Anybody received their copy of the accounts and voting forms yet?
Got mine this afternoon
A suspiciously exact theory. Strange this backdoor whispering that has been going on for years?
Eric, Think you hit the nail on the head, why choose Berkeley as a vehicle unless it’s seen as a getaway car.
Keep an eye on your letter boxes, it's coming in the post... Did I mention we're getting a new CEO? I wonder why AB is handing over the reigns for this new venture?
It's just a theory, but I have a feeling AB is going to sell 6% of our 11% Royalty for a lump sum (closer to re-listing) and then we will also have some dilution on top of that to raise a bit more cash, and 19% of the enlarged shares in issue going to Revelo for the Copper project. We then retain a 5% Royalty which is paid as soon as production starts from Kabwe, no waiting for them to recover their costs first (providing they don't go and change the rules). Just a theory...
Think Alex is waiting for any potential further lows in the GLR share price before he will consider selling our holding.
Has the long awaited BMR circular now appeared?
As a non-shareholder here, can I ask if it says anything about Jubilee or Galileo?
What arrangements are there for the royalty over Kabwe? Are Jubilee keeping their 29% shareholding in BMR? Is there any indication of what BMR intend to do with their shares in Galileo?
Thanks for your help and good luck all!
"we have a knack of going around in circles and not quite getting there." A Circular ??
Ah ha so the long awaited circular has appeared and it reads well for the future
Relisting in some form or other with fundraising, dilution, resource to be located, exploration/development costs and much much more - whoopee...not
Just another project so good we were able to snap it up before it was on the radar, we have a knack of going around in circles and not quite getting there. AIMHO of course
Bird has been on the Revelo board for about 5 years... It appears that CB is having a major influence on the future of BMR. Funny that, because he's been instrumental in helping to strip us of our assets, and now we're taking the scraps that nobody else wants...
Has Bird got bmr shareholders to pay for his expansion plans yet again?
The Bird/Borrelli relationship always reminds me of the old Spitting Image David Owen/Steel sketches for some reason.
Prepare yourselves for confetti.
Well Well , Colin Bird is listed as a Director. he Has 1.34% stake in RRC.

Yes, too many outright crooks on AIM. I'm amazed that one or two of them haven't been found face down in a ditch, they must have caused some to lose everything they had.
We had assets, a great ones worth a fortune . AB gave it away for peanuts and now wants us to fund to search for a new one.
You would have to be an utter tool to touch another of his schemes with a barge pole.
I never cease to be amazed at the brass neck of some of the squalid chancers running aim companies.
Fireball, I am bleeding from the eyes after reading that. I wonder why Revelo can't fund it themselves, or why Antofagasta hasn't swooped, if it's promising? Moreover, where is the money coming from? Perhaps the mysterious Blue Square is giving us our dosh back to set the new ball rolling. Lol.
I must await this circular, then decide if this shiny new thing is something that we can get our teeth into.
Like a Kabwe asset, for example.
If Bozza's true to form, he'll sucker in noob investors to fund exploration, find a $bn copper mine, dilute to develop it but use crucial cash to buy a decrepit cocoa plantation in Ecuador instead leaving us short so we have to give 90% of it away for a plate of beans - all the while raking in a useful salary and telling us how clever he has been.
Bring, I’m liking the way you are keeping the faith. I’m going to rely on playing the old arcade game for fun and zero funding, not the slot game that eats most of one’s hard earned, like the reels spun by MA and subsequently tilted by AB. Montezuma’s revenge, couldn’t have wished for a more tasteful AIM play lol. Well let’s hope it’s churning out copper.
All I will say is, as far as mining projects go, it could have been a lot worse… Chile is an excellent place for mining, they produce 35% of the worlds Copper supply. Antofagasta, a £10billion company operates mainly out of Chile, and this exploration acreage we’re looking at is stone’s throw away from some of their Copper mines. If we make a good discovery, there’s a good chance we could just sell it straight to one of the big mining companies in the region... At least it wasn't something in Africa!
There should also be another acquisition being made by BMR, and I hope this one has a bit more meat on the bones…
Got to get in quick, my goodness Eric will have a field day, are we serious, Montezumas Revenge. It was bad enough being rinsed but the name stopped me in my tracks. Just caught up with the posts here from May. Never believed that AB would ring fence, no carrots for the next donkeys. JLP just another string along, wonder whether they will ever sign off. As you can tell, most disillusioned, ready for the AGM. Ready in fact for the Tory knob heads and their WTF strategy, which AB has already carried out against his loyal shareholders. We must be off our ?? ‘s.
Klue, he must have read your post and decided to release the Circular. At least he decided not to wait any longer for JLP to acquire EML, we need to see some progress and I was getting annoyed with being held back.
I hope there's still a game changer of a deal to be announced... Is it me or is it getting a bit Chile outside?
Details of the ‘major deal’ reported here as well.
So Bozza's dragging us off to Chile for the next leg of the wild goose chase? I can't be @rsed following it to be honest...
The Circular and accounts are out this week. Have a look at the Tweet which has announced a deal with Revelo Resources for a Copper project in Chile.
