You too ;)
Hey Shardster - no offence taken :-)
Good luck to you and have a great weekend
Shardster both will do well ..
To much animosity
Conflict of interest because of TB,,,
But TB is famous..
He can ski on one leg while eating a mars bar ...
:-D
Good luck to everyone in both shares especially as the market is rigged against us.
That’s fair enough regarding rms but this is the brh chat board and currently I’d rather be in this than rms (no offence)
"TB has made some shareholders very wealthy"
Yes, he certainly has.
"as a general rule he has done extremely well for investors"
He provoked a Private investor rebellion at RMS that saw a disparate collection of PIs galvanised into a class action that voted down warrants . How often does that happen? How badly do you need to treat investors for them to band together to vote out a BOD.
On AIM, which is basically the wild west...
we all will have different views/opinions....we will differ on this issue....but with me....i tend to see things in +ve way....not cry over what could have been...
yes for me also...in...CARL we TRUST...but in my books anyway...doesnt make TB bad.....put yourselves in his shoe....then ask what u would have done.....
like i say i am not here to defend him....me having to promote this share for last 10 or so mths...hasnt been easy...if anyone....i should be the first one throwing tantrums....i am not....either i am must be stupid and am oblivious to whats hapening around me....or must just be concentrating on the positives....what has been has been...no-one can change that....i had similar discussions like this when tb sold t 20p first time around...and then loaded up at 12p....with rms swap.....it is painful...but one has to look at the bright side....i have.....hence dont regret it...p/f looking great thanks to mainly brh....
its my work time.....i have rushed this msg...hope it makes sense.....
Fathertedcrilly you are completely ignoring the elephant in the room, the share price has risen from 20p to £1.40 within the last 3 months......TB has made some shareholders very wealthy, as a general rule he has done extremely well for investors and there’s more to come.
Casper we are on the same side i think but slow down with drink....
I wouldn't put trevor brown behavior as that of a average CEO's
He does have formidable repetition does he not?
I did think twice before investing here to be honest. Carl got my attention though...
"Its a bad trait being jealous of others having success, TB has taken lot of stick this year 4 what?making himself/his family wealthy multi multi millionaires not that they most probably wasnt in 1st place"
If you are a Private Investor, not privy to TB's plans to make himself and his family rich, how confident would you be investing in a company he runs for his own gain?
"TB is just same as any other CEO on AIM"
Not true. Some CEOs want to build a business - not just use it. I actively try to invest in companies with this sort of CEO.
"I suppose what it comes down 2 is Has TB delivered 4 his shareholders alongside himself?"
Are you smoking crack?
"Is TB perfect? no no-1 is if he was he would have sold rms at 7p 8p 9p & this last batch in brh at £1.40 "
Do you understand how director dealing works? The periods directors can deal in in will almost never coincide with the high points. However, if you want to sell at 5p, ramp it to 7p... if you want to sell at 57p ramp it to a quid.
Check what date TBs next warrants come into play... then look out for after hours RNSs detailing director sells in the following days.
FFS.
That said, good luck. I genuinely mean that - and I hope you do well... I just wouldn't bet on it.
Its a bad trait being jealous of others having success,TB has taken lot of stick this year 4 what?making himself/his family wealthy multi multi millionaires not that they most probably wasnt in 1st place
TB is just same as any other CEO on AIM looking out 4 number 1 himself other ceo's in in odx/gdr etc have don the same exercised options/warrants walked away with £100k's..i think avct 1 bought a house in usa
I suppose what it comes down 2 is Has TB delivered 4 his shareholders alongside himself? i would say yes all of his shares have multibagged this year iqai/rms/brh most of LTH's have made decent monies i got done in rms myself because of HYPE &valuation at the time TB knew it was overvalued&sold its not a DEFENCE as it hit me aswell BIG TIME just saying how it is if he didnt sell at that point 10p 20p would have been on forget what they had it was on MOMENTUM/SENTIMENT alone the mkt cap was ballooning out of control
So theoretically speaking those holding rms@0.20p brh@10p iqai@2p would have done really really well multibagged many times over
Is TB perfect? no no-1 is if he was he would have sold rms at 7p 8p 9p & this last batch in brh at £1.40 (ok he was in closed period) but i feel he still could have made more had he held 55p comeon its not perfection is it
Why sell? like i tend to say his monies his choice most ceo's do it gdr ceo did it odx ceo did it avct ceo did it etc, does that mean their companies are about to fail?no far from it
AIM is corrupt we all know ceo's etc use its loopholes to make/rake monies aim for ceo is the same as us investors/traders to make monies i dont think there is a good/bad way of making money its just about making money & many do if you look at success of tb COMPANIES TB deserves it
Question is why sell his latest brh option shares when if we was going to go to the MOON..he could have made more again look at rms example even though he made monies for brh ers he could have made more it comes down to him not being perfect getting his timings wrong and all that also him selling at higher price would have done more damage longterm,Put yourselves in TB shoes...you have 8M shares in brh thats at 50p £4m worth why would u want to buy more wouldnt you have plenty? my take is options were exercised so more money could go in brh coffers..it wasnt an obligation on TB's behalf..but he did it..to add few more bucks in the coffers..and yes him selling at 55p...is like x2-3 profit why hold onto these shares when he already had plenty? no need GREED is biggest root of evil another thing lets say he didnt sell how would have he managed to sell 10m odd shares.at lets say £5..would have been almost impossible share price would have gone nowhere for mths also its out of the way now we will not get distracted at later date i.e at £1/£2/£3 etc from our point of view the lower the better
I say again its not a defence as i have been hit aswell, time and and effort i have put in brh..i should be the last on
