I know there is HUGE potential in India for the use of EVs so many vehicles crammed on the cities polluting everyone , they must be in need of a " Electric vehicle revolution" too .
Ear Ear ..... Well I ear that the Mark, the Won and the Rupee are all NOW interested which is in marked contradiction.
If the deal is a lie and the Gov are playing the fool in the press then these 3 companies would definately NOT be being associated with such a risk. Sorry Big E buy you are well behind the curve and not able to look past the poor press coverage.
Last weeks RNS is all you need to know. Soon my prediction will happen ie by September October we will all be walking on the moon.
many thanks for this extensive explanation! Let's see what will happen next. I'm curious. Good luck to all! borat :-)
One of the challenges facing the electric vehicle industry is battery supply. In May of this year, Tesla’s global supply manager stated that the company is planning for a shortage of key battery materials. Automakers are working to vertically integrate battery manufacturing into their business to ensure that they will have access to batteries when needed.

Iain it said that too in the link I posted on the subject on Friday so all good.
During discussions this afternoon a respected poster on this board revealed to me that he had discovered that the leases that were given short renewal were for Cinovec 1V; they are not relevant to our PFS which is based on other land and represents 10% of our known resource. Cinovec 1V would be an extension to that resource.
You are all too theoretical. On the one hand, there is a building license from an undeveloped mine. EMH has done nothing to strike a bridge from the marketing strathegian point of view to higher levels of government. I also miss an updated website which content aufmersam aufmersam. My question is how networked you really are. It is very important to stir the commercial and this was never done. Why not. The EMH was more annoyed to have seen as a technical implementer and mediator. Here is the right of a license agreement pounded without the technical implementation considering the financing.
Now money has to be collected slowly and competent know how has to be marketed. Why is nothing heard from Pavel von Geomet?
If necessary, we Babis do the whole thing with VW alone. Germany also has experience in mining.
Okay that was fun, but I hope that something slows down. You also have to approach each other. I hope the gentlemen recognize that ...
They'll probably get REMs shares fairly cheap too. They seem to like selling at a loss.
Hopefully CEZ buy REM/KDNC 20% and get those losers outa the picture.
Would there be a special dividend if a large enough offer for more shares was made?
By law col EMH management can only offer up to max 20 % holding without shareholder approval , they would have a similar holding to Candence our number one holder now . Now , I am sure , if the offer was for substantially more and the price was right , and pending our share price at the time , I am sure the board would seek shareholder approval . I believe the inner circles has aprox 60 mil voting rights , which is aprox 40 % so the balance of us shareholders have the power to say yey or ney .
Fingers, I have just read your 5-23 posting, (should have scrolled down before posting) which would seem to confirm that CEZ could be the largest shareholder but not the majority shareholder.
I thought CEZ were potentially going to be the "largest" shareholder not the "majority" shareholder. There is a very significant difference in those two positions. Does anyone know for sure?
What I take from all this is that the Czech government understand that there are large profits to be made, thats why they want half of them via CEZ. They are hedging their bets a little in that they are not committing fully until they complete a PFS, and will then be buying in a majority share, but they are providing short term funding while that is done. Clearly profits will still be returned to EMH long term, which is good for any PIs. I'm happy that the major risks to the future of our shares in Cinovec have been managed and we have a clear path to production and profits with government backing. KC has done very well so far, walking as he is "between the legs of dinosaurs" as the expression goes.
You really are goose ear , there are commercial rules applied to any large share holdings both on AIM and ASX . At this stage CEZ is unable due to our Corporations Act in Australia to obtain more than 20 % without shareholder approval . On AIM it is 29.9 % . CEZ also have their own commercial rules being a listed company too . CEZ will also have to comply to any Czech listing rules for their exchange . This is a commercial deal is between two professional companies with strict commercial laws with lots of penalties for non - compliance , am sure CEZ will not want to upset the other 30% of holders nor would the Czech Gov want to be involved in any illegal activities .
I have said it before and I am saying it again, earache you are full of carp!!!! Nobody should pay attention to this loonie. We will be in production and he will still be posting negative stuff thinking maybe we can stop the mining. What a loser. Just sell if you have any which I doubt and move on.
Earache, you are so self obsessed and determined that your conspiracy theories be proved right that you are failing to see the wood for the trees. You really need to get a grip. Partnership with CEZ is the way out of the political morass. This agreement was announced after the articles that you have so fervently taken to heart were published. And Dvfsm's posts show that you are extracting selective nuggets from that old article merely to try and confirm your theories. Truly.. calm down, get a grip and stop being so damn paranoid.
In fact if you truly believe what you say, then sell out now. And leave us alone.
Just checked 41p average and still think this share is a pension maker :-)
I live in Czech . I’m British and work in the car industry. I have an average buy in double present price. This is a great risk reward . I do not post normally .. but your deramping is embarrassing and sickening This is an investment with risk but with VERY high reward. Earache you sound like a buy low and sell high deramper who wants to buy in. I know you of old when you were so pro EMH . Czech Republic is very western thinking. Czech will not let this opportunity pass. EMH has legality on its side. KC is a winner and will dig in and time is not a friend to either EMH or Czech . In my opinion a compromise has been reached. Its a win win for all who remain strong in their conviction. Time will tell.
Looks like the troll will be here all weekend, obsessed with commenting on a stock he is not invested in. Bitterness and jealousy are not good attributes.
Hey Sid I'll give you my word, I'm newbie, watch the board for a while and have been investing for 2 years.
I was very shocked when I read the article. And that's why I posted it.
I realize that the article is politically motivated. But of course he is that. I just wanted to say something
get and inform from the members here.
Greeting,
Alex
sounds like we have a meddler about ( newbie or oldie ? hmmm?), again!
Yes there is an article dated before the ANN/RNS out , no one noticed it , ? is this stirring it for own ends? get price to slump? dive in get shares?
EMH are doing exactly what they said they were going to do regarding mining and processing WITHIN the Czech republic nothing has changed we are agreeing to do what we already wanted to do! all along ,
Exactly zfinance that’s how I read it too. We are clearly going to be in partnership with Cez in some form so that article is out of date already by the rns on Tuesday so should be ignored
Am I missing something?
It seems to me that the article is saying that if we were not to find a way to cooperate with cez bad things might happen.
However, we have an rns telling us the we and coz are cooperating.
Ergo, we can ignore what would have happened had we not cooperated. That is, the article I'd logically redundant.
From my elementary logic; if you know that p implies q and you know that p is false, you can infer nothing about q whatsoever.
According to Benes, CEZ's goal is now to reach the whole chain from mining to lithium battery production. “If it all makes sense to us, we want to enter the company in capital. If not, we will not enter. "
Google translation ........
CEZ now wants to do a feasibility study on lithium mining and will decide by the end of the year whether EMH will lend two million euros, which is 51 million crowns. Later, CEZ could exchange the money for its share in EHM and increase it to more than half.
