How can I buy some stocks I live in the Bahamas I just don't no please help
IK: Eytan implied in the interview that farmin partners will lose advantage the further the process progresses.
that was one of the bits I picked up on in the interview, I was not sure how much of it was for PI's and II's confidence and how much was to shake out a farmin that was sitting on the fence.
I would like to think that even if we do get a farm in and the business does not need the additional cash from the OO they allow it to go ahead for the benefit of LTHs even on scaled back allocation.
The purpose of a board is after all to deliver long term benefit for the shareholders of the business. And to provide roast beef and horseradish (/Wasabi) sandwiches at all future shareholder meetings.
I am about all in now. We are still a high risk vs reward company and nothing is guaranteed, though I like to think that I have done as much research as I can. I await the letter through the door regarding the OO, though as has been mentioned several times already, a major or majors may just wish to do to put together a reasonable package for everyone.
We MUST commence the drill so WE must receive some benefit along the way. The clock is still ticking, some will be panic stricken whilst others are comfortable.
Please we are nearer 2p than 1p. A poster earlier stated now is the better time to top up, and financially it is better to buy under 2p than 2p or 2p plus so cannot complain, though today investors will be paying above the OO rate plus commission.
Not too on edge with the way we sit and hopefully the next RNS will not be sad news as we had today. Whilst I never met the man, there will be plenty of folk mourning his passing.
Been in since 2014. I don't quite understand the complete situation here, but my view is so far so good. Something keeps buoying this up at a reasonably consistent level, so I remain in and will do so until it meets my pension gap with a bit of luck and a fair wind. And I get free entertainment to get me through my day at work.
PI - I hope it is left to the existing shareholders to make this happen. It’s like the early days of the railroads opening up new frontiers, when folk risked capital in return for the chance of gaining long term rewards in an age where day traders and shorters hadn’t been invented. Bring it on!
Not sure of that Spirit.
Eytan implied in the interview that farmin partners will lose advantage the further the process progresses.
Of course they are not going to spike the company’s guns by upsetting any serious farmin partner.
However I suspect that if the co can fund its own well it would prefer todo so.
If a farmin becomes that serious at this stage they have to have some give or take.
Of course I may be being very naive.
Answers on a postcard......
PI. As I understand the RNS, there is no compulsion on the Board to go through with the OO if, for instance, a farm in partner was signed up, the terms of which might make a further fund raise unnecessary. In that case, those of us supporting the OO would either have to buy more shares at a presumably higher price in the market or content ourselves with current holdings.
one thing for sure, if we announce a farm in before the OO is complete it will be massively over subscribed. Even I will ask to take up my full allowance. Do not share this news with Mrs P_I she will have me in the dog house faster than you can say 'Flash, ahhhh'
IK - There are plenty of shorters still sniffing about. Hopefully they will clear off when funding is in place.
GL All... roll on the open offer / drill.
laallee - just as well you can't post any pictures of rockets or intercontinential missiles on LSE.... :-)
Lint I suspect the shorters are getting nervous and starting to bottle.
The point is that the higher it goes now the more they bottle as the OO will be achieved and possibly oversubscribed. It is exponential.

Linton, give us a BOOOOOM!
The giant is awakening.....
