Ha Ha Ha
Maybe you’re correct, maybe you’re incorrect.
The fact of the matter is that neither of us know OR indeed can predict the future of DVRG.
We can only go on the facts and the facts are that business together with yearly revenues are building handsomely. My calculations show that £10M is close to breakeven EBITDA as per broker note (2022 c£21M) - and one must factor in the immense structure and staff build in order to fulfil the 2022 services demand together with development/progression of all its testing systems.
There is global demand for all areas of its AI services (skin, cosmetics, viruses, water etc. etc.) and we must remember that a global business is not built overnight.
To end, if you are invested I wish you success.
Paul - I believe that it was my 664th but what is a couple of posts between friends!?

Good Evening, that was your 666th post.... Should we read anything into that?

Even you should be able to work out that when 2 companies become 1 that the only meaningful comparative is that aggregate turnover of both. For many years, until GB came along, MW turnover was £4m plus. The rest of the business is virtually flat.
Sadly it is not all about turnover. GB has gone on a spending spree but forecast turnover has not incrased - far less reached the £20m figure that various rampers on here forecast. It will be interesting to see if the company will be profitable as GB claimed for the final quarter of last year - I suspect not.
If you took the time to look at the December 2020 presentation you will see that GB has delivered nothing that he promised. This is why the SP is down on a year ago, down compared to the merger with MW and down against the rights price. Looks like GB did well to get a chunk of cash out at 8p!!
The market recognises the failure of this company and has marked it down accordingly. It knows that their will need to be another rescue rights diluting the PIs even further and has priced the shares accordingly.
It is unfortunate that there are still a few people who are still desperately trying to ramp here - constantly suggesting that there is a block buster RNS. There is none and this is heading the way of Alltracel - another GB disaster (according to the PIs).
You're obviously living under a rock with very limited access to the internet :)
2018 -280k skip forward just 3 years to 2021 = £10M (yes thats ten million revenue)
Surely even with your obvious limited mathematical skills, you can work out the immense YoY progress ;-)) - £10M
Short - you are absolutely right GB has delivered none of what he promised. You only need to look at the December 2020 investor presentation to see that he has completely failed on everything he has promised (cruises, breathalyser etc etc). Those who think that he has delivered are utterly delusional and clearly have not even attempted to compare promises with delivery.
This company is failing. The BoD's bizarre acceptance of GB taking a bunch of cash out of the company rather than shares is bizarre. With all the additional overheads and no material sales above that originally forecast means that another dilutive cash raise is coming and that time will be brought forward by GB taking cash. At the current SP the losers will be PIs.
Time to stop the heavy hints and for GB to deliver some sales and orders
Short, Gerry doesn't have to explain anything to you or anyone else. He is already extremely communicative and the most engaging of CEOs I can think of. If you cared to take the time to read the RNSs and listened to Gerry's interviews instead of being rude you would know exactly what the status of things was. It takes time to process contracts but that does not mean they are not in the pipeline. So much has already been achieved this year for which the revenues will be recognised next year.
To be honest all this Twitter crap means nothing without orders and revenue. Total waste of time we are lower than a year ago 24p COME ON GERRY EXPLAIN THAT . But you have had your Xmas present courtesy of shareholders . You have not performed this year share price so you should not be taking Cash money out company for yourself . Scandal if we was over 30p then ok but not at same price as last year . You have not produced the orders and revenue yet either . Plus most the other deals are next year which should have been this year . You RNS a 2.4 million deal BUT YOU TAKE IN FUNDING 10 million out

the company or if you can share some thoughts here and also a promoter stake is 27%. So, is there any plan to increase or decrease here going forward?
Management: A similar question was posed in the previous concall also and I had voiced my
concern over reliance on rumors, I would again request you please do not pay attention to rumors and stick to the facts as declared by the company."

Prime Minister of Ireland and Welsh First Minister...
And let's have a quick reminder as June seems so long ago. Granted a quote from the MD, not the GM...:
Patrick Buckley, EPS Group Managing Director commented:
"We are very pleased to be part of this innovative partnership with DeepVerge to help combat the pandemic with their unique Microtox® PD technology playing a crucial role in the early detection of COVID-19 hotspots around the world. With 550 personnel, our largest footprint in the water, wastewater pumping and treatment services sector across Europe, EPS Group engineers are ready to make this happen".

Newuncle - Governments are notoriously slow and behind in adopting new technology, Take Fax machines - Local Govt still uses over 500 Fax machines and that is even after banning them in the NHS back in 2018 - which incidentally are still in use there.
The simple fact that microtox, as a brand new technology is being trialled is a miracle in its own, and in my opinion shows that Govnt know they need to create a cost effective automated surveillance system rather than a £70m annual collection service. All just IMO.
Didn't know you was on Twitter Paul the 4th.........!

Ragnarr,
My jaw hit the floor when I saw the Govt laying £59m for a 9 month water monitoring contract, my gob was well and truely smacked. Anyone (even me) could see they got well striped for that deal, an outrageous costs imo and DVRG offering makes perfect sense as a much more commercially viable and reliable system/service. That's why I couldn't understand the lack of any new awards in early 2021 that DVRG could have scooped. Quite why the UK Govt need yet another 3 months to evaluate the DVRG solution is a question that bugs me unless they are simply ensuring it is robust/reliable enough to keep going through that period on a 24/7 basis and does actually deliver good results that make a difference over the next 90 days or so.
Newuncle - ask yourself why Govnt only procure a 9 month contract. This 9 month contract for £59m is basically for the manual collection and processing. £59m every 9 months is a heck of a lot of money. That buys you about 1100 Microtox CM/PD units (@50k) that are a permanent fixture with only recurring reagent costs. There are currently 270 STW sites in the UK where samples are collected from. From the ongoing trial (assuming successful) what would you do :-)
no competition - as DVRG have revolutionised the process by digitising it to provide unmanned realtime results (seconds reporting globally) with an already established running water infrastructure MWG to support its data bundle that can detect a hell of a lot more than just covid. DVRG are the future ....
Good Moaning Chesh,
Interesting to see Gerry Tweeted that (shame it wasn't RNSd to make it official but that will do for me and addressed my key concern about Eurofin). Frankly I am amazed Eurofins are not involved, actually very very surprised as they are so well embedded in so many COVID solutions to the UK Govt across the whole sector. So that's good news then.
T-rat sorry if I provoked you a bit there but I was not aware of that info posted by Chesh and it's great that yet again peeps on here can see/have serious discussions (without sarcasm or abuse) and get answers to important concerns/issues/opportunities etc.
Morning Peeps.....
