I think I read that, at one time, the action group may have consisted of about 20 people.
It is, therefore, only a few of them who have chosen to participate in Plan B.
One hopes that some of them will buy back in again, in order to recover, at least, part of their losses.
If they sold out on the Brockham RNS of 28/06/19, then the current price offers a cheap buying opportunity.
Fear that he may be otherwise engaged and there's a bit of a problem with transatlantic flights at the present time.

Baits, I think you are mistaken. Lord Lucan has everything to do with Vonk/Tidswell. His name was on the requisition and he has given full throated support to Tidswell who placed him in his role. Lucan calls it a disagreement with major shareholders but the facts are it was only one , Tidswell , after he had been removed from his fiduciary role as Chairman after misleading the Board and shareholders. The company remains exactly the same after the departure of Vonk and two independent board members. This is not a fresh start.
(And if you recall the requisition was at first a threesome but became a twosome (Lucan and Tidswell) after Vonk resigned. Parts of this sound familiar Mr. Goodwill? )
Interesting observation by Postalot that 'derampers' have anger management issues. Well if that's true, what would you call a compulsive person who writes about ANGS 10 posts a day for over a year , totaling over one thousand, repeating the same things with total disregard for what may or may not be factual and pasting verbatim everything Lord Lucan says ? A. OCD B. Delusional C. Schizophrenic D. Paid
I will ask you again MichaelGoodwill ,you say you looked at the facts and you say it will be a lose maker, then with a man of your intelligence why are you here.
MichaelGoodwill you say you looked at the facts and you say it will be a lose maker, then with a man of your intelligence why are you here.
Michael it’s not good posting incorrect info and figures my friends. Very misleading indeed.
Baits his motives are he’s angry he’s lost and can’t admit to himself he has made bad investment strategies so he’s looking for someone to blame.
Alan2017 I got a good solution, why don’t you buy average down at this price, wait for 6p and sell at a huge profit. Simple really, instead of always being angry!
Not sure what your motives are but at the moment it is 23p a therm not 10p
Think a lot of the posts from the derampers have to do with anger-management.
If anyone is aggressive Alan it is you.Your hate for the company I can understand but there are a lot of people have got their savings riding on Angus and you do them no favours by posting all this tosh.George Lucan had nothing to do with what went on when Vonk & Tidswell where in charge. He has gone in a different direction as well you know. All your posts are aggressive towards Angus.I never thought I would see the day when you would be so Angry that you do not care about other investors it is a shame.
I know what I posted Alan nothing aggressive in that post. You find saying 2p is aggressive shame on you.
Baits - I suggest you reread your posts and see the tone in your posts.
I'm using Angus Annual accounts / RNS with links and page numbers to highlight key points for investors whereas you just post an opinion which is more often than not wrong and then folk have to correct you....subjects that have already been discussed...for instance the circa £400,000 for rent which is actually correct
Don't come out with that nonsense Alan what is aggressive about my post.Ok you do not like what I post because it lets people know you are posting utter rubbish because you lost a few quid, get over it and get back in.2p up to 4p coming when Saltfleetby gets running.
Baits - there is no need to use aggressive language on this site.
I do find it strange that the PR company for Angus has an account and is posting on this website that is for private investors? Is that even allowed? Good question for Admin.
First we had George Lucan interim MD for Angus Energy posting on here -a post which was not only removed, but you can’t even see when doing a member search (georgelucan).
It would help to explain the sudden influx of posters who seem to want to disrupt discussions regarding the financial health of the company in terms of income / outcome, project timelines, expenses, excessive staff salaries, current and future oil / gas prices that the company is using to justify its share value.

i suggest that you read carefully before spreading your deliberate BS. you too filtered.
b) if there is an issue of Shares or options in respect of Shares (excluding options granted to directors, managers or employees) by way of a single or directly related offer to the public with an aggregate subscription amount of £250,000 or more made without the prior written approval of the Noteholder then the price attaching to the lowest of those issues (the "Conversion Price").
Findingalpha seems like he’s here to disrupt the company. Very sad to see when us honest investors are here to discuss the company forward we get derampers posting incorrect info here with bad ulterior motives happy for us to lose money to fulfil their personal vendetta against the company. Very sad to see.
there can be no placing below 1 pence as per terms and conditions of convertible loan of £1.4 million in april 2020. its just another misrepresentation.
Another question, FindingAlpha, is why?
What is it they are trying to achieve?
It would, at least, constitute rational behaviour if they were looking to buy in (or buy back in) cheaply, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
lol that shut him up :-)
