*off* his shiny backside eh!? LoL
Kevin - did you take those meds yet?
Mental: I think today's RNS was likely the zenith as far as the hot money with contract rampers riding shotgun was concerned - hence the exits and SP back below 0.3p - it was always going to happen as you (and I) knew it would. We now enter a period of what I will call focused realism for LTH's - this is now the post-honeymoon period of harsh reality regarding what our new BoD members can (or can't) actually achieve. I fully concur that the renegotiation of the Hurricane deal will be their first serious test - not too long to wait for that (or not) it seems. I also agree it shouldn't have come to an extension - but we are where we are in that regard - I guess you couldn't really expect Mr. Consultancy-Fees to actually get of his shiny backside eh!?
..............."bizarre and contrary"......what like when you say Haythorpe has left ECR and taken Hurricane with him......LooooL
Looks like we have a high volume dumper today (one of the twitter gang perchance?!) lots of 1m, 2m etc hot money I tell ya
Will be really interesting to see what they negotiate after the extension. Bit poor it's come to an extension mind, ECR pays well they should be on top of it! I wonder if we have a position of strength or weakness (as no AH + had to extend). Will be interesting nonetheless.
RE rock chip's.. helpful for zoning in but don't get too excited, Creswick samples were bonanza remember (400g/t or whatever) and look what happened there. Ironically rock chip RNS's nearly always cause a small uptick then a red day.. At least as I remember. Real news will be new Hurricane deal + drilling timeline/commencement.
Kevin: 'I am ruling nothing out until I hear if from ECR' - but it seems you don't hesitate to rule anything in - no matter how bizarre or contrary to the facts and reality of the actual situation. Is it any wonder you're regarded as a deluded ramping clown on this BB? PMSL
.............ts............like I said before if I had said before 15th September that not only would DocHoliday be an employee of ECR, but he would be running the show!............we would be having the same conversation, you don't know..........I am ruling nothing out until I hear if from ECR
Oh dear - he's getting very cross now - I hope another hissy-fit isn't imminent? LoL
Tamer,
You asked a question, got a definitive answer and then repeatedly questioned the answer because it wasn't the one you wanted. There was no opinion.
I'm sure everyone would respect your opinion if it was qualified with rational or reasoning (as you have in your last post)....even if we don't agree with it.
...............FFS (LoooL)........just putting my opinion out there.......if Midas made it to Queensland before Mike and Nick joined, I think there is a possibility.........if not then I think you are right.........but I think I will wait and hear it from ECR and not some armchair CEO
Kevin: Did you take your meds today?

TS: You're wasting your time with Kevin - you must know that by now? The poor lad is rapidly entering fantasy land - facts such as the precursory negotiated agreements (or not), logistics, weather, topography etc. (i.e. reality) have no bearing on the drivel he posts.
It's not going to happen Tamer, it takes two weeks to lay the drill pad and then there's creating the access road. Besides, would you rather they went straight in with the drill or take their time to identify targets?
FFS Tamer, What idiot would plough money and effort in to starting a drilling campaign in to a project that may be cancelled within the next 4 weeks?
If the BOD started drilling before the signing of the deal then they would get absolutely hammered both on here and in the SP after preaching that they would take a more prudent and informed approach.
You are really starting to look silly now!
Take the good win today of the commercially viable grades and renegotiation of the deal so that it reflects the future potential of hurricane and stop with these outlandish ramps/ predictions, based on nothing, which distract from the facts and do more damage than good.
…….who says drilling cannot happen within the 4 weeks
Tamer, It takes many weeks to identify and plan a drilling site, then get the drill onsite and operational.
Given that it could be a month before a deal is finalised for Hurricane there will not be enough time for a drilling campaign to be formulated and executed, and they sure a hell won't put those plans in place before a deal is signed.....
....so Yes I can say that for sure
............you know that for sure do you TS?!..........the latest rock chip results will back up the LIDAR survey. Why not get a couple of holes drilled, something to discuss over the Queensland rainy season
Kevin: Try to calm down - you're getting overly excited again!
...........0.36p gone
0,34/0.37
atm
Tamer....No , there will be no drilling this year
TS: That title should please you - as I have no problem accepting that 2g/t grade is commercial - albeit at the lower end of that spectrum (which I note you do not challenge). They are not however 'huge grades' - as being ramped this morning - nowhere near in fact.
I'm also pleased the BoD have come out with an update on Hurricane - although as yet we do not know the final outcome - but it does seem that it is still within the ECR orbit. Was the original deal done at AH 'mates rates' - I guess we'll have a clearer idea when the final deal is announced (if indeed a deal is done)?
Overall a good news RNS - but we're a very long way from the end of any rainbow yet!! GL
..................have we got an extension so a few drills can take place before the rains come?
