Landing
the share price crashed. MM lifted sp by RNS and escaped successfully. it will be long way for sp come back.
Only 50% though if they had sold at some point yesterday not today, which is why its strange IMO.
If they sold today which lots seem to then they were selling at 0.11p maximum which was offered at 8am until about 8.20am
Once that had gone I'd have expected yesterday's buyers at 0.1p plus to hold as they were selling at a loss as this dropped fast.
People get bored and sometimes sell at a loss so they can pile back in to the next 30% riser.
I'll be holding as my average is okay but I feel sorry for the buyers at 0.17p
GLA
Anyone who managed to get some shares at 0.1 pence would have made 50% yesterday. That might explain the selling.
I'm hoping you're right but this seems to have settled back to equilibrium now.
I'm a bit annoyed with myself - I sold down too soon then bought back too soon... but none of us can see the future. It was still a good day yesterday.
This is very strange after the 2 RNSs yesterday.
It was 170% up yesterday at 1 point and the news from the board was clearly positive
Yet this is now only only about 5% up from Tuesday
Expect a bounce tomorrow or next week after the very good new deal and update
On the interesting measuring scale, with 10 being really really interesting and 1 being not interesting at all, how would you rate today so far?
The technology in digital chemistry might be groundbreaking and unique to DMTR however many a good product and solution has delivered nothing for shareholders if run by a poorly managed business!

I missed this totally today.. been half expecting something like this…
Nothing wrong with digital chemistry…
Long long long way to go yet….long way.

DeepMatter expects revenue to rise as signs deal with Germany's Merck

Tomorrow will be interesting
Additionally, ChemIntelligence, which DeepMatter acquired in June 2022, has been selected by Bayer CropScience, the world's second largest agrochemical company, to provide its capabilities in Bayer's LifeHub Lyon in La Dargoire Research Centre (CRLD).
So much growth!
Latino
Yes fair comment I was just amazed how this rises so quickly but the games the MMs play
GL
If you believe then need to stop worrying about what happening every 10 sec…MMs played to dermapers tune today but can’t hold this back for long!
Now
0.115 to buy and
0.110 to sell
4.5% spread is expected
Wow this went from
0.1039 to buy
0.130 to sell
Now
0.118 to buy but they give a pathetic
0.014 to sell
MMs at their best
Derampers all gone now, MMs now fully cashed in on weak PIs/traders who have sold on fear…they will now take this up into close!
This will bounce hard from here, no immediate need for placing…false and misleading PIs!

Trading update
DeepMatter Group Plc (AIM: DMTR, "Deepmatter", the "Group"), the digital chemistry data and software company, announces that after the nine months of the financial year and having now signed a material agreement with Merck (see separate statement), the Group expects revenue for the current financial year to be no less than £1.5m, an increase of over 50% year on year (2021: £1.0m).
DeepMatter has secured three strategically important multi-year collaborations during the current financial year and as anticipated continues to see a strengthening of its sales pipeline following a strong first half. The Merck collaboration has the potential to become one of the Group's largest to date.
These collaborations bring future revenue visibility and opportunities to grow the revenue opportunity from existing customers as well as new customers. They include technology access fees, collaboration fees and royalties.
As stated in the Group's H1 results, DeepMatter is investing in product enhancements, strengthening its team, pursuing machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) based R&D activities that create new intellectual property (IP). It also continues to assert its IP rights which have the potential to contribute to long term value creation. The Directors remain in regular contact with the Group's major shareholders who are supportive. Deepmatter held cash balances of £0.7m at 30 September 2022, with costs remaining in line with those reported at the time of Group's H1 results.
Additionally, ChemIntelligence, which DeepMatter acquired in June 2022, has been selected by Bayer CropScience, the world's second largest agrochemical company, to provide its capabilities in Bayer's LifeHub Lyon in La Dargoire Research Centre (CRLD).
The inclusion of ChemIntelligence in the LifeHub should accelerate the safe design and more effective development of chemical crop protection products using its artificial intelligence expertise and intellectual property.
Can’t see a negative
Mark Warne, CEO of DeepMatter, commented:
"After a solid H1, we are now on course to increase our year on year revenues by some 50% and importantly are seeing increasing customer interest and the potential for recurring royalty revenues. These revenues which are recognised over the life of contracts, providing us with growing visibility.
"With our strengthening relations with Merck and other international blue chip organisations plus our investment programme, we are leading the digitalisation of chemistry space and driving the market shift. Our vision is to provide the digital data that enables all molecules to be made efficiently and safely as well as sustainably."

Interesting numbers to gauge -
£56bn revenue
£4.3bn profit
£14bn spend on R&D
Now dealing with a £4m market cap company.
As an invested shareholder at various levels up to 2p here is my take on a plus and negative side-
For argument sake lets say the contract is £500k a year, out of their R&D cost it is nothing to start with even down the line they go to £3-4m contracts it is still miniscule. We need a lot of blue chip companies Astra, Bayern and the like to do the same, potentially with one coming on board will they think they are now missing out?
The negative side because we haven't realised full market cap potential due to the non-monetisation and lack of commercial acumen of our BOD, we could be viewed as a cheap buyout option especially with current funding issues. For full exclusivity of the tech it can be snapped up for £10-15m today.
I fully believe that this stock based on industry multiples of 11x can be a £100m market cap by 2027, you have to invest over a 5 to 10 year period and within that generate an annual dividend yield of 3.63-5%. There are many insiders within that stock that know more than the every day private investor, so I just hope for all invested that if they do raise for future gross that these insiders take majority of the subscription and instead of going for £1m here etc they raise £10m at current SP or 7 day average.
@Barnetpeter
Spot on. There are bargains out there if you know where to look
Have done well recently on Boil, EEE and MSMN getting in ahead of the herd, same here.
If looking for another bargain take a look at ORR (ORR) Oriole Resources
Presently trading at a quarter of its Net Asset Value!
Fair value over there is 0.6p for where there are at present
The current SP is just a mere 0.15p
Nothing priced in and they will be announcing a MRE to the market soon which will increase the value of their land packages even further than the c.12.5m they are on their balance sheet and yet they trade at about 3.3m
Could do 3 to 4 bags just to reach fair value ahead of their next announcement.
Will post some more info up over on their bb a little later on, but it's the most undervalue stock on the small cap space that I've seen in a long time so at some stage expect the herd to arrive over there
GLA.

If this can hold onto 0.10 by end of the play then we talk about 1 p tomorrow
Don't forget this is only about 7% up on the month even after today's massive jump and with those 2 RNS released this is surly a buy
You think so Acker?
1p would be a good start let alone back to 10p +!
