Boom.. lovely news that will restore confidence ..markets are fwd looking oil stocks will bounce off the back of that ...
The total cut between opec plus and the G20 and buying from the IEA will be 19-20 million bpd. They are targeting around $40.
Worldwide oil supply to be cut by almost 10%
Oil-producing countries have agreed to a deal to cut global production by almost 10% in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
The price of oil has slumped this year because of the crisis.
The negotiations included the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Russia, the United States of America and Mexico.
It amounts to a worldwide reduction of about 9.7 million oil barrels every day from 1 May.
It could also mark the end of a price war between Saudi Arabia and Russia.
probably need a bigger cut in the short term but all looking good for CASP
Hi coffee - I have been keeping an eye on tils for a wile myself - definitely thinking of a dabble this week
Hi Beynon/Swerves glad it helped - was tipped it at 10p, bought in at 30p - in and out a few times - out of it now - Covid Pharma's are the new Gold / Oil ....
I think Oil will rise next week after Opec + and the others get their act together can see CASP firmly back at 7 - 8p on a positive announcement ( Swerves I don't set the prices or news so could be wrong as easily as right ).
Next up is TILS - the ventilator news on Thursday was massive, need to get in early Tuesday if the American dual listing over hang is bought out and they were chomping through the volume on Thursday it rose by 57% , their Monday session should take most of the rest - look at it before with news and no overhang it goes mental on nothing, the hand held inhaler for Covid and COPD is a game changer - fully funded only a puff away... I've read some targets valuing this at £3.24 as the U.S broker target is $20.00 on the 5:1 us to uk share conversion ratio
Another I like the look of it CARCLO Plc - CAR did have three divisions priced at £1.50 to £1.76 - ironically the automotive has left it with a hole in the pension circa £45m and Bank debt both up for renegotiation - 2 divisions left are profitable plastic injection moulding for covid tests and Aerospace parts - engines sitting still will need lots of parts. .. any company in a growth industry will be fawned over so ignore the Pension deficit they'll strike a deal and take something rather than nothing - Bank funding looks nailed on as well to me for the same reason and because the BOD have taken positive action to turn the businesses around and cut costs, CLOSED at 6.1p on Thursday - bought a few will have more if it dips.
Lastly INCE - smart legal firm, attracted high fee earners, cancelled their Divi -( who hasn't ) said they may get some bad debts ( who won't ), Law tends to get paid before everyone else, looks over sold to me fallen from £1.24 to 24p close on Thursday.
Coffee - I saw you tip here for NCyt here in jan/feb did some researcher and have done pretty well out of it - thanks for that. Sold most on Thursday purely from a personal target. Think it has legs but do feel a less than stelar sales update would hurt. Think there are more announcements with new tests and maybe a buyout etc etc to come. Looks like the whole oil industry is going down the pan just now so plays like casp are the last left for returns. Even the majors are considering pulling dividends.
Jester - NCYT has been amazing from 10p to £5.14 mental ...
Tils is looking interesting if the Yanks take up the placing overhang on their dual listing - operates in a similar way that the French Bourse drove NCYT.
Swerves the price is nothing to do with me, it hit 3's I bought, it hit 2's I bought more, my point was if last RNS came up dry it would have seen 2's again maybe high 1's - the RNS came up wet so the price has risen ... thats nothing to do with me either ??
Well I'm quite happy with my 3p average now wish I could buy more but I've got to let ncyt ride for me.
Swerves - luckily it went into the 2's for long enough the first time ...
Levelling up a bit now. I will be happy with a 6p finish today. Then we can see what next Tuesday brings.
Gritster, incredible ............. OK next Fridays Euromillions numbers?
Wow 7p then for Easter ? ha ha
6.3p paid now - mind, that would have been cr*p two months ago....
Dohhh that's put a horrible thought in my head Gritster lying on his back with you rubbing his belly .... 0.7p up now on live price
Abby - make sure its just the belly ....
Gritster keep it coming with your numbers. Your like a magic garden gnome. I’m going to keep rubbing your belly until the good luck wears off :D
