Looking forward to the end of this consolidation phase... hopefully a nice catalyst to be released in the next few weeks :)
You just had to take part in the placing last year.
I am expecting disclosure of sales from a new avionics product for military applications very soon. Ethernity contracted last year to an OEM which I am told has a product about to go to market with substantial interest. In volume this will be a very good (non 5G) earner.
I have been waiting on this for a few months now but I am told that wheels are turning.
Good to get the warrants out of the way.
Obviously lots going on in this part of the world but this morning largely things return to normal. Many have remained working remotely since covid. Hopefully relative peace will return to this troubled land very quickly. Certainly they are extremely resilient and I don't see anything delaying the Ethernity train.
Terrible bit of cut and pasting there apologies ! Stay safe TL.
received notices to exercise warrants, at 30p per share ("30p Warrants") to subscribe for a total of 260,418 new ordinary shares of NIS 0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The balance of 166,667 30p Warrants remaining unexercised have been cancelled.
I can go wherever I want the problem is covid restrictions, although they are much easier now. I plan to stay for the summer.
I am at Ashdod Marina so not so far away.
Very scary scenes indeed, one rocket landed in Holon just south of tel aviv and not far from Lod. Hopefully calm will return soon but very sad to see, all the best to the Ethernity team
Some unrest in tel aviv today . That’s one aspect of Israel I find hard to get my head around , the chance that one may get caught in the cross fire of a bloody stupid religious conflict. A Harbour is probably a relatively safe place to be in at least . Atb
Too noisy in the marina as they are craning the boat next to mine and they are using Laurel and Hardy for the job.
You won't need to hibernate very long as it will become very obvious towards the end of this year and we can expect guidance to the market.
Walking before running.
I bought on the dip and beat the bell with a small late buy of 5k @ 49.24p, so have now reached my target holding. Recent purchases have brought my average price paid up from my inital August / September purchases at 15p and 17p to 33p now. Happy now to ride the long train and relax and reach my destination. Will I be tempted to buy more? Hmmm, maybe, but some of the eggs in other baskets also look promising. However, Ethernity's future appears very very rosy, so none of my ENET eggs will be dropped any time soon, and should be kept until they hatch.
C-luck, C-luck!
Today the MMs picked up a few cheap shares from weak hands. This was a bit of a shake down. Buts largely reported as sells encouraging the decline. A month ago the share price was in the mid 30's growth causes pain and today we had some. However we'll have more growth soon and so it moves on.
I think even a casual glance through the news reveals multiple opportunities for near term sales and engagements.
H2 I believe will be cash positive but we'll see investment in mass production. I believe that we'll see IP licensing deals like the Indian OEM. Firstly for specific contracts then for general production to retail locally.
2022 I think that we'll see minimum 400% growth on 2021 and actual profit. It could very well be much higher if Tarana, China and DUs line up.
The share price will ebb and flow with the vagaries of the wider market until we get further news, although we are clearly in an upward trend overall. Global markets are down across the board today due to rising inflation fears so it's no surprise we are similarly marked down. It was a day to switch the monitor off and go and do something more interesting instead. I constantly reassess my investments and this continues to tick absolutely all the boxes for me as it did when I unearthed it back in 2018. And with what now appears to be a pathway to cash flow positivity in H2 looks increasingly de risked. Market cap still a joke. Pound notes for pennies and all that. Keep the faith.
