good luck with that but the de-listing will make it easier for management to do not very much and get away with it.
You dont have to make money on every share and some are best written off and avoided.
What’s new here then?
Not checked in for a while, loved the science here and some big names …. Will this fold or rise from the ashes?
Lots of good people have lost money here … and to be fair Jolly warned everyone, I did not listen..
I will have a further small punt, see if I can recoup some of my losses..
Good luck

Profit is still profit though mate it's very hard to buy and sell at right times and I mess it up 99% of the time.
The spread now is about 8% but I've seem it as high as 22%.
It needs volume and constant buys to really rose.
A buy in of 0.0399p was available yesterday which would have been best time to buy but it didn't last long before it shot to 0.0449p
GL
Thank you Neil777, useful insight but definitely not taken as advice. I dipped in and out of MEAL and made some good profit but as I didn’t hold at the end of any day I didn’t make as much as I could have done and missed some of the big increases - too cautious! As for Deep I’ll keep an eye on this but the spread is wide and unattractive at the moment, especially for a cautious one like me
Again Bald Eagle is correct to be fair, as to give advice out, especially specific financial advice is not always best on anonymous chat boards.
Like all scenarios when they vote to delist they only need 75% of the votes actually cast to get it accepted.
The turn out at these meetings/pre voting is normally very low even though it's for something very serious being voted on. So the boards and their affiliates who will all vote FOR the vote to pass already have a large % of YES votes guaranteed.
MEAL is different and has risen so dramatically due to the fact that the RNS of Friday the 20th I believe the date was, stated that Dorren (CEO) who is involved with another company called Move Fresh will continue to purchase shares upto a 29.99% holding.
This was extremely strange they told us this but gave anyone (me included) who analysed the information in the RNS correctly a chance to buy in at below 2p and make a massive 200%+ profit.
The reason MEAL rose again Wednesday is because no TR1 forms have been released and so there is a possibility Move Fresh haven't even started purchasing yet and if they do the SP could rise further.
My honest opinion here is that DMTR is a different scenario and MEAL was unique.
BUT people like to trade shares, and gamble on AIM, even ones that are set to delist so it could well benefit from the MEAL and PCF effect.
PCF bank jumped from 0.42p to 0.96p in about 2 hours 2 days being announced it would wind down.
I've been involved in all 3 and that is just my views on the subject.
To finish I will warn the spread here and PCF can be upto 20% which makes it tough to trade where as MEAL is about 5% max and could be as as low as 1%
GLA and all the above is just my personal take on events and experiences.
Will they be able to delist though? I wonder if they have sufficient to get over the line on the required 75% or will they have to buy shares in the market to get there? Is this another MEAL scenario?
Marc, you might want to consult your financial advisor or someone you trust who knows what they are talking about. Taking advice from forums probably isn't the best option. There are probably tax implications.....and it obviously depends on the amount invested.
Holding shares in a company that cannot be readily traded may not be for everyone. Personally I have no experience or advice to give. Best of luck.
Marc
Yes the shares can be traded but its very difficult to trade and match a price when it's off the main markets which this will be if/when the delisting happens.
I am trying to figure out what this means for us private investors the resolution in today's RNS is approved.
Am I right to think that we get subscription shares of equivalent value at the time of de-listing?
And am I also right to believe that we can trade those shares?
If not what happens to our shares?
You should be a comedian Baldy.
My vast wealth goes to help charities already.
The "Spastics" do very well out of my donations so you get direct benefit from that. Plus I always make sure i tip your mum generously when she sorts me out.. I call it tip a tart... she loves that charity
01-Dec-22 11:13:37 0.0437 6,855,858 Buy* 0.035 0.045 2,996
01-Dec-22 12:44:44 0.04 6,855,858 Sell* 0.04 0.045 2,742
He keeps throwing good money at this. Hasn't he thought of donating some of his vast wealth to charity instead of giving it to the market?
Oh look there is the spike at 28% I simply told this board would happen but baldy and the sham didn't like as they clearly have no money to invest.
Silly kids probably still at school
No baldy you need to stalk slightly harder and get the facts correct.
I'd put 1200 in here originally.
Didn't filter you again as your jealousy makes me smilea and I like knocking you down again kid.
Feel free to do some real studying on my MEAL history as you seem obsessed with me and you will understand why I like these spikes so much.
Keep trying kid
I see he still hasn't figured out how to filter people!!.....didn't Neil say he had £1,200 burning a hole in his pocket & ready to invest in DMTR?
He makes of laugh a lot.
Give up the obsession Baldy
To be fair though if people followed me on MEAL look how much they would have made like myself from the original 1.67p.
Shame you don't seem to have any money to invest or trade anything which is why you follow me around annoymous chat boards.
Sad kid
01 Dec-22 08:14:09 0.045 2,756,677 Buy* 0.035 0.045 1,241
01-Dec-22 09:48:01 0.03665 2,756,677 Sell* 0.03 0.045 1,010
Presumably people following Neil777's advice to buy into the spike....or perhaps it was the man himself!!
shows how stupid people are
01-Dec-22 08:12:22 0.04499 6,657,800 Buy* 2,995 O
Then they sold an hour and a half later with a loss of 500 quid. Shows how tough AIM is
I wonder if this is the hugely anticipated spike?
To be honest I don't quite understand the mechanism of todays RNS and the SP rise. I can only assume it is the 'large investors' being generous because the placing price could have been much lower. It's almost like..."We want the whole company when it goes private, here is 4p take it or leave it?!"
A leopard doesn't change his spots.

mannnan just jealousy here mate.
This one has been a dog tbf and even a spike won't get me level by looks of it, so called this wrong.
You are correct with pump and dump as AIM is creating this culture with how volatile its become.
Only problem with delisting. But pump and dump is no problem. It’s happening all around.
As I have stated many time my opinions are mine and I often get it wrong but still make money.
I'd not listen to anyone on these boards.. most are sad unemployed failures with no money to invest or trade .... sound familiar??
So me discussing a share I think will spike is hardly forcing people to buy you sad little boy
I blocked you but then noticed some green boxes.
Haha bitter aren't you.
Little stalker even watching every conversation.
Need to get out more baldy
Oh, he still hasn't managed to filter me yet. Perhaps I should give him instructions!
Neil777 is openly discussing pumping (& presumably dumping) on Abingdon health (ABDX) forum with another poster. They operate in packs with a concerted effort to pump & dump. No shame.
