13.43 Good to consider other view points, thanks for sharing the link. Although he does rather demonstrate a lack of insight and knowledge of this farmout when he says he has no faith in the unconventional because Premier haven't taken an equity position in it, and assumes Premier have little interest in it.
It would have been surprising if they had taken a stake in it since it wasn't something on the table for this farmout. It was always clear from the start that this was only for conventional, and unconventional would be a separate farmout with a smaller group of parties.
Mind you, I'm probably just one of the deluded fools on a bulletin board he refers to, so what do I know :)
streapadair, thanks for sharing that. Don't agree with number of the points the writer raises (I do agree with other points) but at least some sustance to why he takes a contrarian position. However, as with everything positive and negative don't take at face value and add to the understanding of your investment (or potential investment). Same can be said for the Next Oil Rush article also.....
As a counter to the Next OIl Rush view (which after all is soft PR), here's what a writer on the Sha........... (you know who I mean) site thinks. It's behind a paywall so I'm chary of c&p-ing it. Be warned, it's not too pretty.

brommy look at volume increase caused by panic selling by lsackluster rns and price dropping not mms playing games.

“I have to give Bits some credit, as he did apologise yesterday for his gaff.” Indeed Jiddy, always good to hold your hands up when you’ve made a mistake eh!
supposedly bought in at 0.43p so has either made plenty by dealing astutely or is a true LTH, either way in profit so why so aggressive in talking everything down, still can see no retraction or the maths perhaps the thread was deleted.
If I truly felt so unhappy I would be out and invested elsewhere or just taking the profit.
I have to give Bits some credit, as he did apologise yesterday for his gaff.
"to err is human, to forgive divine"
Jiddy did we ever get an explanation (maths) or retraction on how our SP had declined by 50% since this July, thought not :-)
That is the same joke from a few days ago. You must expand your repertoire old boy!!!!
Lefty was ripping in to me for arbitrarily quoting 1.35p. All I did was provide an explanation Bits!

Jiddy
Iv,e explained that mistake so grow up.
It was a joke meant for Bits Lefkosia - please develop a sense of humour! I know that you are dour at the best of times, but please!!!!!!
Lef- it will be next Friday
Morning Lefty
I think Premier have a good record of getting to production quickly so timescales I expect to be much shorter, especially as we are near infrastructure to support production.
Good luck with your strategy though.

09:25 1.5% of shares traded, some of those buys. So the silent majority did what?
No garbage about being trapped, investors who no longer believe or patience has run out can sell and chose to reinvest elsewhere in AIM ( or whatever) , no shortage of posters on this BB who have recommended other shares over the last few months.
Not being rude about anyone with that 99% comment, applies to me as well, I do not know all the factors involved in an oil industry farm out and certainly the issues DW had to negotiate round.
ps or jiddy's forecast of 1.35p again, with no time scale attached.
i'm fairly confident 88e will rise to 1.35p again but when?
good morning cd66beta,
the fundas arrticle that started this thread does make good reading which is why i still monitor 88e but we are looking at maybe another 4 to 5 years on top of the last 4 years.
the oil is still in the ground and yet to flow.
market has got this right, for now.
bags of potential .
i've reduced my holding for noew .no sense in tieing up money here with price static in the strong support area of 1pish.
comdes back to my mentor's view
fundas don't move price its investor's sentiment to fundas that does that. and at present that values 88e @ 85-95
not icebergs fourth rate assessment of 1.5p on this latest rns
The SP will be 1.35p again like it was four weeks ago LOL!!!!
Sadly once again you have put pen to paper Brom and highlight the truth, which you no doubt fully understand will rattle a few cage's.
Personally reading the available information to date indicates that DJW has demonstrated that he has been very astute in negotiating this deal, might I suggest that the top tier were scrambling after our offering but failed because they wanted a too bigger slice of the cake, or wier, I cum frum, screw the arse off us, and he was having non of it.
Brom
99+% wouldn't know a good deal if it slapped them in the face
Neither did the market yesterday!!
Yes, and I guess the side track will depend on the results the initial results. But its good this is included in the plan from the start, and is hopefully all included in the agreed cost.
Also not being mentioned much is Premiers funding for 3D. Our release just refers to them spending $15m for their option on Area B or C, but Premiers presentation gives this as funding for 3D. Cost for 'Area A' 3D was around $8 I think, so assuming $15m will cover both Area B & C. That has potential to add huge value, at the moment we don't have a clear idea for whats there, and I doubt we could move forward with either area without it.
moneyhawk plus ;
Lateral side-track to appraisal well (Q4 2020)
not sure if tundra conditions would pemit that unless ice roads/pad are in condition, but even if Q1 2021 will be exciting stuff.

We are still the operator ( for now ) think Erik could drill this in his sleep, he just needs the GPS co ordinates and the right rig plus crew, his little grey cells must be well stimulated at the moment.
07:08 think the problem is that 99%+ here actually have no oil industry experience and certainly not at senior executive level, would not actually know a good deal if it slapped them in the face (not being rude to anyone) , think most posters and readers are cognisant with that fact, a few seem to believe that they know more than our BOD (The Milkshake Kid phenomenon) and others just have different objectives and any means justify the aims, whether that is personal attacks, misinformation or just down right lies. Why else do you think Jiddie's LTH strategy is so often the object of scorn from a few posting here.
You are right about AIM though easier to lose money than make it for most.
