Lawson - I think the new skipper has been piped aboard, we are storing ship, I'm trawling the dockyard trying to ponse some flags and a new deployment is starting imminently. I just hope it's not the gulf - AGAIN - a global would go down well!!!!!!
Hee Hee
Good news is that GC's operations (if he decides to go for it) will go via RNS because he's above threshold.
Agreement may also have stopped him from joining a competitor. More flesh to the JB/GC rumour.
Evening Expru shipwreck! I will be better when this dog starts moving up!
Good rns . Need to get rid of gc
HH
Does that place exist ?
Think about it Timmy
If you were in charge of Amigo (big ask but try)
Would say to the guy that's just screwed you "sure, have all these shares and get a shed load of cash while we all become jobless"
I thought I was filter HH me and Nickel got filter for proving you wrong constantly.
Okay I was trying to help I won’t post here until it’s at 8, like I said earlier.
I understood that GC had lot more shares than RNS states and that Can/ may sell tomorrow, in my view, not totally disastrous
Expru that’s the point Glen doesn’t want to lose money ie the company goes bust and it’s all gone !!! He’s taking it out why he still can.
It’s so obvious???
He would have had to ask for that agreement, honestly I’ve seen it in many companies before .
I think the BoD only released this RNS as Glen would have checked that he wasn’t tied in to hold those shares with the lock in agreement. I don’t think he necessarily will be selling immediately as he paid much more than the current levels for his last purchase of Amigo shares (30+p). I did think he held about 6% overall, so if he is checking he can sell his last purchase he might be anticipating having to sell all his holdings? If he does sell at a loss that will be me out!
Evening Lawson Sir - hope alls well : )
Timmy, you have experienced a lockdown before? If you are not invested in this then why continue to antagonise and cause a negative reaction?
Baffles belief - Just leave it alone and let people have the freedom to discuss etc.
Timmy - you know Glen doesn't need to and probably won't sell now. Why lose money??? He will bide his time and maybe hold for years like some of us here.
Newbies that got bored over lockdown, ive seen it all before.
Okay wait and see Glenn would have asked for that arrangement, I wonder what for you divys that statement is a good as him selling??
You lot on here are clueless
well the answer to that is because 10p is better than 3p.
Slower or later this 1.9% have to go . Very good news indeed as B.Boss Fatty John mentioned earlier below 10p good to buy in last chance, then sp keep low had their own reason by institutional investor. Let t 1.9% go in cheap good for us to add more.
timmycoles, the fountain of all knowledge :)
You watch Glen sell then, and if that isn’t enough of a warning sign for you I don’t know what is.
Does it say he is selling? Think it just says he can / is no longer locked down. Puts him in same position as rest of us. Non-event then.
Ha it won't help the SP short term probably but I cannot see why he would sell at these prices. Unless he feels the business is done for but then why was JB fighting hard for the business.
Glen isn't short of a few quid so it would make no sense to sell now, given where the company should be valued currently.
It would help to see a few more Director buys ASAP. As we are back to the company putting out RNS that don't help the SP (in this case I know they have to report this)
hes not necessarily selling right now, but he is now able to.
And he’s selling up? Disappointing.
Why would he sell at these prices?
