Vilco - if you could that be great, really feel the BOD are taking the right steps here. That video last night gave so much more insight on why the Committee took so much longer but a really well thought out process.
Getting things right take time but now it's time for creditors to get what they are owed and for this new BOD to take the company forward!
Anon.y.mouse - I think it would be an interesting watch as a holder, as it will give a sense of how the video is being received. I'll have to try and dig out a link as could be useful for other folks too.
For shareholders or creditors? May watch in the wings, social media is a god send for companies to communicate to the mass audience. Great move from the BOD
Live Q&A on Facebook 26th January.
Look at how many 98038 trades are going through. It is happening.
Thats a point Vilco, has anyone thought of any questions for Gary at the Q&A?
wouldn’t want to be out of this on any day this year Handsoff! The opportunity to buy at 6p will vanirsh soon as this baby is about to pop …. big time!
Think there is something on the 26th isn't there Ninjadude?
If the products we are going to offer are as fantastic as Gary says they are then the shareprice should build gradually and I would expect more communication and updates to the market
Looks like another broker using Algo are hammering the ask today £5k/£3k smashing through at 5.99/6.00p Brewing up nicely!
I imagine we will see more volume and more interest as the court date gets ever closer. Folks do love to place their bets on things like this. I can also see sentiment being much much higher once the court date is behind us and there is a good outcome, which will in turn drive the price up and reduce the risk. The reduced risk will open up AMGO to a tier of investors who until then will stay away due to a lower appetite for risk. The video clearly shows that AMGO have listened to the FCA and are making a genuine effort for their claimants - which for me also reduced the risk significantly compared to a weaker offer from them. I'm expecting the price to drift upwards from here.
Ok I’m going to be 1st this time.Wouldn’t want to be out of this share over the weekend.GLA
LTH hahaha. Those words wont come out of my mouth.
Rajesh so what you are saying, is that its a Shoo in?
IMO this is only going one way. The ICC have agreed with Amigo a great SOA for redress creditors. All points raised during the first court hearing by the judge have been addressed. When this goes back to court its going to be approved. No doubt about it
May/June is not a long time to wait, the whole of 2021 disappeared in the blink of an eye
If the soa2 is passed and the fca sanction the (small £35 million) re start of lending. There will be a six month deadline for claims to be submitted. After this a more exact figure on how much redress money is required. People are lazy barstewards and there may well be significant number of people who either forget or can't be bothered to submit a claim. Dilution is up to 12 months after a sanctioning so that's not till at least till spring 2023. Got to be hopefully though that the ducks are lining up a bit better here. Still going to be may/June before things really start to move here.
so its a case of accepting the 122 million, or let the company fold and there will be a bun fight over the money - the only winners will be the accountants/receivers who charge an arm and a leg. I can see this only going one way - the future is brighter :)
This whole episode is about compensation owed to claimants for mis sold loans.
The ICC have negotiated and agreed a fantastic deal, the highest compensation deal ever agreed I believe. Amigo have ticked all the boxes that the judge asked them to do.
How can any judge refuse to sanction this new?
The ICC have got what they want and it's obvious the preferred scheme is the way forward to achieve this.
MrSib - It looks like it was released on Wednesday.
When did this come out?
Well constructed video, key points made in simple language and this bodes well for Amigo in our forthcomings deliberations
ISA ,pleased to see your back
GLA , have faith in Gary & team
Cheers Mav, that is awesome!
Wouldn't wanna be out of this tomorrow ;-)
Great info and another clear example Amigo are following the judges direction
