I have been saying these not after all the time! 12 Jan '15 i am questioning BOD and the no vote campaigners ... who knows they may be same people after all 14 Jan '15 this from action group site..... won what? 14 Jan '15 action groups intention was to kill this company and it has achieved it... the reason for that we will never find out...... THE REASON I AM POSTING THIS IS TO SHOW WHO YOU ARE Let the people make their owwn decision knowing the facts about you!

from a no vote was management, they just moved onto other things at shareholders expense
I said it before i am saying this again. This website and action group must be something to do with BHR BOD. This website and action group was there to mislead people to vote no so we come to this inevitable position. I must say it was a success for those. People voted NO... you did it to yourselves... This is my own observation and point of view DYOR Ps: duxi Nobody should trust you or your words. After all your comments about how good and important action group was ... now your last comment seems to me the finishing chapter in your comments (we will never know your real intentions) You commet below: It does seem that way I agree it may have been the wrong way to vote? also all has gone very quiet here I feel all is lost..... personally I have come to terms with my loss and moved on.. No more stock market for me expensive way to learn? Duxi
46 that could have been throwing good money after bad.... I personally have given up on this one good luck...
We should have taken legal counsel and further meetings to give up is letting this crooks get away with there pockets full of your money.we should of put a injunction on the assets so it would have made it hard to sell them.
It does seem that way I agree it may have been the wrong way to vote? also all has gone very quiet here I feel all is lost..... personally I have come to terms with my loss and moved on.. No more stock market for me expensive way to learn? Duxi
A lot of people have lost a lot of money not only from the dealing of Directors whom are not worthy of the title, but also from others who promised so much by defeating those directors in a vote to save this company by refinancing. For some reason those people thought they could win, instead the company went into administration. All seems to have been lost now ,and the Directors walk free. What was it those people who lost there money voted for ? To end the company and lose all their money. No, to get a better deal for themselves. Well...........it didn't work. Any others thinking of doing the same , maybe take what's offered to fight another day. A company that goes down takes you with it. Take what's on offer and fight on.whats happened here should be a warning to others.
would be nice to hear from the administration team as to what the hell is going on and how much Minas de Moatize mine got at aution by vitol.I think the lack of information to the shareholders is disgusting.
Mrs Magarbage rules
Hi Jonah58 sorry about the spelling My age you know, however Mr Mugabe the dictator rules
Hi Duxi, Well we are still here to fight another day. I have to admit that I invested in BHR in the hope of making a lot of money without doing any hard work (you could call it 'greed' if you want) so I have learned a hard, but possibly predictable, lesson. I agree with your comments about the financial columns in the rags. Best used for lighting fires. btw, isn't Mugabe ceo of Zimbabwe?
This is Mozambique Mugarby a corrupt country I must have been mad to invest in that Country... I feel the same as you 46 but this is a lost cause a very expensive lesson ... I blame the Mail on Sunday they said it was a good investment? I have never bought a the mail since..... Duxi
I think writing to the FCA and MPS would not hurt, even the fraud office should be informed after all we were told we own these assets and they are worth £55million and that's what I invested into. Now to be told that's not the case is fraud and should be reported .I think this needs to be legal investigated .Just thought another shareholders meeting to discuss this would have been a good way forward as I think we would have a good case.
Having previously been a Northern Rock shareholder, which the Labour Govt let go down the tubes, a shareholder action group is still ongoing and after 8 years has hit brick walls at every stage. I feel that although the circumstances are not totally similar the outcome will be the same. Was a harsh lesson then and is now.
I understand that the fca weren't interested earlier on, but now that the earlier accounts (eg value of company assetts) are proven as not true due to them not being owned by bhr, do we think that there may be a stronger case for the fca to investigate? Could we also write to mp's and ask for this to be raised during a parliamentary session? I have heard that this sometimes gets things more focus. Not sure what anyone's thoughts are re the 2 options above?
Im still here but looks like this is all over? nothing for the shareholders we have been robbed....
I second this. I am also very keen for an update on the current situation!
So are we as a group going to have a second shareholders meeting as to going forward and discuss the possibilities of legal action. As I for one think we as shareholders should be getting legal counsel. There is so much wrong with this .surly were not all given up.
new update from INC (delisted)... They still have not received any commissions from the stated Nov 2014 RNS but want investors to pay a minimum of £200k to relist or probably lose your investment.
Baker Tilly have been going through BHR with no stone unturned, that's there job right. So seven months on they must have found out BHR is a front for fraudulent activity every about it stinks.so with there final report surly we could take legal proceedings against them and companies involved.
Why bother with thee administration procedure if the Bods have walked away (actually deserted their gun positions)Have BHR got creditors as i seem to remember they had x million in the bank!
Based on AMI administrators - they were charging an average £710 per hour! There was an incentive to take their time. I assume Baker tilley will have comparable fees. Shareholders are not at the bottom of the pile - they are buried in a big hole in the garden under piles of rubbish.
