As a holder of Beacon Hill Resources Ordinary Shares we write to inform you that we have received notification that due to insufficient asset realisation there will not be a distribution to shareholders. As such your shares have now been removed from your account as worthless.

Has anyone heard anything about the wind up? Surely it can't take this long. Not that I am expecting anything but I would like to know where the money went.

thoughts on ponzi scam did you get the email
Andy, I only look in here now every couple of months but very much appreciate your concise and pragmatic summary. Yes, we were mugged but there is no point in flogging a dead horse. There is still money to be made on AIM but people need to be prepared to lose. There are no get rich quick strategies; we would all be doing it
Just found this page! I found my trip down (Yorki) to the London Meeting informative and helpful at the time and I emailed my thanks to members of action gp for al the graft they had been putting in on my - and other SH - behalf. Its been an education - an expensive lesson - but whilst there appear to be some seriously dodgy 'bad guys' involved, I'd like to than once again the 'good guys' who have made efforts on my behalf. All the Best - and hope your other investments prosper!
İ can find BHR in search LSE
thanks for post Andy.good of tou to have done your best, pity there wasnt enough to nail the swines.once again thanks for trying
Andy Eddie it was worth the journey from N Wales just to meet you and all other shareholders very nice people. good luck to you all.
As you say, Jones, Karstel and D'Almeida used BHR like a fruit machine that was always set on win. A lot of the scams on AIM link back to Perth Australia. It's almost as if a group of Perth accountants saw an opportunity to mug UK investors with elaborate stories of distressed assets which they were going to turn into gems. The more we dug into the finances of BHR the more gut wrenching it became. They knew what they were doing, as all of them being non-UK resident knew there was never going to be any comeback by either the FCA, or any legal case brought against them. Justin Lewis has a lot to answer for too as a lot of the hiding away of assets was on his watch. But you know something, these guys inadvertently have taken money from a group of individuals who to say the least are pretty upset. I wouldn't want to have the enemies these guys have made and spend the rest of my life looking over my shoulder every time I walk out of my house. Good luck fella and all the best.
You sound very bitter Andy,,, there was nothing that we shareholders could have done at the end of the day we were all robbed.. Keep out of AIM ? All the best...
I've read some of the nonsense below and will give the following observations as to why we have lapsed any further actions: 1) Myself and Eddie got tired with funding the trips to London for meetings out of our own pockets, we have jobs and homes too. There were some genuine people prepared to "have a go" but there's a difference between standing and holding coats and getting the sleeves rolled up !!! 2) Jones and Karstel are non-UK resident so its impossible to bring a court action. 3) The asset ownership was almost impossible to trace. 4) Vitol had first charge over the assets and tried to sell them without success, who wants a non-producing coal mine in the current climate. 5) The monies alleged to have been spent on the plant weren't spent so a huge investment would still be needed to bring it to market. 6) Baker Tilley had no intensions of attempting to recover anything for shareholders and as of today have put the company into liquidation. There are other reasons as to why we were not prepared to continue to throw time and good money after bad. All of you are free however to pick up the fight, I will even give all background information to any tangible person who wants to pursue the cause. In summary you might also want to band together with thousands of other shareholders who have been turned over by AIM companies. I sat in a meeting before Xmas where another AIM company had run off with the silver, I was shocked to find they were running the company from a hot desk at serviced offices in Piccadilly, if you looked at the website it looked like they were running Microsoft. I'm just tired of the whole sorry mess called the AIM market..
Hi All, anybody thinking BHR ran off with our money only has to have watched 'the town that took on the taxman' tonight to see how it might have disappeared. Try 'Britains trillion pound paradise: inside Cayman' on Friday. Both BBC2. Unbelievable!
Get your certificates buddy you never know they have not been taken off the listings showing market cap 3.37 mill ? Good luck..
Bhr still costing me sodding money!!! Tried to close my Barclays account! Only way to do that is put the bhr shares in nil value house which is dependant on Barclays as to whether bhr shares can go in there....or pay £30 to have the share certificates sent to me or put them in a charity account in the unlikely event bhr starts trading again the money would go to charity!
haso le
I just called BT now called RSM. Zoe Percy told me basically it is over for shareholders from this monday. For those shareholders who cut the branch they were sitting on, I have one thing to say....So long suckers
why is BHR still showing on stock listings??
