Maybe we are the third party gearing up to be the sole exporter of the nxt building system. How big would that make leed. They certainly have board members with the experience required.
Good day to you. Seems like ages since last update , hopefully the board are turning it around. Nxt tec looks very impressive. Maybe that's where leeds future is. Of course we still get royalties on any blocks sold. Maybe any future building could utilise the blocks in landscaping etc. That way we generate two lots of income.
Very interesting reading, i think they may have found a good one in NXT - time will tell. An update soon would be good.
Interesting read - China & Phillippines. https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5360ba9ce4b05d1feab96e66/t/5adeeaeaaa4a996c381837ac/1524558576667/180423+Business+News+Article+-+Dismantling+the+status+quo+%5BE%5D.pdf
Surely they have to give us something soon - have to announce results by 30th of June and also call AGM you would imagine. However going on track record wouldn't be surprise if we got another lemon on our hands - hence the lack of updates.
Should be soon. Nothing on asset match so Im expecting a relisting.
Hi Steve - hope your right. With the delays on news etc I'm getting a deja vu feeling.
I am still waiting on this. Should be interesting when news breaks. Regarding royalty payments on blocks sold, this could be quite a sizeable sum. Hope news is soon.
Last update stated option to take part in additional funding in NXT Tec by end of March. Surprised nothing announced so far.
Thanks Steve - happy Easter to you too.
Good afternoon to you. I have looked in depth at nxt website. Very impressive. Getting royalties on future block sales. News seems to appear at monthly intervals so would expect soon. Have a good Easter.
Surprised there's no news yet - could be one of those prolonged periods again where we don't hear anything. Hopefully not.
Looks good to me Hope for news by end of month so this week. We are currently worth about 600k. Looks as if we could have a nice little stake in a billion dollar company. Should be more exciting than those other investments. We are of course also getting royalties from any blocks sold. Investments could be related in that buildings when built are normally surrounded by walls. So we could end up having our cake and eating it.
I have looked in depth at NXT Tec website. Very professional and huge potential for the near future. A further investment by Leed looked probable. Will be interesting to see what percentage of nxt we will own. IMO we will be relisted as finance etc are easier for listed companies. Leed could be worth a very large multiple of their current market value. I for one would seriously consider investing further should the chance arise.
lets hope so Steve.
Should be news update on disposal and also new investment and what the company intends to do regarding further investment in construction company. I would hope for a relisting soon. Listing costs for a company this size are only a few thousand a year according to lse website.
any news on blocks yet thank you
Wow what an investment this would be, global construction industry is worth $9 trillion.
Thanks Steve58 for the info. Hope this comes good some and is relisted
hi
Interesting. NXT Tec has received an Australian grant of about 480000 dollars towards their ground breaking building system. It is said to be similar to a Meccano construction Little or no waste no materials on site or any scaffolding. Buildings or modules are constructed off site transported to where the new construction is being done and literally slotted together. Apparently they have much interest from China already. They are currently assisting in the construction of a new hotel in Perth. This all sounds much more promising than previous investments. On investing the 50000 dollars it now gives us the option to participate in a further investment shortly. Interesting months ahead, maybe even a relisting as asset match dealing looks as if has been stopped indefinitely.
According to information found premises in Perth is permanently closed. Production moved elsewhere. If they have the mounds and raw materials the blocks can be produced anywhere. Coming soon to the uk maybe. Franchise possibility with Leed getting a small percentage of each block sold. New investment does look rather minute in relation to the companies current projects. One is 40 million dollars alone.
Would be interesting to know how much we would receive per block. Probably based on selling price a fixed percentage or per ton in weight sold etc. Still could be a nice steady income fir basically doing nothing.
Just what we needed. Cash in the bank. New investment in a company that has huge potential. I will try to find out more about them and report any findings. Still hope a return to aim is possible.
Well said, it has been a long time since we had anything positive to post on LDP. Fingers crossed for the future now.
