Totally agree, this Saga just keeps on rolling, nigh on 7 months now, i bet all the while Baker Tilley, for there awesome contribution will be rewarded handsomely with any sales made, certainly at there hourly rate, what an amazing part of the World AIM (so-called) investing truly is, scandalous!!!!
How hard can it be ,the assets belong to the shareholders. clear and simple.
the main assets $55M worth are present but no one knows who owns what as the managers have left the building.
they have giving up as there no money left for them to continue
Yes and to top it all off Baker Tilly have spent months on this which is not free so they had better come up with something good for all the money for they are charging. Something tells me they will be as helpful as the FCA.It seems all to much effort for these people to bring justice to the table.
Oh my word, think that says it all really, CEO'S, executives and Governments seem to astound me in a bad way, run a business/Country to the ground all the while getting paid royally for their lies and inadequacies, deny all responsibility then move on tho next all the while i suspect receiving awards at their wonderful gala's and conferences, what a just and transparent world in which we live.
The so called self made Ex directors of BHR Do not need to work anymore .This is flannel
If the retired BOD of BHR were not corrupt then their is just one thing they need to do .HAND BACK THE SHAREHOLDERS ASSETS. Its as easy as that.
Don't worry about the spelling the ex CEO doesn't. RK is "Execitive Strategic Development at RSVENCO" says a lot when you can't even spell "Executive" at ex CEO level for that salary, you get what's on the tin - another epic fail to add to the CV. PM would have been simpler. https://za.linkedin.com/pub/rowan-karstel/14/558/b2a Here is what he said at the coal conference in May 2015 being an oracle of mining, logistics and captain of industry, slide three says "competent persons report" from arse venco with BHR and not being able to spell correctly does make you wonder. http://www.slideshare.net/TristanWiggill/coal-logistic-challenges-in-Mozambique
Have not received info that the "Three Musketeers" have given up the good fight !
RK is a Strategic Executive at RSV ENCO Ltd, looks like their some sort of consultancy outfit, feel sorry for their clients. JFJ is probably stealing a living somewhere else by now. Tough lesson for all BHR shareholders, BoD of shameless chancers with no integrity, lets hope karma pays them back one day! Shame it won't pay us back what we lost, well it is what it is!
I'm still checking in a couple of times a week. I wonder what the BOD are upto these days ?
.
Checking in her numerous times a day for updates
Mr Mugarbie has a finger in this lot in my view a corrupt Country that does not want outsiders in his country ???
" to the administrators there is a group who are in discussions with the key stakeholder (whoever that is)" Major stakeholder in talks with major shareholders is very positive as finance for legal counsel has not been asked for as of yet!
According to the administrators there is a group who are in discussions with the key stakeholder (whoever that is) regarding refinancing of the operation in Mozambique. I would assume if some deal was done the Mozambique asset may generate some return of value.
at the last annual report. This is what was needed to return a value for shareholders. These have vanished or suddenly become a complex case of who owns what to what subsidiary(s).
Is this still away forward for shareholders as its just wrong on so many levels.I to believe BHR should be investigated for fraudulent transactions as for the BOD not helping with the location of the assets just proves the corruption with in. There must be something we could do.
Blatant theft! Should that be the case. The police now need to investigate with BT.
basically confirming it cannot get access to the assets of BHR due to BHR management resigning and not telling them were the keys are. Therefore there are insufficient funds to proceed.
So what about the main part of the company that they said didn't belong to bhr now and their selling that on the side
Time to accept that the bar stewards got away with it and move on if you can. I lost £18k; entirely my fault as the last £17k of that was in the final 4 months, thinking I could average down continuously and recover my stake at least. Lesson learnt. For those who can, good luck with other investments but mind how you go with AIM stocks. You could do worse than follow Riddler, Tradedesk and Bonker99 when considering future investments. I have recovered 50% of my BHR losses as a result to date.
Yes The BOD are ashamed at what they have done, but Fcuk it .....got away with it and are now very well off.
Thanks Andy. I was aware that we were leasing from Thelo, but thought there might be a small margin for us in the sub-leasing arrangement seeing as we had done all the hard work and put money up-front. Your comments about Fifa are telling, and what has happened here really does make one sick, but the time for bitterness (which is very destructive) is over and we need to move on. I hope the bod are truely ashamed of themselves. Good luck, and thanks for the reply.
