So good to see all shareholders aligned on reinstating Callum and getting rid of Russo and Taylor
Just voted now for all resolutions
Voted now. Got an email from Broadridge this morning.
I got a vote on each of my holdings with ii.
I voted in favour of the shareholder proposals.
I would like to see Callum back as quickly as possible.
At 8:21am LSE says we are up 8.7% and the spread is the same as yesterday’s close 2.3p - 2.7p and this gets us on the Leaderboard at number 5. Strange or is it?
LSE said we closed at 2.3p the previous day! How can anybody believe what LSE publishes?
RKB
LSE Misleading EOD Data
The Main LSE Website said we closed down 8% when we were 0%
The Spread at close on Wednesday was 2.3p - 2.7p and it was -1.86% which was correct (previous day it was 2.4p - 2.7)
Today Thursday at the close it was 2.3p - 2.7% so no change and it should say 0% but LSE says -8%
On LSE South East we are also marked as -8% down and on the “Today’s Share Fallers” we were at number 21
You may think it does not matter the data that LSE publishes is incorrect because it does not affect you but when you have data going back 4 years of the closing BID – ASK and see a pattern then it could affect you.
My data says that we will close positive over the next two business days.

Even with Eric's votes I would be shocked if the resolution does not pass. There are enough shareholders who want to vote for resolution that even with his large holding I still don't think he'll be a deciding factor. From every shareholder I have spoken too, not a single one has said they would vote against it.
Anyone use Fidelity platform? I'm still waiting for notification about being able to vote and can't remember how i did it last time??
I would bet they would be prepared to go before end September. But surely setting that date was a ploy to extract money from the company in lieu of income lost if they were to accept an earlier exit. They are only interested in rinsing Chill
How to assist Eric Schrader
We all know that Trevor & Antonio will be voted off the Board on the 6th June.
Eric Schrader is in a difficult situation as he may feel obliged to vote against the Resolutions so as not to “upset” Trevor & Antonio.
If there are sufficient votes for the Resolutions then it makes no difference if Eric votes against but all the ordinary shareholders who voted to remove Trevor & Antonio will possibly feel that their interests and Eric’s are not aligned and when the AGM comes later in the year, Eric is up for re-election, and he will be voted off.
A possible compromise would be for say 50% of all the shares in issue to vote for the Resolutions and as a few friends have said, there would be no reason to have the General Meeting, because it would be a done deal.
This would mean that Eric could say to Trevor & Antonio that he voted against the Resolutions, but it was insufficient to save them.
So, we all need to vote to send a clear message to Trevor & Antonio that they should just resign.

Swan lane the irony heh
Had my receipt from the registrar at. Proxy vote. All logged and correct.
Hargreaves Lansdown Voting
I have voted this morning at Hargreaves Lansdown for all Resolutions with (at present but there will be a little more) 1,098,890 shares.
Last year our AGM was held at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited, 5th Floor, 5 St Helen’s Place, London EC3A 6AB our Financial Advisor & Broker.
In 2022 when there was a General Meeting it was also held at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited.
At our AGM in 2022 it was also held at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited.
Now where would you expect our General Meeting to be held on the 4th June 2024? It is not at Allenby Capital Limited offices.
Our General Meeting is being held at Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT 10am 4th June 2024.
Who do you think occupies this building?

PS Are Trevor & Antonio using Chill Brands resources (flights, funds, hotel accommodation and food & drink) at Chill Brands Groups shareholders expense to subsidise their UK Legal Case?
Viber is good but it is now a closed group for LTH
Can't read most of the important information on ADVFN due to Institutional investor's schizophrenic rants.
ADVFN is a pile of hate , telegram group is good
Are there any other boards apart from Advfn where there is Chill chat going on and where the message needs to reach shareholders that hold through intermediaries or platforms?
Not all brokers notify investors about voting at GM’s. Mine doesn’t.
All you need to do is send a DM with your voting intentions - just give them enough time
I heard that they'd already put down a deposit.

The resignation date basically buys Russo and Taylor enough time to sap the life out of the remaining finances and anything left valuable, they are smurfs. Don't be fooled, we must push for an earlier resignation as i fear they will employ scorched earth tactics, leaving us investors empty handed.
We either need to get them out sooner so that they don't ruin the company (as they likely will) or reinstate Callum ASAP so that he can oversee. Either way when Callum does return I think we will see a big increase in SP.
The news yesterday was positive to a degree as reflected in immediate market reaction. Then it sunk in R&T were still around for a while yet and positive progress was parked. Does anyone know of a way to get shot quickly without paying them loads of cash? Surely this is the plan in their heads?
The vote we know will be positive. It has always been clear that R&T are just in it for themselves and therefore much damage can be done in a short period of time. Without a CEO to oversee them we are like a ship adrift in choppy waters. We need Callum back before too much harm is done. Who is running the show till the 4th?
Good morning all. Vote cast with HL via secure messages. They have always replied in the past to confirm.
Anyone remember D T Ultravert?
Interesting that Nicholas Tulloch, former non-executive director of this company, is now non-executive director of D G Innovate, a very successful company involved in sustainable battery development. D G Innovate formerly owned the patent to D T Ultravert. This was acquired by HNR (now Chill). Later on, Chill planned to sell their now 75% stake to another company, however seemingly at the last minute the other company terminated the deal citing it as an "unnecessary risk to the company and its shareholders". I wonder what that was all about.
Anyway, that other company was acquired by the company that had the original patent, D G Innovate. Nothing wrong with this, just an interesting observation. I wonder if anything ever became of D T Ultravert.
