you'll know how little cash they have by how quickly this £1million raise from the major share holders comes along ahead of the delisting. I am assuming they are doing it to wipe out PI's while raising whatever cash they can.
Maybe they'll try and engineer a spike to get some momentum trading.....but I doubt it.
