(1) The FCA does not consider it necessary to appear at the sanction hearings either to oppose the Schemes or to present any evidence of its own concerning the Schemes unless the court requests or otherwise requires assistance from it.

The ‘sell’ of 257,077 shares at 11:11:14 is definitely NOT a ‘sell’ …. it’s my BUY!
The silence is killing me … I can almost smell the tumbleweed and I can’t help myself so …
I wouldn’t want to be out of this at 7am tomorrow! Fingers crossed for an early Christmas pressie with ‘positive’ HY’s and positive SOA2 update. Good luck everybody!
Taken from the AGM Statement 29th September:
"Work to progress a new Scheme of Arrangement ('Scheme') continues, with ongoing engagement with both the Independent Customers' Committee ('ICC') and the Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA'). While progress has been slower than originally anticipated, it is critical that we listen to the voice of our customer, as represented by the ICC. On 28 September 2021, Amigo submitted a revised Scheme proposal, incorporating feedback from the ICC, along with its future business plan to the FCA and the ICC.
thanks Damian, much appreciated as always, great job!
thanks Damian, much appreciated as always, great job!
many thanks Lanora
does this mean potentially no SOA2 RNS until after the HY’s … any thoughts anyone?
Thanks 600T … that’s a very interesting read with some links definitely requiring further research (I think I need to get myself a wallet). This has been said before but I really do hope that Argo starts promoting itself better than it has to date …. we’re so much more than just a miner and seriously undervalued at the current SP!
