If you're waiting for the good ship Aminex to dock, you'll be too old to get into a F8, let alone drive one.
I would have thought a Palladian villa would be more your style Goldie?
gl your 09:29 1974 Red Dino ? The most beautiful car ever made IMO.
Doubt I'll ever own one but I have been taken for a drive in a silver coloured model. Almost perfect.
and a good morning to you oh red one
just red tape and political delays nothing more imo
no I don't /didn't have a commando - my partner had one...I'm into Ferraris atm and intend to grab an F8 to park in my chateau front drive when ship docks at port

Morning Gazfemme,
Before lockdown I came to London regularly and will definitely visit the Kilburn Vijay as soon as life returns to normal.
I owned a 750cc Commando a couple of years after the Dominator (with another Dominator and a Bonneville between).
The Commando was the fastest but nowhere near as fast as modern bikes. I remember a smoother ride with far less vibration as it was the first bike to feature rubber engine-mounts.
Did you have a Commando?
pre-lock down I was going there at least once a month - I highly recommend
sorry to hear about your Dominator loss...although I do prefer the Commando
Karma? Maybe Korma...
Looking forward to sign off!
GL x
Well goldilocks, the Vijay definitely looks interesting.
You take me back, as my mother was born and brought up not so far from Kilburn, (between the Big Wood and the Little Wood) and attended the Henrietta Barnet school.
My recollection of Kilburn was having my beloved Norton Dominator stolen in Shoot-up Hill (many moons ago). Maybe it was karma - I used to ride far too fast.
Masala dosai?
A lady of many talents.
Rojo
Vijay Kilburn
Jettydog - An absolute tragedy. Have you found another that comes close?
There is one in East Molesey (of all places) that claims some connection to the Sree Krishna, but its been a disappointment whenever I've eaten there.
More or less everything I've ever said is correct Frank.
can you confirm anything else he says is correct LOL ;o)
can you confirm anything else he says is correct LOL ;o)
Having lived in Colliers Wood I can confirm what Rojo says "the Sree Krishna in Tooting High Street" was "the best curry in England - gone!".
10p party coming soon ...
Yawn.
No Mr Jones, I haven't sold but i rue the day that I bought.
I’m not sure what angle Rojo trying to spin but it seems like he in fact sold as there has been large sells as well as large buys of course as no one know which way the coin will fall, I personally think heads and tend to agree with BG on this, AEX would of not paid a bean if they thought there was not a cat hell chance here as failure could spell certain death of AEX as a organisation, the fact is other things might be at play here, also the fact we know and the Government know when the drilling may take place December/Q1 (Hopefully) so there no rush but of course you can’t just magic a rig up from nowhere and we know Tans is not the best place to drill as getting the proper boots on the ground to carry out the work is a task in itself, there is a point where you start to feel nervous about the signing and I think we are at least 1-2 months off but hey some might disagree with my take, James is back and maybe next week is the start but it all guesswork now trying to understand a backward Government with there own agenda !!!
"My guess is that they are more likely not to sign now."
RoJo, there is no logic to that, if the Gov have no intension of signing off the farm-out, then why did they grant Aminex the Mtwara PSA licence extension, as you know, it's the PSA licence that gives Aminex, not only the legal right to pursue the Ntorya development but also a legal provision to farm-down. If the Gov (for what ever reason) wanted to stop Aminex in its tracks, then they would not had granted the extension, which they could well had found plausible reasons not to, but they didn't, they chose to grant it, which is why many here still believe the farm-out will be granted.
Which relationship do you mean? Gov with AEX, gov with APT or both? All the old Aminex board are gone now. Like you said, we'll just have to wait and see. I just think if it wasn't going to happen it would have concluded quite some time ago.
I'm sorry gazfemme, but it is just too late to tell me that your locks are not golden.
Goldilocks it is from now on xx
3 Marys?
'Last night there were four Marys, tonight they'll be but three...' Mary Hamilton by Joan Baez.
Well we'll see eventually won't we mather?
They certainly haven't been falling over themselves in a race to sign have they?
My fear is the relationship is not strong. My guess is that they are more likely not to sign now.
Like I said - we'll see!
@Rojo
My locks are not goldi and as for the 3 bears things do appear to arrive in 3s…
3 little piggies
3 wishes
3 attempts to guess a name
3 sisters
3 brothers
3 tasks
3 witches
3 drills in Ruvuma
The list goes on…
'looks like the Tanz government will walk away.'
That was your statement Apache so I was simply asking the question. Don't worry if you don't have an informative response. The situation is certainly open to many speculations.
Well, now it's clear. The agreement stated the minister shall give approval once all criteria are met. Rojo says the Tanzanian government will walk away. Still sense Rojo is honourable and if approval arrives, it will be he that will walk away.
