The company have run out of their own cash. Clearly they are getting cash from elsewhere. Pretty obvious really.
I first bought in at 10p and have averaged down ever since to 0.18p. However, I wrote off this share a long time ago. I have recently rekindled some optimism.
"had an email yesterday saying the fca have opened an investigation!"
Probably into you LB28!! LOL
OB is correct in what he says, as the more reasonable posters have tried to point out and regardless of the threaths of bodily violence (amongst others) etc that have come from some quarters.
EyeGuy kept questioning why I was ''supposedly'' holding a position in this company.?
The answer is quite obvious and as stated previously - if indeed some form of 'alternative finance' is being arranged, then the talk of 1p plus can indeed be in the cards - the flipside is a complete loss of any shareholder value.
What are the chances of the respective scenarios?
My own position has been clearly put across and I've seen nothing that changes my mind on that - certainly with no 'certainty' as many with an opposing viewpoint are suggesting - we all remember the 'impossible placing' Jay12 was trying to force down peoples throaths and based on his 'years of experience' etc.
However, given the extreme Upside potential and accepting there is no certainty in any outcome (likelihoods aside), I'll retain my holding here in the hope that something tangable regarding progress does manifest - if not, I can (fortunately) quite easily absorb any resultant loss.
It's been interesting to note the underlying Buying pressure as others no doubt see the possibility at least, of a potential (if not likely) 10 bagger or whatever people like to call it.
Let's see if that Buying pressure sustains or its back to the usual.
Atb all & have a good day
This May 2019 presentation contains a few additional points & explanations on some of the graphics versus earlier presentations, if folks want a useful summary that is reasonably recent.
OB for the same reasons you bought in its a great opportunity 'if' Art can finally pull it out of the bag and at 3 mil Mkt cap the returns could be huge.. I bet there was a time you were eagerly posting information for newbies..
Eyeguy, you're reminding all shareholders of information we've known for years.

In fairness to you OB this optimistic assessment from 2017 did make me laugh come on art pull it out if the bag...

Thanks, YM.
Trust me, as someone who has been stuck in this for years I want nothing more but to see this pan out, especially for the other true longs who have been grossly mislead by Art. As for those newbies coming in, trying to ramp the share and ignoring all of the facts that us longs have had to deal with is a slap in the face and incredibly disrespectful to those who have bought in at much higher prices under false promises and failed timelines.
Well said Oilberta. All the sensible people in this share agree with you. GL YM
Hi LB,
Since you were so upset the other evening, I wanted to share my insights with you just so there is no denying the facts.
According to COPL's latest financial statements (FY Q3) released on November 13th, 2019, COPL had approximately $484,000 USD in cash and equivalent as of September 30th, 2019. Their net loss for the quarter was $936,000 USD in which $921,000 USD was related to their administrative costs; this equates to a monthly burn rate of circa $307k USD per month which is in accordance to what Art has disclosed previously. If you apply that same monthly burn rate to the cash left on hand as of Sept. 30, 2019 they ran out of cash in the middle on November. Right around November 17th to be exact. So where we have not seen a placement or any material news related to a finance deal, this can only leave us to speculate that they are behind on rent and salaries or running on some sort of credit that is NOT listed on the financials. Otherwise, the math doesn't add up.
Look forward to your response.
Oilberta
