Well who knows Muller12!
What we can say is that Peter Whitehurst has some pedigree, having been part of the Executive team at SSL (Durex, Scholl) which sold out to Reckitt Benckiser in 2010 for £2.5bn, before joining Arcis as CEO. He ran Arcis for 10 years before taking his next big career move……setting up Agile and M19 LS? Why would a man of that calibre do that? Presumably because he expects to have the clout behind him to get into governmental meetings!
Just to note, Zeus appear to have been involved with Arcis for some time.

Peter Whitehurst , @ Agile et Medusa 19
I think you are spot on Muck, the dots are connecting.
Another curiosity…
Agile Life Sciences was included in a meeting on 11 May with Bethell “to discuss upcoming legislation to validate Covid 19 tests on the market”.
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1027379/Q1_2021_Ministers_Meetings.csv/preview
Why would a company, incorporated just a year before that meeting, and which had ostensibly done nothing prince incorporation, be included in that meeting with the likes of Abbott, Roche, BIVDA, ABHI, Randox etc?
I may be banging on about something that doesn’t exist, but it’s just really odd and I would not be in the slightest bit surprised to find out that Agile, M19 LS, Arcis etc are in some way involved with AffiDx/Meduflow marketing and distribution.
Just one other curiosity here for info..
Medusa 19 Life Sciences Ltd, ie the company that Peter Whitehurst set up last year, has a device registered with the MRHA. It seems to be an antibody test and so I wonder if it’s the Medusa 19 RSPT? There are no other Medusa 19 companies with a registration.
For info and probably an irrelevance. But it’s somewhat odd and curious.

Avacta "Preliminary Results for the year ending 31 December 2020" came out on 22 April 2021 .
Suppose we could get a trading update before then but Avacta not in the habit of doing that , unless of course significantly newsworthy to warrant RNS .
BlackCat, I usually avoid any kind of prediction or anything that could be interpreted as a rampy, finger in the air, sort of statement. So in simple, non-committal terms, I'm thinking months not days or weeks.
That said, and as many of the smarter posters on here have pointed out, there are numerous shots on goal that could get taken over the next few/several, weeks and months. Some may already have been taken, scored already, and we won't know how many have hit the net until the year end results. (YE 31 Dec 21, results published late Q1 2022?). I'm thinking, 'undisclosed milestone payment'(s), LFT manufacturing/sales, early 'news' from the AVA6K ongoing trial, updates on collaborations, the list goes on. (See Energy shares post earlier this morning). I'm also looking forward to seeing how the IND application to the FDA pans out, as it is potentially huge. And, in the slightly longer term (as another poster mentioned yesterday) the potential NASDAQ listing and the parts to be played by some of heavy hitting appointments this year. Jeez, it's mind-boggling.
So yes, I'm prepared to wait a while for full potential to be revealed as I believe it will be worth the wait. But that doesn't mean I am not on a 'red dot hunt' every morning, because I am . . . Dr Smith could surprise us any day with one of the known shots on goal, or the arrival of new ones.

Are you thinking days, weeks or months..
before Feb 2022??

Spot on, Cityone.
Good points. I especially agree with your comment about manipulation aimed at weedling out the weak investors. (Seen it before, notably GKP, and I think it is happening currently with EUA.) The price is walked down, allowed to rise, and walked down again. The aim is to use use FUD tactics (at every level) to clear the decks so that the manipulators are the "last men standing" when the prize lands. Well this time, I am going to be one of the last men and I am confident that the pay off from Avacta will be worth the wait.
Of course, in the meantime we have to contend with the FUD spammers, trolloons and born again eejits . . . like always winning . . . and the rest . . .
Just another troll that’s like a fly in you ear.
I really can't be bothered to post these days but Alwayswinning really gets my goat!
AW, Are you not contracdicting yourself?
Your quote on Abingdon:
“Not doubt the Omicron variant will cause disruption though, and the testing market thrust firmly into the spotlight again”
Yet you think Avacta missed the larger orders last summer?
You really have no clue? The market for testing is here to stay
Avacta will clean up with HUA
Because eventually the combination of
Best test and med19 will be transformational!
Unfortunately it's been out of Avacta’s hands, it's all about Red tape with these things.
My target £5 on LFT and a positive leak on Ava6000 still stands.
As others have said the disconnect with the share price is ridiculous, it's manipulated to get rid of the weak investors before the next major higher than high rises.
Avacta has never been in a better place than where it currently stands, it's derisked and ready to fire on many cylinders.

Agile life sciences and Medusa life science share the same registered business address. Peter Whitehurst is director of both CO’s :- Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX
If he is linked to Medusa19 which looks highly likely seeing as Medusa19 life science share same brand identity as Mudusa19 lft site, Peter Whitehurst is a great person to have onboard to get into major retail shops and brand development skills. Think Medusa19 Life Science is set up for research & development also brand building for future products internally and externally. Peter as the director running the ship, with backing from boohoo boys, would be a great candidate, lots of previous experience to get the job done with huge science health and big high street retail contacts to tap into.
Non-Executive Director for the Brand Cloud (natural, organic health & beauty brands). Experienced management team in place and major retail listings in M&S, Sainsburys, Holland & Barrett, Harrods, Selfridges etc.
SSL international PLC
Chief Innovation Officer (Product Delivery)
Global responsibility for Innovation, Regulatory, Quality and Go to Market functions (Packaging & Artwork, Project Management and Product Portfolio Mgmt) for all New Product Developments for the Durex and Scholl brands (prior to RB takeover). Working closely with Group Marketing Brand heads to ensure the new products are in-line with brand strategy and meet the needs of the markets
The big contracts were missed a long, long time ago. Mid-Summer 2020 wasn't it according to big Al? and here everyone is still waiting.
Mustang74 wasn't that the whopping 105hp V6 version? In the bin
Sorry, but I can't imagine sales of Covid- testing kits to be that great if you are one of the 1,125 providers ...
Just to add to my original post on this thread, I see that Agile Life Sciences t/a Covid Travel Testing are now listed on the UKHSA list of general population Covid test providers.

Just have to say, excellent research Muck. You are one of the "unsung" sleuthing heroes of this and the ABDX bb. Thanks and keep up the good work. (And the other stalwart researchers who kindly share their hard work.)
All those folks who **** this bb off for not being "worth reading" etc these days, are paying too much attention to the eejits and FUD spammers. There is plenty of good research and comment here, certainly more than most bbs.
I, and others far smarter than me, have been saying for ages it is the bigger picture that matters. That bigger picture just keeps getting bigger, as the superb research on this bb bears out. The rest of the stuff, especially from the trolloons, matters not a jot, . . . except for the entertainment value.

All the post not sent, for < Ct 30. Details of the test were listed on MedRxiv I believe, will check.

Ok then Poirot - one last curiosity…
I noticed that back in March, Richard Hughes set up 4 new companies on the same day - Bidco 1, Bidco 2, Bidco 3 and Bidco 4
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/officers/p6zngeGHPS_ubxBkflYzV5xtdHM/appointments
This could be for anything I admit - he’s an entrepreneur with fingers in many pies. But in my albeit limited experience I’ve seen structures like this put in place preparatory to Private Equity backing, and so it’s crossed my mind if something of that ilk could be going on behind the scenes for M19.
That really is more of a shot in the dark though! But curious nonetheless.
If we have to live with Covid every year I’m not looking forward to the rest of my life
Had it twice now and it’s horrid.
15 days in and I still feel like **** and the older I get it’s only going to get worse.
What a fxckin mess we are in
Wow that’s some great deep dive research Muck.
Apart from the Peter Whitehurst/Agile LS info, that’s all new to me. I would definitely recommend focusing your research on Medusa19 though, lots going on in the background.
Though I’m fairly certain news will break in the next few days that will uncover everything that has been happening.
As I said yesterday, the M19 team have huge ambitions which is only good for Avacta shareholders……
Well if your little grey cells think there might be something in it, that’s good enough for me!
One other thing I’ve been unsuccessfully trying to establish is what project Sensornas is. The Mirnax paper on AffiDx says - “ The tests were completed under the frame of Project SENSORNAS RTC-20176501 in collaboration with MiRNAX Biosens Ltd.”
Mirnax disclose their funding as “ Funded by: FEDER / Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities - State Research Agency / SENSORNAS Project: Development and validation of a marketable kit for the detection of chronic diseases using point-of-care devices (RTC-2017-6501-1)”
FEDER is the European Regional Development fund.
Do you know any more about this Poirot?
