Figgy ...................... the price you would hold for that you mention, i expect most of us would hold for that too.
On that note, i am off for a while. A finish north of 10 would be nice. GLA
The prize is very big for GC if he can vision the outcome in terms of wealth.
Imagine he can walk away with £100m in 2/3years.
With JB comes rapid growth as opposed to growth.
Even JB has stated that and that is the difference here.
2/3 years that is all - he will never regret it.
When you make money everybody is happy.
Right now GC needs sp to hit 31p to breakeven!
Re ..... - Not to be sniffed at Glen CRAWFORD!!!
My Father always drummed into me, in business, you do not have to like someone to take their money ! It helps, but it is not a requirement !
*you hirer
If JB came in, glen resigned he would work his notice 6 months.
Lovering is gone - dead cert on that. FAQ states he is leaving.
CFO and Glen are both dispensible.
The only person I ever came across who is indispensible is Sir Alex Fwerguson - UTD have suffered since.
GC IPO was a success - left in March 2019 due to illnes - the sxxx hit the fan. He may well leave again due to illness, who knows??
JB returned for 4 months and “SAVED AMIGO from slow suicide”. He knew rot when he returned.
JB is the founder of AMIGO loans the business. He doesn’t need to know all the ins/out. You higher quality legal people to do this. He will emerge more hungier and stronger to ensure this never happens to any of his businesses ever again!
I don’t mind either, both, whatever happens. JB/ GC togther I’ll hold for £2.50+
They have
It’s just a theory this:
If JB and GC partnerered up with the best intentions of the Shareholders:
2-3Yr Lend and Expansion Strategy
Return AMIGO to near £1.6bn M-cap in 2-3year’s with a clear strategy to achieve this.
With JamesB., mutual strategic goals “can be achieved with rapid succession”
When you’re both on WINNING side, work becomes fun.
Life becomes rewarding.
Glen’s reward within 2-3years:
CEO - GLEN CRAWFORD @6.66%+ ShareHolding paper £value=£100m
£1.6Bn Mcap = *£100m++ by end of 2022 (*in a recession)
CEO - GLEN CRAWFORD with. bonus shaes @9.99%. ShareHolding paper £value=£151m
- Not to be sniffed at Glen CRAWFORD!!!
Figgy, May i ask ?
JB alone ......................?
The key difference with JB and GC working together is the long game share price:
JB and GC togeher: £3.60 in 2/3 years
GC alone - £1.80 -£2.40 in 1/2 years
Business knowledge is JB
Legal steering - GC
Figgy. I hope that post is the outcome. Not sp. just management. The sp. for me. Well let’s just say half that and I would be over the moon. Gla
Like your numbers Figgy (Love it if it did) @80p I'm retired and living in Spain trying to catch marlin :) But not sure things always go to plan. Think it really will be Jan21 when lending restarts before we will get a clear view..

Both can run the organisation, win win whatever happens.
Covid 2 - Amigo is best placed to capture an upturn in demand for loans, once lending restarts.
Thats why I am still invested.
Figgy,
I wondered if you did BUT, we live in hope of morsels of good news in these turbulent times ! ;-)
Viking
Hi Viking,
The biggest mystery for me is the 3 very heavy trading days when 450m volume of shares traded changed hands in AMGO.
But who’s hands did they end up in?
That question will be answered next Tues Morning 11.30am.
I mean’t vote day!!!
Any update of your final line on your post Sunday at 17.39 re news @11.30 Tuesday regarding shares or do i have to be more patient and wait until 11.30?
Thanks,
Viking
