Number 2 - It is close to a settlement on DRC !!!
Most posters on here would find that statement offensive. The guff we have been spun over two years and two months is unforgivable.
It may well come good, albeit that's debatable and I'm confident of a sting in the tail somewhat short of $7.5m.
Bell said he could have settled for half most on here wish he had. He's diluted more than half in the long tedious wait. So as ever he called it wrong. Imminent and Bell will be forever linked.
More ridiculous statements from the world worst Investment Advisor.
His posting at 12.16 was comedy gold. Pick each in turn.
Number 1 - Elephant is making good progress ?
Five failed IPO attempts over two years plus.
Not made the list for the next tranch of IPOs
Benin licence renewal issues.
No interest whatsoever in any IPO.
No progress in eight years since RRR invested.
Helpfuls only positive contribution on the subject is neighbouring blocks are doing well.
That's it the sum of his facts.
It's a ridiculous statement from the world's worst Investment Advisor.

Lack of cash has no weight on your investment Helpful. You don't suffer the loss that normal shareholders do when new shares are issued and they are diluted.
In fact raising cash by diluting existing shareholders keeps the dream alive for you to reap the rewards if one of these projects do gain traction.
Congratulations, a win win scenario which is good for you but shows your 'granny mugger' character trying to entice in 'the unsuspecting'. Imo.
Any example to BACK UP the above in the MARKET?
Yes, take for example ECR who is looking for Victorian gold in Australia. MKT CAP :£5.19m with no JORC etc yet.
Like any AIM explorer, they too need to raise $ to drill, general expenses etc. Tons of other co's I could name.
That is AIM but RRR does have a JORC on Mikei, Kenya at 1.2moz JORC [BFS for 1 potential open pit with capex $3m].
RRR does have licences in Victoria as well JV with POW, DRC, etc.
[1] First Equity Broker Note: 19 Jan 2023 {via RRR website]:
"===$13m=== based on 1.2 Moz JORC." [£10.23m on FX £1=US$1.27] vs Mkt Cap £2.22 MILLION @ 0.065p, Tues,5.3.24.
[2] "Bitcoin & GOLD race towards RECORD high as investors bet on interest rate cut."-This is Money, Tues, 5.3.24
"GOLD -Hit all time high $2,135."
[3] Ref: "Red Rock secures transformational licence RENEWAL for 1.2moz African gold project,"-Mining Maven, 20 Aug 2020. "The project offers a great deal of UPSIDE potential EXPANDING the project's resource base. ..Eventual aim of building MULTI-MILLION OUNCE DEPOSIT like NORTH M A R A [Barrick Gold in Tanzania nearby]. 1st stage of BFS Nyanza ...CAPEX: US$3M. Life of Mine US$95m based on US$1,200 per oz of gold. Market has yet to wake up to."
RRR
Appears to be now underpined as norm like other stocks by Mikei Gold, Kenya especially now that GOLD IS NOW US$2,120 [This is Money, 5.3.24] vs $1,200 [Mining Maven article in 2020]. FIRST EQUITY BROKER NOTE: US$13M value based on JORC 1.2 MOZ GOLD [Jan 2023] -----------now will be even more with gold over $2,000 now as above.
John Cronford, Master Investors, Mining Analayst in his Feb 2024 article calculated Solg and showed co's mkt cap trade on 1-2-3% of their value of their gold/copper asset in normal times? So, £2.2m mkt cap of RRR today vs £10.23m [First Equity Value] vs US$2.52 BILLION [1.2moz x US$2,100 per oz]-----------RRR IS THEREFORE TRADING AT MKT CAP 0.01% of just its Mikei gold project JORC. No cal for any outstanding ..
DYOR, NIA.----------RRR [Mikei was won back from the govt by Mr Bell, Chairman of RRR].----
Question: Will lender's see this IF....? Best ask them IF $ is needed as norm or not norm? For figs, see RRR.L.
Wow those are some jam tomorrow projects. Hope the Company survives to reap the rewards ( and I live long enough ).
Finally some honesty from Helpful - Whoop whoop
He admits RRR have a lack of cash - There we go guys’d thank you Helpful you confirmed what many of us were thinking - No wonder people are selling ! Where RRR going to get cash from - hmmmmmmmmmmm

Dukey, the man who will stop at nothing to do AB and RRR down.
RRR is in a good place: RRR has a number of gold assets. It has the royalty on El Limon, it has the Aussie licences in a JV with POW (two of which are suitable for early production), it has the licences in CDI (two granted, four close to grant and another a bit further back), it has the licences in BF (two granted and another 4 in the pipeline), it has the licences in Kenya.
It has multiple parties subject to NDAs and it is in discussions about assets.
The lithium price is recovering nicely which will help ALR. It is close to settlement in DRC which will then lead to RRR picking up the pace at Luanshimba and Kimono. It looks like Juno is making progress on securing a partner for the magnetite. Elephant is making good progress and news should be incoming soon and the Damara Fold Belt is attracting a lot of attention in its onshore Namibian acreage.
Lack of cash is not the same as not being in a good place. All of those assets have value as will be demonstrated in due course.
RRR should have four income producing assets later in the year: Bilbale alluvial gold, El Limon mill royalty, ALR lithium sales and quite possibly the oil & gas. I also expect a couple of JVs in CDI and the start of the RRAL listing process.
So all in all things look pretty good: a few challenges but that is the way.

Yes Dukey
It somewhat reminds me of the Titanic - the captain and the band going down regardless.
From his company house filing Stephen is no spring chicken so might finally hang up his boots if RRR doesn't make it.
RRR is in a good place top top quote and priceless.
Others from a more balanced perspective would say its probably in the most precarious position its ever been.
And Helpful says RRR are in a good place ! Wow imagine what RRR in a bad place must look like to Helpful !

Dukey 0.0637 lowest price ever.
50% rise and spike does not get us even to 0.1p !!!
Let's just hope they don't need to raise for now and can use alternative funding sources.
To be fair I was wrong on that and hoping I continue to be.
Really quiet after all the excuses re elections.
Increasingly looks like the Reach RNS was just hyperbole with no substance like 5 Chinese buyers.
Many brought into it though. Let's hope I'm wrong.
I hanvt been yet for many years. But DRC this month would seriously improve RRR prospects and silence me.
In the words of the world's greatest investment advisor it ain't done till its done :)
The key word in your research Helpful is EVERYONE
Unfortunately
1 Pari Passu our prospects are not outstanding and will thus allways fail to compete against others - wharever the gold price.
2. RRR is all maxed out in terms of funding options available to it.
You've been bigging this up for years with the worst Investment advice ever. DYOR and IMO only.
$2,125
Very good.
Everyone with gold assets will be doing what they can to bring them into production or expand production.
DYOR
Still sell offs at 0.065, could we see new all time lows again today and sells below 0.06 ???

So the declining SP is all to do with shorting.
It's laughable IMO this company is so small.
The declining SP is due to the company spending more than it ever has ( admin and finance charges) , and over promising and under delivering on multiple fronts.
Sales yesterday feel like February 24 conversion of 19th Oct 23 CLN ( 211m shares), as these are the only holders in profit. Mr Bell needs a rabbit from his hat on his African visit.
Thanks Spec Lundy has been a member since Dec 2013.
Long suffering investors have suffered from relentless posting on links to commodity prices for most of thst time.
Just as the earth is round there are two facts :
- irrespective of anything Helpful will allways find a commodity to big up.
- he will allways big up an RRR prospect ALR and FASO and COTE he has been creaming himself over recently. Previously its Elephant IDA DRC Lemon you name it.
The old dog Lundy has learnt a new trick recently re neighbouring plots that do well whilst RRR is perpetualy in the doldrums.
Ten years of failed posting on this and SP decline and he says RRR is in a good place.
I may well be a boring boy to him but he is the worst Investment Advisor in the world and blind to balanced facts on this company.
For those who did not read the post from the link Helpful provided
see below
IMO this is the key takeaway**** Sentiment in the toilet, miners completely distressed]]
In other words---------gold price is up BUT not gold mining share prices
Welcome to the beginning of a precious metals bull market.
Sentiment in the toilet, miners completely distressed, overall capital spending at unprecedented low levels, historically suppressed implied volatility, gold-to-silver ratio at 90, central banks accumulating the metal at record pace, overwhelming levels of debt worldwide, marginal new gold discoveries, quality of existing reserves deteriorating, etc.
Gold is showing the way, but silver and miners should take the leadership.

Several have commented IUnder topic DRC payment??) about higher gold price and weaker RRR share price
so I thought I would start a new thread and lead with some observations
observations
1-owning/buying gold is the same as owning/buying gold stocks
2-not all gold stocks are equal- a- Producers major producer then other producers, b-gold in development-companies that are placing properties into production c-gold exploration- companies which have defined resource and those that dont
3- RRR is in the last category with some gold properties with a defined resource (Migori) and then other properties which do not
4=RRR has other assets which are not gold
In general a higher gold price will first left the major producers and then a time lag the others gold stock will follow in various degrees and in different time frame.
The major producers are the best known to the investing public so of course they will move first.
If you did a review of the RNS made by RRR in past 12-18 months how many dealt with gold? what was the company's focus? gold or something else? If answered honestly most should answer something else, which should help explain why RRR share price has not reacted to higher gold prices.
I should also point I am aware of numerous publicly traded Canadian gold explorations companies whose share prices have not increased either and their sole focus has been on gold. Several with defined gold resources with fully current and compliant technical reports (NI 43-101)
