Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
RNS 1 week ago states more results in the 'near term' so that's all we know, but I'm guessing anytime within the next few weeks.
I'd expect the CASA update before this and it will be interesting to see the SP reaction to this since it's a significant milestone to unlock possible opportunities with the majors, not that we're in any rush with the whole of 2020 funded and more of CE plus 13 more targets to explore.
I get the feeling the news flow is being carefully managed to provide stability over the rainy months so happy with this personally.
News on completion of the CASA sale should help. RNS from 13th Nov states "final due diligence being completed and is expected to close no later than 10 January 2020".
Once done we satisfy the criteria of the majors as described by NvS in the recent interviews so bigger news may well be round the corner.
Well the SP isn't representing the value and potential of the assets currently IMO.
CE alone justifies a ~£20M MCAP / ~2.5p before last weeks additional CE results landed. We now know the CE area is ~40% more than expected and we're not finished.
Considering the reported mineralisation and the positivity coming from RNS's and the interviews I'd also expect decent grades from the new targets.
So short term impacts from 2.5p we have:
+40% Cheyeza area
Muswema results with reported mineralisation due any time
West Lunga results due any time
Add these up and I can envisage assets at twice the value of CE from 2 weeks ago. 40% already there in the last CE RNS.
So I can see 4p going very easily IF the next results are good from new targets and IF the market catches on to the value of the assets.
Oh and producing more out of Kalaba will help.
Guestimates obvioulsy.
Probably depends on how further we are with delineation of the area and when it's decided that we've covered enough ground for a comprehensive estimate.
It's possible that they'll be producing from the demo plant using stock taken from Kalaba but they won't touch CE resources until delineation is complete.
Exactly, hence one of my posts a week or so ago suggesting that West Lunga could be treated as a separate entity to the Cheyeza, Muswema, Lumbeta targets that could well be emerging as part of the same larger system.
Time will tell and what will be will be. Until then fingers crossed for some good drill results.
