the placing looks too small to fund them to profitability?
TL you're actually in Israel?! for christ sakes (no offence) go into the office and Teach David a few things !!
I will look back in later. Into Blue Marina this morning and see what virus hoops we have to jump through to harbour for a few weeks. Good luck all
Yes I thought that they were buys.
Interesting that Peterhouse have full control over the allocation to shareholders and can take themselves if the want. Not particularly correct and I suspect that they will make some available but I am not waiting to find out. I will apply for £5k worth and see what happens.

Just got 20,000 at 13.25
Nothing to say how many you will get. I noticed that they have the option to issue them. I would if they will take most themselves
But bid that is 17p with warrants
Why are you buying online when you can get them at 12p with warrants?
Good to see Shore Capital as our 5th MM. I guess that they are on the back of the placing. Trades 13.3 and above are buys. My small buy at 13.34 was all I could get online.
Bid I asked about the compulsory nature of the warrants. It will be interesting to see what your broker says. I didn't get a straight answer but it appears that the warrants are contracted so once the trigger is hit Ethernity can demand payment. Considering that they will be at a 10p discount then why wouldn't you but I guess Ethernity will either serve notice or not depending on their finances.
Interesting conversations around Techtronics and the problem with vendors not wanting to upfront finance. It looks like Techtronics will act as a finance house for tier 2 vendors. We can expect sales there I think and payment on contract by Techtronics
Longy I've actually just spoken to my broker who said I can participate. Mainly to get my average lower I'm going to take some.. it's a bit begrudging as there are quite a few unanswered questions I have with this raise, but hopefully the risk will be rewarded. What a shambles we've seen play out here .. really embarrassing for Ethernity in terms of financial management.
It makes no difference when the shares are released the supply is very tight and will remain so.
Anyone else asking for a share of the million shares. If nobody wants them I'll take them.
It was a great day to arrive in Israel. Super sunny.
Ask I am not alone most trades are buys including 25k at 13.34.
Shear class no they can't as the Directors hold the aces and I know they won't be folding any time soon. The product is built but the virtual apps are really where the money is. The tech is patented and is out performing everybody. Ethernity will be inside many vendors kit and then the royalty gravy train starts to roll. These cards are $2000-3000 each. China for basic functions needs 130000+ then the real earner the virtual platforms. Ethernity have kit with the 3 main players in China under test Q4 mass deployment H2 2021.
Tracy why would you buy now, wouldnt you buy on the 16th when the new shares are released?
Struggled to get more 13.34 to buy but only small quantities available.
“$100 million revenue from the Chinese deal is still very much on the cards.”
You can’t be serious surely? If that was anywhere near being true why wouldn’t the Chinese customer just buy ENET?
This is a £4.5m micro cap with no cash, consequently they have no bargaining power or ability to invest in developing their product. That is the bigger issue here, how much ground will be lost given that R&D spend will have been cut to close to zero?
We havent heard from Dallo this morning the largest private investor we know off, best he's feeling sick to his gut, GL to all the long term holders that I have had the journey with so far on this board!
Anyone going to be taking new shares with warrants? I have to agree with pren I wont be putting another penny into this company until we have some clarity.
Yes but that wouldn't help the Directors sat on 130p a share. That discount X would have ended up costing much more. Fiberhome could then have sold Ethernity off to the world's largest market at a cut price. Also you associate with Fiberhome you disassociate with the rest of the world
Tracy. All very well if they have the contract news to come- but as seen over the last couple of years, the sentiment and understanding of the average AIM investor here is close to zero. The story sounds great, but they really need to pull something out the bag. If I was Levi I would be sitting down with fiber or one of the other companies they have contracts with and offering them a discounted product or services for x years for upfront payment. That would have prevented this whole charade. I won’t be putting any more of my hard earned money in here until we have clarity.
MMs will take all these shares to balance their books. A real coup for them.
Bid that's just ridiculous. Why has the share price tanked? Because of the pending finance. If you don't think that the share price will bounce back to pre finance price if 40p I don't understand your thought process. It just takes a bit of news. The management has set their minimal goals as they will want to exercise their warrants. They need a couple of million, it's significant that they haven't done all at 12p.
Prennie can't you see the bit about the warrants and the notice to exercise. They simply have to hit the 30 and 40p target for 5 days. I guess they are confident of that. That realises £1.3m
TL you can't really count the warrants .. the way the SP has tanked 30p sounds like a distant memory..
Ask the placing is really for £2m+ and assuming they hit the triggers at about 17p a share. Still crazy cheap.
