Where is RKB?
He might have an interesting insight into this

Siborg,
Please do not think i am in any way like him. I sincerely hope not.
I have tried not to be cryptic, i have said openly where i don't think we are going, and where i do think we are going, and why i think so. I have said before, i do not profess to "know" any more than anyone else.
I just have a habit of digging and digging into things that interest me, and probably think too much on different tangents. Sometimes this lateral thinking does throw up some things that i would have normally dismissed, but when i start thinking about it, things come together.
He may have cleverly asked investigative questions as per his background and experience that has lead him down a path of thought... But don't think he knows more but more so figured things out that aren't perhaps out in the public yet...
Neil I think you already do know something..... Your being too cryptic... Rkb-esque
Jace ,
That would probably be a correct assumption.
No one picked up yet that the BOD are all Non Executive Directors. There are no Executive Directors appointed yet.
I would expect this position to change in the event of an RTO being announced.
re your comment on "small firms" - this is another reason i believe we will relist on the main market. It exposes us to a bigger "audience" if you pardon the expression. Also gives the impression of enhanced status.
Time for me to retire now.
Approx 8 hours from now we will know something.
Good night and good luck to all.
Personally i believe our ned's days are numbered. I bet no one has spoken to him in regards to BOU for a very long time. Hence PR team up and running and fielding relations. Just my observation- will have to see what comes of it.
He might be on the other firm to make up the numbers, not much more. PH are brokers there too so it makes sense for them.
Depending on what we RTO into and depending on its size it could also be the case we change brokers - PH seem to be for small firms. So if we turn into something with a larger mcap maybe it needs a fresh broker along with its client base.
The suspence.... Will it be rags or riches????
Madchatter,
I didn't say that they would be any use to BOU. It was meant as a pointer towards where i think our sector lies.
Do you think it a coincidence that one of our BOD is being proposed as an NED in a co. in the pharma sector? and who's speciality is in IPO's, and just happens to be corporate broking director in PCF?
Do you think it a coincidence that another of our BOD is a specialist in the Pharma sector? ( i can find about 17 companies he has held directorships in this area) or that it was specifically stated in June 26th 2019 RNS "the group is seeking new investment opportunities in a number of business areas, INCLUDING THE HEALTH SECTOR"?
Madchatter
Same question to you as I gave Neilin. Have you ever spoken to Antos?
Not sure why an already public listed company would be of any use to bou? This cannot really issue shares to be an investment company and buy into valrix. So barking up the wrong tree.
I'm 99% sure it's game over and was just used for a tax loss by Antos.
yes they are a struggling company so you are not wrong and have been for a few years. Best to stay on subject, teek eh?
Isnt valrx a struggling company? Correct me if im wrong but they have been on a downward spiral for a few years now. With a very bad track record. VAL ticker on lse
Hence why I have been chucked out of so many casinos, and by the looks of it hopefully another one hopefully tomorrow!
cc's fingers are faster than mine!
Siborg,
I just happened to be looking through various companies, and came across mention of it in an RNS for ValRX
Thanks cc

Neil where have you sourced your info on ML becoming an ned on pharma Co???
OK thank you for the quick response.
Countingcards,
No, i have never spoken with him, or had any contact in any way.
Neilin out of curiosity have you ever spoken to Antos directly?
Thank you Investbest.
I am not trying to be a smart ar$e or pretending i am in the know.
I just see so many people on here that are so despondent, and thought i would share things i had found, that may give us all some hope. I do not think that all is lost, and we will know something VERY soon.
Fair post neil. We shall see either way. I can understand now why you wouldnt want it to be couer
