I'm the kind of guy that, were I to find myself in an empty pub with the pumps working, wouldn't keeping pouring myself more and more free pints until I ran out of glasses. I'd be happy with 2 or 3 :-)

Thank you very much for for the insight into your shares and why you make your decisions, it was very helpful.
If you disagree that's fine, but like I said im going to say anybody that goes into the stock market im sure wants the best returns possible on their investment (want to make as much money as possible on their investment) you disagree with that :)
Good luck to you, I suppose your the type of guy that would want a pint glass with half of pint of beer in it too.
Anyways I have 'no beef' with you either, enough said.

After I said I'm in the stock market to make as much money as possible and you reply to say you disagree your here to try and maximize your wealth ..... well pretty much same thing in my humble opinion."
S.A.M. Can you point to the bit where I said I'm here to maximise my wealth ?? Cos I can't see it ...............
And you've changed your words - you said that "99% are here to make as much money as possible". That's the bit I disagree with.
I totally get that you are here to make as much money as possible. I have no issue whatsoever with that and I truly hope that your investments are successful and generate some significant returns. But you are naive if you think all investors are the same.
I'm 9 months off 55. My SIPP has a balance which will provide me with a very comfortable standard of living. I work part time and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I could sell all my "dull investments" and pile them into high risk/high yield stuff to try and try to make "as much money as possible". But, for me, in my circumstances, that would not be very smart.
So, with respect, the way you and I approach our investing is definitely not "pretty much the same thing", imho.
Look I've no beef with you, I wish you well with your investments.

Cheers mate, I did actuallyention on my previous posts that i was in IPO and i wouldn't be buying anymore stock at the levels it was or as a matter of fact at these levels, the MM's have maximised on the pi's seeing how over subscribed this was.
I've said I'll buy it of it goes lower to 9p and I'll buy on the way down after, I personally dont wish it down it's just my opinion.
Guys at 11.43 I said there could be a 10-15% bounce here, the proof is there, go and have a look what the share did with the hour I said, I dont claim to be anything, just trying to make some money like.the next person.
I'll stick with what I said, it doesn't matter how your doing it, I'm sure were all in the stock market to make as much money as possible with the way he/she is investing or trading.
Anybody who says otherwise I personally think is deluded.
It doesn't matter whether you own tesco stocks and bonds and some spacs a little bit of gold too, I'm sure you invested and want the absolute best returns possible on your money.

Wise words Galactio . If you read the latest shareholder letter from the daddy of investment gurus Warren Buffett ( available Google etc ) you will read the same sentiments towards investing . I met him 21 years ago with 400 others at a lunch in London, sadly I only owned one share ( and still do ) Best of luck guys
@S A M. Not sure I agree. Sure there will be a certain percentage of investors who are simply interested in maximising wealth. However there will also be a significant percentage who are just as keen to not lose their wealth. Shove your money under the bed and it loses value in real terms. The whole idea of portfolio theory is try and reduce the risk associated with holding investments whilst generating a return. If I wanted to make as much money as possible I’d try and shove everything (or a large proportion) in the next NCYT or AAA. If that money was some spare cash that I could easily afford to lose without too much hardship then you might call that smart. If it was my entire SIPP then that would not be smart at all. My personal SIPP includes shares such as TESCO,!Fixed rate Govt Bonds, gold and maybe ten different global funds and ETFs. I know that those investments guarantee that I won’t be making as much money as is possible. I do hold some SPACs and other high potential AIM stocks. However I’m happy with my spread of risk and a return that, while not spectacular, is giving me a return above inflation. That, for me is smart. I could chase many more rainbow stocks and have a chance of increasing my wealth at a much faster rate but I don’t consider that smart risk, return and smart are very different for different investors.
I will give you one thing - you don't stop. Obviously I know you don't have anything better to do so why would you I guess.
Bad man behind a keyboard. I bet you wouldn't stand out in a room.
At some point today you'll have to do something else and when you do just remember to ask yourself... Why why why am I posting on the board of a stock that I have no holding in?
Once you answer that question I genuinely think the light bulb will go off and you'll finally have a shower, put some clothes on and leave the house and see there is a big World out there. You don't need to be here. Nobody cares about what you think.
You don't matter here just like people like you don't matter in the real World.
Before you ask why am I engaging with you. It's because I've had enough of people like you polluting boards with nothing but bulls**t. It's annoying and you need to called out so you might realise that what you're doing is wrong.
Remember Mae West said ( probably ) about both men and money “ too much of a good thing Is wonderful “
Prospects are good here , so put the shares in the bottom draw metaphorically and look again in a years time.
DJG blah blah blah
How can I be frustrated I'm in for 5p... Not that the price matters atm. Just good to get in early in a Company and sector that has potential. Key word is potential. I'm well aware I might lose it all.
Still can't get to the bottom of what your problem is why you are the way you are.
You come across clueless, bitter, jealous and now homophobic. You have a lot of issues and you'll solve none of them by trolling.
Call it what you like, but I'm sure 99% of people are in the stock market to make az much money as possible.
Let's just be realistic, that's the aim of the game if you ask me, if you want to call that greedy then ok I'll call that being smart.
@Fallingknife. With the utmost respect, that is bo11ox. If you substitute "Making as much money as possible" for "Eating as much food as possible" then your response makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
If you want to eat as much food as possible then, to me ,you're greedy. try and convince me otherwise. If the original quote was "people are here to make some money or enough money or even a decent amount of money" then fine. I still don't see the difference between greed and wanting to make as much money as possible. The 2 are synonymous
DJG how am I rattled? Haha
I don't chase rainbows. I invest. I research and take a position based on what I am willing to risk Vs what I believe to be the potential upside.
I know you'll see this because clearly you don't have much going on if you have time troll.
What have you taken issue with after 4 trading days?
What are you so personally invested in this?
You clearly don't have money in this so what is your problem?
Fool you are the dictionary definition of a troll.
I don't pump. Don't need to.
I'm in from the IPO. How was that a mistake. I guarantee I'm sitting on a bigger % here than you ever have in your investing life you pathetic kretin.
Why don't you list some then...
I've said it before and I'll say again. Posters like you have never made more than £100 on the markets
SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE DO NOT TROLL. IT'S A FACT!
Yeah DJG they are the idiots - not you?
Keep wasting your life trolling.
Unless you're trading this which is a very dangerous game, I don't believe most people care what the price is now. Personally I won't be selling anything for 18+ months.
What point are you making after 4 trading days?
few credible names on CBX
1. Peter Wall (ARB CEO)
2.David Beckham
and many including the CEO
this company has serious backers!!
let the sellers out, then the real rise will take place.
Absolutely, I was saying the same I seen a 10 - 15% rise and that's what I was after on my trade ..
If the rise was to carry on all good but I just didnt see it so I was out
Hereshopin, you just keep hoping hoping buddy.
You say
Sam, you are making it up as you go along and to suit your agenda, let's be honest. You called this share hitting 6-8p at least 3 times in quick succession and now you say 9p.
Go back and look where I called the bounce and see if I'm right, yep I'll buy around 9p and then I'll buy on the way down as I think it'll be hard to buy at around the 6-8p level.
But let's see what the next few weeks say here, like I say if it goes up all good (I have ipo) if it goes to down to where I think all good too as I think the MMs will be trying to create volume filling big orders.
Good luck, as I say I dont wish the share to go down, it's just what I think, the MM's seen CBX massively oversubscribed and used it to there advantage.
mannan
CBX are aiming to become the UBer of Biosynthetic Cannabis /Cannibinoid.
CBX can achieve Cannabinoids in 7 Days
* compared to 200 days using conventional methods
CEO said "we found this process incredibly exciting.
*no pesticides
*CBX usage of power and energy is only tiny fraction of that conventional agriculture.
*scaling this up in a manner that is cleaner, Greener and faster
Galactico Greedy is me coming round to your place and eating all your food, including your own family's. Making as much money as possible is me accepting your invite to dinner and only eating for social or business purposes.
ill let you have a think
What's the difference between being greedy and trying to make as much money as possible ??
Coolio Jax
Yes mate, me personally I thought the share might do this but kept my IPO shares and I got them on day 1 I do think the way they can produce CBD is fantastic, looks a market set to explode.
ATM the MM's will have lots of orders to fill around these areas and probably lower, so it's all about volume.
If it goes down I buy more (not to trade) if it goes up all good i have my smallish IPO £500 and a bit.
Either way good luck to all holding, my opinion is this will come good soon, once the MM's have cleaned up on volume
Sorry S.A.M I was not directing it at you or people like you. If you can make money then make money and good luck to you.
I was referring to some of the deplorable characters who have been polluting the board with nonsense day in and day out.
