Buys outweighing the sells today.
Either someone knows something or investors taking advantage of the low price to reduce their average cost per share. Either way it is nice to see some interest in AMC.

No anger issues here, quite chilled actually, hope you are not a psychiatrist. Toys firmly in the pram. Just pointing out the biggest moaners have not taken the opportunity over many years to go and ask the questions.
But as a matter of interest, how do you know where Roger lives?
The reason Company’s list on stock markets is for Funding, nothing else. In so doing they sell their shares & no longer own them. It can be said that the shares are in name only. The Industry manages the listing.
Some stocks are 90% owned / managed by the Industry. Now considering that it’s a pointless exercise to make money from yourself. How does the Industry make money from the listing. This is what you see, nothing to do with the underlying company or general market activity, although it will be timed to appear so. You will also see Marketing pop up from time to time, in it’s various forms.

Ok called all the numbers available. The one for the company rings with the international dialling code but then goes dead. Tried it 4 times. The One for the broker and Nomad put me through to someone who said they have no new information and that they had not been in contact with anyone from the Company for several weeks. The last one for Press etc the lady said she didn’t know anything about Amur Minerals!!
To say I’m surprised would not be entirely truthful. Disappointed yes, but absolutely what I expected. Time to give up on this sham.
Good man - hopefully you get somewhere. Look forward to hearing
Ah yes! Thanks. I was looking at their website which doesn't have one. I'll try now and let the board know if I get a response.
@roger65 - You couldn't find a phone number. Look at the most recent RNS (AGM Results), scroll down to the bottom, to the section headed "Enquiries".
EIDR I can recommend a good therapist for your anger issues.
Not every investor lives close enough for F2F meetings and the company is lamentable at responding to reasonable attempts at communication. Hope you feel better soon.
Appreciate your post Henners although I seriously doubt RY will be anywhere in the Amur region as much as that might be a good excuse for the lack of Comms!!
Its always the unknown and uncertainty that spooks people and we often ignore that when gambling on Hi risk Hi reward micro caps. I'd take the 1.8p+ too for my 500k shares and walk away with a smallish loss.
I just hope it resolves while I'm still above ground.
Possibly some of us pi's are putting £ signs in front of our eyes ahead of the absolute reality of the position we are in vis a vis our AMC shares. Rather unkindly RY is being lambasted as completely responsible for our predicament. AMC was ALWAYS very high risk to potentially very high reward. Thats certainly why I invested. Unfortunately the risk element has come back to haunt us massively. RY is not responsible for the "SMO". We should be confident he does not want to see out his days in the Far East of Russia, battling our corner. Recent events have got sooo much bigger than us PI's, banging on about how much money we have lost/gained. I was firmly in the £1 party camp for all the right reasons but will now accept the 1.80p+ if RY is able to diplomatically navigate sanctions. AMC currently has a market cap. of c£13m. If any of us had £13m in the dining room cupboard would we buy this mine today at this price?
I've emailed several times over the last 6 weeks enquiring as to whether or not there is any kind of time line investors can be made aware of regarding a solution to the banking issue but haven't received a single reply. Not even an out-of-office one.
i can't find a telephone number anywhere to call them. Share holders are just not even a consideration for RY - other than when he has to ask us for a vote for something. We've no clue what's going on or even if there is anything going on. Disappointing to put it mildly. At the moment I'm just hoping for an RNS totally out of the blue to say to say 'New bank found - deal finalised'. Sp shoots up. Bingo
My concern is the longer this goes, the greater the threat of loosing the asset.
Valuehunter,
Then I suggest you buy lots. :-)
No brainer Buy levels here in my view
* I DON’t think he’s going to change his mind…
Sviblov is getting a great resource for peanuts. Imo I sing think he’s going to change his mind. Perhaps the longer this goes on the greater the chance another buyer might come along offering more and armed with a ready made solution to the banking hurdle…? Putting a positive spin for once on a fairly duff situation.
They’re probably trying to find a way around the issue, for example, creating a subsidiary in another location that can be used as a cash shell. There is options available, it’s just not a quick fix.
My concern is the longer this goes, there greater the risk of losing the buyer.
This was always going to be a stitch up!
Scandalous from RY, ignoring shareholders.
I think this will take months to sort out, no mainstream bank wants to touch russian money..
Geng you beat me too it. 25% down in 2 days?
Crazy rapid movement into the close - oops!
Maybe RY should ask Paypal? :-)
That’s woeful! Their system doesn’t even realise or recognise Amur is trying to sell itself and is stuck because its CEO doesn’t want to find a bank that can take the $35m until late next autumn - imho. Hilarious really.

"The good news is that in our view Amur Minerals' cash burn situation gives shareholders real reason for optimism..."
Really great research guys! Time to get a new office bot? :eyeroll:
