Thanks for clarification Bid, had a feeling it would be more a case of keeping us on our toes. Aim life!!

Good post
Remember some folks have bought shares at c12-15p and are up 35p or so or 250-300% return in 10 months .
Others have bought at c145p and many at between 20p and 45p....the levels seen over the past year.
So different investment scenarios giving rise to various investor responses.
We will all have our decisions to make over time.
Hopefully they will be very pleasant ones.

Marcal, investment advice should be based on the individual set of circumstances.
I think the board has a fair amount of grey hair (or no hair) rather than trendy beards, who I assume already have a wide balanced portfolio, but see ENET as a calculated risk which is significantly mispriced by the market.
I have a very wide range of investment trusts (some spicy, but mainly dull as dishwater) with a about five individual holdings of which ENET is my largest. I am very fortunate to be able to afford to take a long term view, your individual circumstances may e better to top slice - it is always nice to have shares which have effectively cost you nothing and where you then relax about the ups and downs. As dallo says when this time is may be a multiple of where we are now.
Good luck, and chill out about the day to day price movements in no news as this is really not that important.
The only person I know who is totally infallible in all matters whether on Earth or throughout the Cosmos is Mrs Dallo but hopefully, while her gaze is diverted ,we will get Ethernity right before she claims the credit.

Totally understand dallo
I did say ‘possible’ btw.
I never take anything for granted, that includes what posters on BB’s say and also what companies say as well.
One always needs to do ones own DD and research.
Investment successes and mistakes are mine and mine alone!

Very wise post from Dallo there. Unusual to get such honesty on a share board. Of course we all hope ENET is going to fly but nothing is guaranteed. I thought I had winners in the past and ended up losing money. Others that I sold would have been winners if I hadn't sold them. My track record on the stock market isn't good at all so I can only hope ENET will be the exception.
Disclaimer accepted Dallo and important to point that out too. I won't be top slicing for a long time yet, seen this type of share a few times now and under sold by a million miles, only my opinion mind you.
Top slicing is a strategy which is viable once a reasonable valuation is reached. I think that we are a couple of pounds away from that.

Just for clarification I said Ethernity is " a POSSIBLE once in a lifetime opportunity BUT I STRESS NOT WITHOUT RISK".
I have to be very careful as a large shareholder not to be seen to be ramping my own book and stress again there is no certainty in the Stock Market particularly on AIM.
Newbies such as Marcal and others should not accept postings here as investment advice or the posters having wisdom beyond the normal when predicting share price movements.
They should always do their own research and trade based on their own analysis and within their financial limits.
Remember a 100% return on an investment can be a lifetime opportunity realised so the experienced investors here will top slice if SP moves significantly higher even though I am a buyer not a seller at this moment in time.

Thanks for your post and how you and others on this board have kept the faith over the last few years, buying all the way down to 12p. That is a very difficult thing to do, I know as I’ve done it before elsewhere. It must have helped enormously to have had this board to discuss things. Investing can sometimes be a lonely occupation, esp when the share is an illiquid tiddler heading the wrong way!
Yes, ENET looks like it’s in a good place right now, still risks but they are diminishing all the time.
I agree re market cap, at £23m or so it’s still next to nothing, but at least that is a lot more than when I first started investing.
Hugely encouraging to hear you’ve not finished buying yet and possible ‘once in a lifetime opportunity’.
My best ever share was BATM, it was over a 100 bagger. Fuelled ofcourse by the tech boom. Could ENET do something similar for me? Who knows, would need £30 for that, but it should be fun finding out how far this stock can go.

Re 5G fund and the debate as to whether they adopt ‘best practice’ 3% declaration or 5% declaration, there is a precedent. 5G were issued with 1.335m shares after the 25th September agreement. That was 3.2% holding.
We never got a TR1, therefore I don’t think they will declare next weeks issue of 3.5% of the equity.
They are either using the 5% rule, or forward selling to ensure they don’t have to declare, either at 5% or, less likely imo, 3%.
I’m sure we will soon hear items of more interest, nevertheless the actions and intentions of a major backer and % shareholder (possibly!) is of keen interest to me.
No doubt, btw, that 5G has been beneficial for ENET and clearly a supporter of the company, but also no doubt that part of the funds raised by ENET is enabled by us lot buying in the market!
Royal Caribbean are just starting again. My daughter works on their ships teaching surfing on the Flowrider. She was hoping to join her two crew friends who flew to Cyprus to quarantine before joining Odeysey, but hasn’t had the call yet.
Unfortunately she did say last night that it looked like a crew member had jumped overboard, and hasn’t been found that she knows of, very sad times for people.
Apologies, not intending to bring the mood down, after an excellent week, with more sure to come.
Evening All,
I don't post very often, nothing much to offer to be honest. But I've been here for 3 years and 1 Month and the board was very very quite at the start as Dallo mentioned, Tracy was posting every so often, so it's great to see the board so active! -
I bought in at 50p on 2nd March 2018 and 66p 3rd April 2018 and managed to average down to 34p after a large buy at 18p and few buys in the 20's, I also bought some for my SIPP a few weeks back at around 34p - so super happy at the moment!
I've learnt a lot from this share and will use these learnings to try and fine other gems like this in the future, ideally at this point in time and not having to wait 3 years for it to start moving in the right direction.
I'll pop up again when we hit £1 :)
Just used the boat tracker and looks like it’s heading to Cyprus TL! It must be very strange to be on an island of a ship like that without any passengers. Unless they’re allowed now? Enjoy the adventure and Thanks for the posts Dallo and Skid , crazy days .Atb
Too much excitement for me today. Followed the Odeysey of the Seas about 10km out today. Close enough to use her WiFi. She had been up the coast from me for a couple of days getting the crew vaccinated. Crazy really but Israel really are so far ahead in many ways.
It is late here and tomorrow I go to Eilat overland across the desert.
Checking out from the east.
My first buy was 75p with and average now at 28p. I have finished buying (I had said that before) with a very decent holding in my sipp, isa and trading account (and 10k shares for each of the kids). Some hairy moments near the bottom !
Agree with dallo on valuation, I work in finance in US IT companies and I have seen them buy companies for up to half a billion which were are complete, total pile of s###. I have scoured AIM for IT companies which have world beating technology (and I mean world beating) in markets with exponential growth, apart from ENET I simply cannot see one. As Tracy has said it's all about backing people, this team have done it before and appear to have been well ahead of the market, to the detriment of the share price for a couple of years. The p&l is highly leveraged and at a level of revenue will just throw off profit and cash.
Really happy to sit on the sidelines now for at least a further three years, expect a lot of ups and a few downs.
All holders, old and new, have a great weekend (and year).

What a roller coaster ride.
I started buying 15 months ago at 45p followed it down to 12p last July kept buying at that level and all the way up to my recent buys at 32p with an average now of 28p .
There were only 5/6 people on this board...Tracy, Bid, 01234, Skid ,myself and one or two others.
We were the founding fathers who when all looked doomed kept each other together.
We are not there yet but Ethernity looks a lot better now.
Next week with the new share issues from the no brainer 30p warrants and the 5G share issue my holding will go just under 4% but even at these levels I am not finished buying .
A possible once in a lifetime opportunity but I stress not without risk but with Tarana a billion $ company now interlinked with Ethernity's patented IP and other major deals in the offing I feel the risks are nowhere like they were last July.
And keep focusing on the paltry market cap of £24m and I reiterate a crazy valuation compared to similar Nasdaq quoted companies in the same space which are on 10/20 times this valuation.
Next week could be very exciting.
ATB
Think we were 29p to sell less than a month ago, so , assuming 2m shares, that’s £360k to the good for dallo.
Of course you can’t count it till you’ve cashed in it, hopefully we can all do that a long way north of here.
And massive respect to dallo for not only having balls of steel to buy 2m, but also being prepared to go over the notifiable level. Respect.
Good luck to dallo and all of us on the ENET ship, destined for sunny climes .

Flippin eck no wonder he’s been quiet today, too busy grinning !
1p = 20k for dallo so 100 grand in the onion bag today for him. Enjoy the pint of Guinness dallo!
Wow,£23m!!!
We need to get a ‘0’ after that 3 to start getting to something sensible.
Let’s see the directors/staff load up with £325k of shares @ 30p in the next week or so. That will send out a strong message.
Have a good w/end ready for a blue Monday!
GLA
After a week of share price rises a reminder that the market cap is now a massive 23m.
