Bannor.....
I couldn’t agree more on all of your points.
KDNC formerly REM has been an absolute pile of dog poo, I sold out at 10p when I worked out I would probably need about £1.20 to break even, that guy is a complete Bell End, he bought BCN at £1.00 + and sold for 60 or 70p making out he made a profit as he (REM, KDNC) had bought some earlier at 30p .... he then decided to involve KDNC in a project in Zimbabwe, it was at this point I realised enough was enough, who the hell would invest in Zimbabwe??
With regards EMH, of course you are correct but this money takes us up to the point of funding for the mine, what’s not to like, we would had to have found this money from somewhere? Of course we will have to find the funding for the mine, no different to many other companies whether on AIM or FTSE100 , we have a Massive Advantage as we only have 153Million shares in issue ATM unlike other companies on AIM & FTSE100 , some on AIM have a far bigger value than us and they are still at the looking stage, but I’m sure you know that?
EMH has a 49% asset with an NPV of $1.108 Billion
• Net estimated overall cost of production post credits: $3,435 / tonne LiOH.H2O. ONE OF THE LOWEST IN THIS SECTOR.
• Project Net Present Value (“NPV”) increases 105% to: $1.108B (post tax, 8%)
• Internal Rate of Return (“IRR”) increased 37% to 28.8% (post tax)
• Total Capital Cost: $482.6M
• Annual production of Battery Grade Lithium Hydroxide: 25,267 tonnes (for one shift or 50,000 tpa on 2 shifts, add on another minehead and this starts looking Mind blowing, who knows what amazing results can be achieved?)
• Studies are based on only 9.3% of reported Indicated Mineral Resource and a mine life of 21 years processing an average of 1.68 Mtpa ore
• The process used to produce lithium hydroxide allows for the staging of lithium carbonate and then lithium hydroxide production to minimize capital and startup risk and enables the production of either battery grade lithium hydroxide or carbonate as markets demand.

I would suggest It's wise to consider all the spokes in the wheels of any co & not just the Ones on AIM, all investments have a downside as well as an UPSIDE, very easy to continually point to the negative, far better to remain focused on the extremely positive position and positive outcome to follow.
Even more so now as EUROPE needs Lithium and EUROPE does NOT wish to be reliant on China ......
Right Time
Right Place
Right Now

Lawrence.....
EMH MCAP is currently based on 100% ownership of Geomet & sentiment toward the potential CEZ deal, which I agree is likely to get passed at the EGM & although you perhaps rightly should I wouldn't necessarily guarantee/trust KDNC to do what you expect ....they shafted BCN when they held 20% voting power some years ago & then tried a ridiculous TO whilst Kiran Messiupio sat on their board - but I suspect you know this - different story different time & unlikely to happen but should be taken into consideration in my opinion.
Additionally EMH do not get the €29.1M...... they get €12.3M for 51% of Geomet & the rest is placed into the account of Geomet alongside your loan balance (which becomes a contribution so no longer for repayment) to progress the project.... as & when expenditure requires it EMH will be required to supply further funds to progress alongside CEZ in regard to to 49% of Geomet still held by you.
It's wise to consider all the spokes in the wheels of an AIM co & not just the nice shiny ones being pointed out.
Fingers - you are a classic ramper if I am a numpty, you blanket this board with cheerleading nonesense mostly disguised as research -- lets face it this share hasnt blown the lights out and every board like this seems to have a resident ramper. I have been in EMH for many years and it just irritates me when I see just one or two names filling the board like you do with jam tomorrow posts...
Germany straight out the box at 13p
Another numpty Mr cautious
mrcautious, seriously not having a go but Wrong about what? If you are talking about the vote for or against the CEZ deal, it is to all intents & purposes a Foregone ?
As soon as the deal is done and we receive the €29 Million, surely it would make sense for our Market cap to reflect this ? Why you wish to pursue this comment as a “ramp” when facts are being stated makes absolutely no sense. Always trying to project a negative slant even with a positive post and a forgone (positive) outcome is deramping & unnecessary.
Only a week to go before we can start moving forward with positivity in both the SP and News Flow.
Extremely Exciting Times Ahead.
Fingers - what are you going to say if you are wrong ?? "Oh I was just ramping it a bit" perhaps.....
This could really help, EMH... Just tweeted by BCN..
https://www.euractiv.com/section/batteries/news/lithium-tipped-for-eu-list-of-critical-raw-materials/
“As globalization fades into the sunset, more regionalized supply chains will take its place,” he said. “This is less efficient and higher cost, but it is the price we must pay for supply chain resilience and security.”

Kdnc, never forgive them for trying to screw over BCN, cost BCN a lot of money
Thats good, any big boys sniffing about for a slice of our 49%?
all ready roadshowing sid
I wonder when the companies looking at EMH will start to talk with Keith , he will no doubt be allowed to talk with them once CEZ are voted in by Shareholders
Keep and eye on Germany trading at 11p up 23 % , I feel this is about to do stage one launch within days . Get them while they are cheap .
In fact the top 10 in the inner circle including Cadence has about 71 million shares a little over 50 %
Top twenty have too many votes not to get thru Newboy it is fait accompli
Oh it will do. Who's going to object?
I think it would be crazy not to approve this deal in the current climate .. fingers crossed it all goes through smoothly..
Once shareholders vote to agree on Cez deal Geomet will have $29,100,000 EUro in the bank of which Emh cash value would $?24,851,155.56? AUD . Our current Market cap is $20 mil , so we should be 25% higher on cash backing alone , with out just have the largest Lithium mine in Europe . Some numpty investors around the world . EMH is soooo undervalued . I have gold stocks valued much better than us and they are still at the looking for stage . Makes no sense .
