sj999 incorrect definition of capitulation, not terra luna but means to give in, back to school for you lol.

You play to the cards dealt. Steve P has not got infintie monies to invest, so he plays to his strength. Fast mover, obtaining good grond, and doing the low cost drill target definition. Define lots of high quality targets, advertise and get others to pay for "shots on goals". More shots, the luckier you can be, greater chance of success.
M Horgan is playing a necessities game, he has to explore within the life of mine volume (radius=trucking distance, and depth =depth of commercial mining) around the mine infrastructure. At this stage lots of well meaning waffle which has been going on too long in my humble view, and well paid staff, but nothing produced.
Compelling targets in front of investors...NO
Compelling new drill results..NO
So my money is with the Steve P/Altus plan, and so calling him a ding-a-ling is probably not the best description. Pull your finger out Horgan is my advice, and perfrom and stop waffling.
There is more to it than what I am saying, but lets leave it at that, time is short.
Petrol GBP2.50/liter of USD5/gallon!? Now thats great management isn't it?
In Australia, despite our having huge resources of gas and producing [Australia produces 2,384,327.54 million cubic feet (MMcf) of natural gas per year (as of 2015) ranking 16th in the world] heaps , we have none for domestic consumption, and so the new warning is that winter is going to get a lot colder?! Truly pathetic management by a yet another third rate government in a first class land.
And we have councils now starting to talk about a new tax on land which is not covered by at least 25% trees?! Not sure how the wheat farmers are going to react? High rise apartment owners etc etc/ Just another airey moment, and we have more than most it seems, although there is stiff competition...!!??
good luck all, we will certainly need it

I was shocked and suspicious when M Horgan publicly touted that Centamin was fast becoming the most attractive chick at the party (or words to that affect)
Provided Centamin don’t miss production targets our low share price days are surely numbered.

Altus Strategies plans to accelerate its gold exploration strategy in Egypt while considering partnerships to take discoveries towards production, CEO Steven Poulton tells The Africa Report.
Large gold discoveries are on the cards in the next five to ten years in Egypt, Poulton says. Egypt is “the best frontier on the planet for gold exploration.”
Altus is quoted on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market and Canada’s TSX Venture Exchange. Its strategy focuses on exploration, and Poulton prefers to leave production to partners. Companies which try to do both don’t tend to have the best results, he says.
“Our philosophy is to cover as much ground as possible as quickly as possible. We’d like to make 10 Sukari-type discoveries, not just one.”

For what it's worth I prefer Mr Horgan's no BS approach to communicating expectations - this Mr Poulton sounds like a ding-a-ling by mentioning his goal of making ten Sukari like discoveries as quickly as possible - but I suppose that's why Sawiris approved him - to each his own !
All international and Egyptian mining companies will participate in the forum, the most important of which are the Canadian Centamin - Barrick - B2Gold companies, Akh Gold, Nubia Mines, Hamash, Shalateen, the Mineral Resources Authority, Aton, SMW, Red Sea, Inc, Iqat,

Terra Luna was/is capitulation- you need to avoid hyperbole ...
Lol- I check bitcoin when I read this capitulation and was expecting at best 2,700usd- surprised to see it 10x this- hardly what I call capitulation!
Bitcoin nears capitulation point, just above it's price for mining currently around $2000 above it's $25,500 per bitcoin to mine atm.
Well, inflation now moving into double figures in the US, and we are away to the races that were predicted a long time ago, but somehow not predicted by the Federal Reserve?

NOW AN UPDATE: It’s a fallacy to keep GOLD prices low to show the economy is doing alright, says Dr. Ron Paul, former U.S. Congressman and Host of The Ron Paul Liberty Report.
He surveys the U.S. economic landscape and asserts that, "the depreciation of money [U.S. dollars] is ongoing, and it's not going to stop." [THIS GOES FOR ANY OTHER CURRENCY, AND SOME WOULD ARGUE ITS THE PRICE WE PAY FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF HAVING A CURRENCY?]
Dr. Paul: that "transitory" price inflation is playing havoc with the economy, where some Americans are feeling the effects of this much more than others. "The transfer of wealth from one group to another we are witnessing," stems from the Federal Reserve, where he says it's time to, "get rid of the Fed."
Dr. Paul encourages the flourishment within the crypto and GOLD communities concluding that, "liberty is the most valuable asset that we can strive for."

ASIDE: WHEN I WORKED IN ZIMBABWE, WE USED TO HAVE TO PAY THE WORKERS BEFORE THEY WOKED AT THE START OF EVERY DAY (NOT WEEK OR MONTH!). ON PAYMENT THE RECIPIENT WOULD GIVE THE MONEY TO THEIR PARTNER/WIFE, AND THE PARTNER/WIFE WOULD MAKE A DASH WITH THE CASH TO THE GROCERY STORE. IF SHE DELAYED THE VALUE OF THE CASH WENT DOWN SIGNIFICANTLY, END OF THE DAY...
FOOTNOTE: The peak month of hyperinflation occurred in mid-November 2008 with a rate estimated at 79,600,000,000% per month, with the year-over-year inflation rate reaching an astounding 89.7 sextillion percent.
LESSON: DON'T GET CAUGHT HOLDING THE CASH, AS THE END OF THE DAY IT WILL BE WORTH LESS THAN AT THE START.

Dammit. I was rellying on it for this weekend's booze!

Sotolo,,
I can assume you don't know Andrew, he walked out of of a highly paid senior city position p because his personal ethical beliefs were in conflict with what he was expected to do and the detrimental effects such trading and price manipulations caused to the worlds poor people who are dependant for their living on working in mining.
Several very senior US regulators have supported him and in each case they had pressure put from on them and were retired, or moved to positions where they were no longer a threat to the market manipulation.
Thanks Deepjoy, heading off to Crete next week, first flights in 2 years airlines willing, planning to reinvest £18k divi back in Cey when it arrives, as said I think it is not as bad as many think and should begin to rise - tho not sure why that thought merits my holiday but thank you!
I’m so lucky to get this opportunity to meet such a wonderful Lady Dr Catharine Farrow

Sotolo .. you need a holiday mate :)
As Keynes said, in the long run we are all dead, and in the long run Andrew Maguire has to be right, or at least there has to be a universe in which he is, for say anything often enough and it has to once be true, so one day he will be right and gold will soar, tho so far over the last few thousand years it has broadly tracked inflation as, with its advance rise over the last 5 years in the world of super low interest rates, it continues to. If inflation catches up with the rise in gold, which seems likely soon, we should see a gold rise, if not of the sort the salesman MaGuire tries to suck us in with. Have a jolly weekend and a final thought, for many years many here thought Cey brilliant, now many write it is awful, well imho it is neither as good as you thought when you panned me for saying the price should fall, nor as bad as you think now, so just as many write it is an awful share I do believe that it shall begin to rise….I would buy more, and will when I get the whopping divi
I really hope you gentlemen see this moving to >£1 pronto. Unfortunately I threw in the towel circa106p . . . had to apply cash resource to better advantage and now hold one Au stock only.
But I'll be back.
10 Jun 2022 In this week’s Live from the Vault, financial advisor and former ‘Wall Street whiz kid’, Peter Grandich presents Andrew Maguire with his case for the impending collapse of the US dollar.
With the dollar’s days seemingly numbered, the two old friends contemplate the value of gold as a means of wealth preservation and capital appreciation.

The prices of most precious metals returned to gains on Friday, after previously recording losses.
After a volatile session the previous day caused by the European Central Bank's warning of possible rate hikes in the upcoming period, the demand for the yellow metal seemingly improved on Friday after reports on inflation in the United States revealed a record-high figure since 1981.
Gold advanced by 1.20% at 12:11 pm ET, to sell for $1,870.14 per ounce. At the same time, silver went up by 1.12% to go for $21.93 per ounce.

If it closes above 1870 that will be very bullish for technical traders
I looked earlier today at the gold price and it was off by 1/2 a % now it’s up nearly 1%.
It’s a long time until Monday still good to see resistance to downward pressure.
I've liked a new ATH for Gold in 2022 H2 since last year - so far, so good - here's my chart view, looks right on cue:
