Tiptop stop it......I have a small buy order in at 2.5p
TipTop one problem at the moment, No License renewal.
It wouldn't necessarily have to be a buyout. Maybe NA would be interested in offering us 10-15% free carry on MIII in exchange for our acreage
None of this makes any difference if they don't get the oil out of the ground and at this rate of decline there won't be a company left. 2.4p on the bid now, just how low are this BOD prepared to allow this to go without some kind of progress.
Stop calling each other names and get onto the company and tell them to pull their frigging finger out.
That's right people, try to discredit me because you have no answers to what I'm proposing. The fact we have proven a working hydrocarbon system in the centre of New Ages acreage is of vast importance and value to them. All their main leads surround our acreage and our block doesn't hold as much attraction for other majors because New Age hold the surrounding acreage . Tilapia is like one of the most important parts of the New Age jigsaw puzzle. That piece that finishes the jigsaw!!!
People questioned why tiptop and tiburn were on my filter list. One guy said "why would you filter one of the oldest most knowledgeable posters" That was upwards of 10p. Regardless these people are screwing you for their own benefit. Talking up their own book. You really think they're that bullish since this dropped from 30p. Biased disingenuous opinions. Ignore them
C99 Keep digging you might hit the deeper sweet spot before AAOG .
You have not provided any evidence to - say why it isn't possible . You do not know what New Age or indeed other parties might or might not be considering . Just your contrary negative predictable AAOG reply to every optimistic post
What we do know - “The oil has been collected and then tested by both the Total laboratory in Pointe Noire and the Congolese state refinery. Both tests show an oil quality of 43 API; due to the characteristics of the oil and the well design, it is calculated that this oil is from the Djeno reservoir, leaking to surface under associated gas pressure”
The next stage will prove once and for all how many bopd will/could be produced . If numbers in line with what others have achieved in the area and pay/value similar assets
then good chance could be transformational for AAOG shareholders.
He was the same over at aminex. Wild, unfounded, ramptastic theories. None ever materialised. Honestly, he’s best off ignored. In both shares he’s probably cost investors hundreds of thousands with his “golden tickets” “yeee haahhh” “this is about to pop” “I’ve just spoke to the board” “I’m topping up” nonsense .
We have proven a very prolific hydrocarbons system exists on our acreage with 5-6 different reservoirs proven to be jam packed full of oil.
That's of huge importance to Nee Age !!!!!!!!
I thought the purpose of a BB was to speculate and discuss what may or may not be about to unfold?
Seriously.....you are not the brightest are you :-(
Again I will say this very slowly. We have proven Djeno oil exists and flows in our block, which is bang in the middle of New Ages acreage which they are just about to begin intense seismic and exploration with $800m in their pockets which they just got for selling acreage offshore Congo .
Which part of attractive acreage sont you understand??? Even if we hadn't proven Djeno oil exists on our block it would still be highly sought after by NA as all their leads surround our block plus we have onshore access and shoreline for drilling out to sea.
This is not supposition, these are facts !!!
Haha Haha.....C99....you've got to be having a laugh right
"It is a serious criminal offence to attempt to manipulate the market for securities "
Some of the utter nonsense which gets written on here by those against the company and you've got the nerve to accuse me. I think you'll find all my suggestions/points of view are always backed by solid research and info to help prove my point. That's why you are getting so excited because you know that and people will begin to realise just how valuable Tilapia is becoming. Weve proven Djeno is packed full of oil and flows at high pressure without the need for stimulation or artificial lifting. This is of huge interest to New Age as the Djeno is what they will be targeting, plus we can do this from onshore with minimal overheads. Not only this but our Neighbours New Age are now very rich after selling MXII for circa £650m. Which proves acreage off Congo is hugely valuable to those with big wallets
All these above points are actual facts but if you cant find sensible reasons to dispute these (backed by evidence) then feel free to run along to and report me to the authorities :0)
C99 what a load of nonsense you are spouting there that the discussion here is bordering on a criminal offence is outrageous and offensive.
Anything I have written stands any scrutiny on such claim.
It's very telling that you feel you have to resort to such idiocy just because you cannot substantiate the claims you are making.
Sad individual you are.

Tilapia was spun out of Marine III as SNPC are always looking for more investors.
Majors will sit on their license award blocks for years sometimes and not fully develop all parts of them until good and ready, the New Age leads surrounding Tilapia not yet drilled prove this point.
Equally, smaller blocks such as Tilapia attract minnows like AAOG whose sole focus is its development, SNPC want to encourage this type of exploration.
This SNPC licence block ownership document attests to this process, many blocks were spun out of larger ones and then had different owners investing:
http://www.snpc-group.com/sites/default/files/2018-10/PERMIS%20OPERES%20%26%20NON%20OPERES.pdf
As to Tilapia’s value at the time of sale, yes Anglo got it for the $5m worth of the depleted reservoir production of around 50bopd, however it wasn’t bought for that, but for the prospect of Mengo, Djeno and Vanji horizons.
So you ask why would the previous owners of Marine III want to buy Tilapia back?
Because Anglo found oil in Mengo and top Djeno in Tilapia, not proven before in this licence area, or by this onshore/offshore drilling approach.
Therefore the licence area worth is much more attractive now, once Anglo drill and finds the oil again then factor that Xtimes – don’t assume the current SP is the true value - but you know that right?
Why would the holders of Marine III want Tilapia - it was already hived off out of Marine III as pretty insignificant (proven by its drilling/production to date).
"The licence is located on the coast, covering an area of 50 km2, mostly offshore, in water depths of less than 10 m. The licence is limited by the Tilapia field boundary, part of the Marine III exploration licence, Lower Congo Basin."
C99, isn't that the exact argument that TT is making. The fact that the CPR had been cancelled (CPIs were very clear though) and the drill is needed to get further details, to complete it, combined with that newage has a lot of knowledge about the reservoir and they do know there is oil in the AAOG block, is for him the reason the likes of newage could be preparing a bid because if they wait they might lose it or have to put up a lot more. That holds just as much water as your arguments against it.
In the end, I would be very surprised if ANYONE would be able to produce ANY evidence of an upcoming takeover. It's in no-ones interest apart from AAOG shareholders.
That shareholders are not willing to pay 3p for shares currently is totally irrelevant. You are not implying that the average shareholder knows as much as newage about what is down there and how the process with the gov runs are you? Totally different set of information and I'm sure you know that too.
The fact you don't find his arguments palatable doesn't make them any less valid than yours does it now. It certainly doesn't explain why you get so stuck in on the subject.
Anyway, time will tell.

Never learns. What a sick f**k
Excellent bit of research tiptop.
C99, I don't see TT stating this as a fact. He is very clearly convinced this is a real possibility and I have to say he brings compelling arguments.
Nobody on here is going to take anyone's view as gospel and if they did they should get their head examined.
However, I don't see you bringing the arguments why he is wrong either. Well, apart from saying that he is wrong. Whether newage will buy AAOG or not is at the very least a very good option to discuss. TT brings the pros, if you think differently then bring the cons maybe?
But if you just don't like this share, and I'm sure there are enough reasons why one would not like it, why do you spend so much time on it?

Excellent map TT. Good to be reminded.
Is there a similar map from the Wing Wah block on the land side of the AAOG block?
MS
New age will also know that once we re-enter our well and begin producing 2500-5000bopd (possibly in 2 months time), AAOG will then be in a very different and stronger position to develop Tilapia leaving New Age having to offer a lot more money or in fact have no chance of buying our block at all!!
All the important leads surround our block!!!
But you can not deny how central and pivotal our Tiaplia block is in comparison to the Marine III acreage . If marine III is going to be worth $3,2bn like MXII then how much would you want to pay to gain a very key block that sits right in the middle of your prize acreage???

Excellent map showing the Marine III prospects, thanks
I like the description next to the map:
"Proven Plays in Marine XII identified in Marine III, shallower prospectivity also exists"
Shallower = closer to land = Tilapia
