Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Hi All, anybody thinking BHR ran off with our money only has to have watched 'the town that took on the taxman' tonight to see how it might have disappeared. Try 'Britains trillion pound paradise: inside Cayman' on Friday. Both BBC2. Unbelievable!
Actually, I want both....
Exactly my sentiment. I can't help but feel that BHR are either just unlucky, which they are not or they owe us money, which they do. It's the latter and if we can't be compensated then they need prosecuting.
Hi all, I am not the right one to do this, but how come bhr board activities not reported to the metropolitan police ? A complaint would have to be investigated. Flagging the board up would be worth it.
Are we still here, guys?
Appreciated as ever for your efforts from me too. Still popping in every day!
Don't know but it isn't the only one. pMG is the same. Anyway, we are not going anywhere! We will build it up again.
Hi Guys, as previously posted, I have been following the antics on Afren's bb. They face dilution as much as we did and are voting to say no. With our experience, I have resisted warning them that the next tactic will be to suspend trading on the day, thus administration, thereby shareholders lose out completely. The posters there are same as ours. Believe me, the FCA are well aware of the antics going on within the City and do 't know why they are doing, seemingly, nothing about it. Or even, why the Metropolitan Police aren't involved. It is disgraceful that corrupt practices are allowed to proliferate whilst investors like us pay the heavy price. Of note, please look at posterMILLSM on Afren at 8.56 today about another company, AMI, again involved in corruption allegations. they have a barrister and contributed £150 per head for 'no win no fee basis'. I am not a premium member and wonder can anybody follow this option up and ask how this was done. I did not attend the meeting and, of course, all actions obviously closely guarded. Andy, an acknowledgement of reading this even would be good. also, weren't BHR insured? The FCA know full well what is going on. Again, everybody, as UCLStudent, we are all here.
What quick decision is this? Sorry if not understood properly, I thought it was still Ongoing?
While flicking in and out of here, spare time to go and look at Afren post 17.57 from poster CF73 and read DemocracyNow link. it tells you everything you would like to know about how banks bring companies to their knees for their own greed and how they get away with it. Why I think FCA have no teeth. Afren having a hard time but their posts resonate strongly with ours. jP Morgan playing L2 both sides and dragging stock down. Sound familiar? Not saying Afren will sink, just drawing similarities. The lot of them are bent. We would certainly need a lawyer that knows the system and fights our corner. Out of interest, I am not invested there, I have learned my lesson. Give it a read. Today's post over there. It is an insight into the murky world of finance. Illuminating.
Yes, I keep dropping in too, as are others probably. Not giving up......
I, for one, am happy to leave it to those that know what they are talking about and articulate the facts as known. You are one such person, as Redbike. I have already emailed administrators to request their impartiality and thoroughness, as it was all I could do. Keep us posted. Millions of thanks to all. It ain't over yet.
Done, reported to both.
I agree with you, 46, too many here are willing to sell themselves short. After sterling efforts by others including Andy, redbike et Al, don't give in and show we mean business. 2p minimum. We are not for being mugged again. Jones minimum must go too. This share will go nowhere with current bod go. That alone would be a starting point. We must not give in and we must remain proactive and supportive. Yes, I have complained and no notice has been taken and we all rely heavily on those more knowledgeable and able to counteract the crap dished out. We must remain resolute in 2015. Our support and commitment should demonstrate what can be done.
I just love the humour on this board!
No more pump and dump and no pump and exit. This company needs emergency care, first aid, recovery and development with right people with ethics at the helm. We need time to digest this and act in all of our best interests so we can have some sort of chance of compensation or recovery. Over to Andy and redbike.
It's worth it to let the board know we are not going to br pi££ed about with.
Not been home long. Clearly a lot to catch up on today and won.'t interrupt, but really want to wish you all luck tomorrow. Post all the gory details!
