@Gkerr – Apologies for the delay in replying…
“Just” hitting the LTIP starting point of a £10 SP before Jun.24 would be worth a drink. ;-)
Thankfully, there is a very BIG difference between what the CEO needs and what I need.
Cheers, Paul. :)
Ask Q/A.
This could be part of conditioning via PIF so Stroll will have to.
Bond could be moved to PIF , PIF will give lower rate.
More lies from Stroll, remember this?
More proof of blatant incompetency.
“I will be renegotiating the bonds at a more favorable rate, probably, and taking some cash to pay down part of the debt,” Stroll said. “This company will be cash-flow positive in 2023.”
How’s that going Lawrence?
C26.
Again, I can vouch what you said was true. However the description of bonus (excluding the original shares before 4:1)
Very complicated but based divi of 5 / 18£.
You can ask via Q/A after next reports.
I didn't say it, aml007 did.
Why are you not questioning their figures?
6.12 times as many shares, to be exact:
698/114= 6.12.
How can anyone listen to anything you say when you chastise me for figures a ramper posted directly from the official AML website?

The key point is that the £18 SP target was set in Jun.22, before the 4:1 RI.
For reference:
Pre-RI – 114m shares @ Feb.21 SP peaks of £22 = Market Cap of £2.5bn.
Post-RI – 698m shares & matching Market Cap of £2.5bn = SP of £3.62.
I know C26 says /6, but the wordings after read for achieving it only /5 not 6.
C26 need re read.
The 6 is correct but not for bonus.
£18 quid target then is equal to £3 now. 6 times as many shares.
Nice try though.
Thanks for posting the link AML 007.
If the director achieves that £18 target, I will reward him too, with a few drinks of his choice.
Son, don’t sweat it.
They short for someone else, hoping they may get thrown a bone one day. Maybe even enough to move out of that dusty old bedroom of their parents house.
Fact is they didn’t post for so long, it’s painfully obvious they play the system.
Just a pity it’s the systems money and not theirs.
You really are like a stuck record!
UK Inflation higher again, another rate rise in the offing, and 0.25% will barely touch the sides.
Inflation at 10.1% and rates at 4%, still a negative real rate of -6%.
Every time rates go up, AML's non-bond debt gets more expensive.
And the problem for the £1.2bn bond debt gets harder to rollover.
6 times as many shares.
So a 227p share price equates to £13.62 and we know how overvalued it was then.
It came down to £4 before the rights issue.
AML will need another rights issue within the year.
Sooner if they lose the Nebula court case
It’s on page 136 under Directors Remuneration Report.
You have to actually read it rather than just cut and paste like you do your quotes from Karenable!!!
Xxx
Funny how no-one can find or post the article.
@Vorlich001 - Hopefully this link will bring up page numbered 133:
https://amsc-prod-cd.azureedge.net/-/media/corporate/documents/annual-reports/aston_martin_annual_report_2022.pdf?rev=6a462584d1c54890a85a324a2663c3d7&hash=9A3C425CE6101D99D4249E882AA19A4F
The key point is that the £18 SP target was set in Jun.22, before the 4:1 RI.
As per this note on P134:
“While the recent capital raise has impacted the share price, no adjustments have been made to the targets.”
For reference:
Pre-RI – 114m shares @ Feb.21 SP peaks of £22 = Market Cap of £2.5bn.
Post-RI – 698m shares & matching Market Cap of £2.5bn = SP of £3.62.
The recent post-RI SP highs of £3.00 gave a MC of £2.1bn.
(Which would be around £18 SP pre-RI.)
So 698m shares @ £18 SP post-RI gives a £12.6bn Market Cap target.
Which is a HUGE carrot, but I would say it is on the end of a VERY LONG stick. ;-)
Cheers, Paul. :)
£12 billions haha! Haha! Haha! Not a chance haha!

Regarding Amedeo Felisa targets; I haven’t seen the Daily Telegraph article, but details are in the 2023 Annual Report pages 135-136, current share price rules apply.
Hopefully he gets his bonus.
Daily Telegraph - can't send link - was the actual newspaper - only a short article.
Agree….. link? DT?
But it very unlikely unless it doesn’t need an RNS?
C as n you provide a link to the article please tatt?
Oh, don't know NA, article said :-
"If he succeeds, £18 a share would value the company at more than £12bn and put it in the FTSE 100. The shares traded at £2.32 yesterday"
Tatt,
New or old?
Is this before RI ? If it before RI it need divided by 5/£18.
Just seen this in DT - £16 million bonus for CEO if he gets sp to £18 and it holds at that price for a month by June 2024. Interesting!!!
