Hi Neil as always thanks for the reply. Appreciated. Good luck.
Regards Biffy.
My shares are still shown in account but with no value now ! also just indicating a loss value !
Neil
Fair play to you as it looks as though you called this correctly
All we need now is the "Target" and what value is to be placed on it
Chris
Hi Biffy
No, the Fund manager is obliged to transfer them out of your ISA.
They can then be held in a share account, or if you really want they can issue paper certificates.
You do NOT lose them
Hi Neil. So if your shares are in a stock and share ISA they have 30 days to complete or they are gone?
If they want to realist on the main market they had to delist which was not notify the shareholders till today... Neilin is right so far so I am hopeful that this will conclude to a positive result for us
where was the update posted ? RNS
After all this time we just stung along again. This is the end just a softer blow. B0110cks to the company.
James,
Your investment has not gone. You still own thesame number of shares in the company, as per the announcement.
They would only be removed from your broker if they were in an ISA, as they have to do this within 30 days of notice of delist as it is no longer a recognised share on a listed market.
Depending on the deal, the number of shares you will then own in the new company will then be advised. This is dependent n how many existing shares of both the companies have amongst other things.
Important thing is.... you still have your shares.
Good question James.
Sorry for the probably stupid question, but how does this work now we have delisted? The shares will be removed from our accounts with our brokers? Has our investment gone? Or if the company relists do we received x shares in a new company under our broker? Thanks
A good update, clear identification of a target within a specific sector that they have been working on for some time to conclude the aquisition and it sounds close, Covid-19 aside of course.
I agree there were clues in previous communications about listing on another exchange so a delist from AIM would be required that is also a positive and fingers crossed it all succeeds.
As for the lack of communication I am sure if they could have they would have.
Cash shells are risky plays so I am happy that there is life in this old dog yet!
This update has been a good start to the day
The update as Neilin looks to be pointing at too gives you an idea of why they didn't apply for the extension. Think someone else pointed out recently too non application was perhaps deliberate.
Whilst it's been a very long time coming, people should see the good in that update even though it's not yet the RTO. How much longer it will be I don't know but suspect we'd want covid out of the way and normality back on the cards (and a bull market) before we come back in.
I met and chatted to Alan, being the ONLY other shareholder to turn up to that vote, other than Antos!! I do not think Alan is there just for a salary.
Disappointed that we are not back trading yet. Disappointed that I have lost my rather large ISA holdings! Disappointed that the shares will not benefit from IHT relief, having now left AIM! Will look forward to a new company trading on hopefully a larger and more liquid exchange and to potential £m, if/when trading starts again!!! :-))
To keep paying themselves salaries until the pot is empty?
Valryx does not suck, its BOD sucks, they couldn't raise a smile between them........get this on a main market and real investment opportunities could make the difference.
IMHO
GLA
We do need clarification of why they didn't go for, or not eligible to take advantage of the covid fca extension
They had so much time to tell us this and they chose now to give us ‘we hahe a target in mind’. They couldve told us this months ago. Nothing new or exciting in that rns tbh. We all expected a target to be in mind. Complete idiots the bod are. Just stringing it along
A slim chance of success but it could have been worse
My roulette comment was based on the fact we have one chance to win, but many more chances to lose.
Not if its valrx. That company sucks!
Are you for real??? After all this time you are happy they have a target in mind. The impression you got here was that there were companys trying to knock the door down to get involved. Why cant they defer the cancellation because of the virus? Maybe there isnt enough happening to satisfy the FCA/Exchange/.
Our Bould roulette wheel is still spinning, where will the ball stop?
That's further news. Very pleased that the BOD have a target in mind.
