Hi all,
New cells? you do realise this info is well over a year old...am i missing something?
Cheers Claret, I've been scouring Murata's documentation of these new cells in the hope of finding concrete links to us, but as per your post, it all points to our tech. ....Wonder if Mr AK will be able to publicise it next week ?
Murata licence widened to battery applications - RNS - London Stock Exchange
12 Apr 2016 · Murata licence widened to battery applications RNS - regulatory news service - news. ... 12 April 2016. CAP-XX Limited. ("CAP-XX" or the "Company"). Murata licence widened to battery applications.
Looks VERY much like our tech, but I can't find any reference to supercaps or Cap-xx .... Really hoping someone can post a link if possible
The weekend has got a lot better after reading that..was that your buy reported after hrs Frac?...Thanks for posting anyhow ... :)
Is this with cap-xx tech onboard ? If so... I will open a bottle of champagne tonight..

Btw. I also think the company is limited in their freedom to communicate due to nda’s and jda’s.
That could explain the f2f with PC where many things have been said but nothing formally.
Facts:
Licensed by 3 major electronic components companies. Tdk, avx and murata (who took over the Sony battery division for strategic reasons...)
Recently settled the IP with one party.
Expanded production capacity.
Automotive focus in Germany.
Many requests for orders
I really think that AK doesnt need us anymore and is focussing on execution. I also think he wants less dillution of the share and trying to shake us out (not happening btw...)
I think October will show if I’m right or wrong...the figures cant stay hidden forever...
I'm sure the cost and effort defending the patents and signing up TDK etc. there is going to be a lot for AK to say going forward, once the ground is set :-)
The other alternative he has nothing to promote? It is a mystery for sure.
I have no answer..it is truly a mystery why AK fails to promote the company. Maybe playing the long game? Completely different from say Ricketts out of Versarien who promotes his company 20 hrs a day.
Not sure I buy the theory AK was waiting for the Court actions to be resolved. One is done and the other is still outstanding. At the time when he spoke to PC both cases were still ongoing and could have taken a substantial time to resolve with the inherent risk that CPX may lose. Thus I do not believe he would have kept on waiting for these to go CPX's way until he announced further contract news. Something is wrong . Where is the RNS news about these contracts, if they are solid. I hope I am wrong but to inform PC about these contracts worth 20-25 M Aus $ and then nothing. Am I missing something . It is just not logical. I cannot think of any other Company who would not be shouting out this news. Views please. If anyone has a reason for the delay backed upped with hard evidence please share.
