Looks like the bid is just over 1.74p. Ask 1.9p.
I reckon ~8% spread.

There's not much available under 2p apparently.
Won't take much to get this moving this afternoon it could surprise.

I can only imagine that those selling don't really understand what they've bought and that ORR is at a pivotal point / possible material event.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the afternoon rise to blue again today but the spread not helping.

A JV doesn't need an acquisition does it?
Plus VAL is listed already.
And we're talking about only a part of VAL’s assets (if true)
So how can VAL be the target?
Could VAL be involved though? Yes maybe?

If this has legs then (based on other links out there) I think maybe different party's may come together here (that ends up as the new BOU) that may involve entering a JV agreement with VAL, amongst other things we haven't yet heard about.

I read end of April / start of May depending on weather.

The annual dry season bounce is here plus lots of news expected so I guess pretty busy times ahead.

Well if it's a JV then then it seems that the tech will be taken forward using the new companies resources which obviously benefits VAL if they can't do it / fund it themselves. Several scenarios but it's all guess work ATM.

So aren't we looking at potentially:
1. Unlisted company acquires tech from VAL
2. BOU acquires unlisted company

If not then it's very coincidental with the ML link and the technology from VAL seeming to fit the cancer diagnostic reference in the BOU RNS.

Speculation is that it could be either of Lubos Kürthy or Jonathan de Thierry, the latter is the recently departed director. Speculation is that it is NOT the drillers which if true is good news.

Or it could be someone completely random.

I meant whether it could mean anything as it's a little odd that it appears with these uncrossing trades (unless they're common and I've just never noticed).
