...co-incidentally, if ARB had simply tracked BTC all the way since January (without any reference to its increasingly added value and prospects) then it would likely be just where it is now. Most of that time it significantly outperformed BTC's trend, which I take as a very positive sign, long may it continue.
@iangibbins67gmai - personally, I think the SP is really good value for anyone looking to invest in ARB and that there are great prospects for return (otherwise I wouldn't have been topping up my holding last week in the 170/180s). I was just pointing out that the SP went a bit bananas in mid-February on the positive vibes and it will take a while to reach those levels again (although I wouldn't be surprised if that was this year). It would be a mistake to use that date range to calibrate forward projection, better to take an average or a linear projection since early January.
Hexam, hear, hear!”
I agree that no buying pressure means no sp rise. If we were on NASDAQ that would give us more of a level playing field with MARA and RIOT as it would give us greater access to a market where potential investors ‘get Crypto’ more.
In the meantime to attract more ‘traditional’ investors here it just needs more of what tends to appeal to them: profit growth, dividends and stability.
The profit growth is the easy part - that comes in spades this year. Dividends can also then follow but that’s a decision for ARB as to the best use of those profits. The trickiest one is stability as many investors I suspect will still be put off if BTC remains volatile - though even this has been more stable lately.
So I think all the signs for sp over the next 6-12 months are hugely encouraging but if anybody is staring at the sp every day getting annoyed that it isn’t going up then maybe investing in Crypto directly is a better idea for them.
Blubay so what are you saying you think that this is the right price now then ? Because everything I read on here say that compared to other miners we are well undervalued , my point was about loss of interest and if no buying pressure no sp rise
@iangibbins67gmai - "when we were under 50 we was the same price as this now"
you mean the time when everyone got a bit over-excited on 15 February?

All the best and let’s hope long term Argo do what we all hope they can!
Andy sorry mate didn’t mean to ruin your lunch break , to get the volume we need Nasdaq for the Americans to see how cheap we are against there miners , tbh if that doesn’t work then we are struggling, like I stated beforehand argo don’t give dividends out , so I don’t know what will make us move , remember you are betting on Argo : not with it , it’s like a horse when you bet on it , it doesn’t mean you own it , we get nothing but the sp , fingers crossed mate like I said not a deramp I am into Argo for a lot of money ; but that’s as I see it

“ mo the people who are buying now are trading it over a couple of days , not true investers”

Very cheerful message to read on my lunch break thanks for that haha..glad I zoomed out of this chat board there is more bull**** to listen to than a Tyson fury interview.
Imo the people who are buying now are trading it over a couple of days , not true investers
The volume of sales is ridiculous low , no interest ,if this doesn’t pick up then btc could b 74 and the sp could still b under 2 , if you think I’ve lost the plot when we were under 50 we was the same price as this now ,nearly 58 Now and still under 2 so no buying pressure no rise it’s simple ,I hope nasdaq will change this but miners not doing well at the moment . People lost interest
