About Bomono, cut off date for VOG shambles was end of June. This share is driving me nuts, can't wait to see the end of it, what a waste of 4/5 years for me.
Welcome back, I also bought myself a tidy few more at these prices.. I agree never thought we would be given this opportunity again..
Never thought I would be back here but who can resist these prices, whoever is in control.Got to bring more luck than ascot did.
I for one didn't expect to see this back in the 25's , is it COC forcing it down to allow them to buy more and drop their avarage or does the market know of news regarding Biya and his chums holding up the development of the Etinde. I am fairly confident news will arrive within the next month weather bad or good!
Thanks for that Riv, didn't pick that up. Just as confused about the drop then :-)
Fake News!!! Did you read the RNS.....??? """he Director subsequently instructed to sell only such number of the Shares as was necessary to account for tax payable on the vesting of the Award. Following the vesting and sale, the beneficial interests of the Director in the Shares of the Company are set out below. Previous Shareholding 379,753 Current Shareholding 664,695 http://www.investegate.co.uk/bowleven-plc--blvn-/rns/director-s-interests/201706211637307992I/
Silence from BOD is deafening. Maybe Mr Clarkson knew something when he sold at 28p
Disagree, add up cash, carry and cash on FID and you are there. Include value of Etinde and you should be double that. Once SNH and Biya give go ahead BLVN will get bought or true value will be reflected.
Like I said on numerous occasions this will never see 40p if I can get close to 34p now i will consider myself lucky...this BOD is as bad as the last one......
I bought in at £3.73 I Don't think I will ever see my money being recoverd not for at lest 20 years lol
I did the same! Honestly believe that we should see 40p plus though. The numbers with this simply don't add up. I can't understand who is selling as seems to be ongoing and COC's position is unchanged.
this share takes an age to go up 5% but just a few trading hours to drop 10%. I promised myself that I would sell the lot as soon as I broke even which was 37p but I got greedy and changed my target to 40p. Oh well that serves me right. I will just have to sit and wait for another year before we see 37p again I guess. Not going to make the same mistake again though!
We need that Train now thou
You don't know that I sold my holding in the low teens as I posted the day I sold 400,000 so look back at my posting history and see that I sold at 26.25p..I still have a small holding but even if I didn't have it would not and should not prevent me from commenting on this bb. Unfortunately you are only here to Ramp along with a few others
We have $80-90M in the bank (always happy to be corrected to the right figure) and with a free carry (up to $40m) for the appraisal wells. With cash in the bank it's always easrier to get RBL than have to go to Darwin or Macquarie for horrible dilutive loans. If you don't want to get depressed over our prospects why do you post here as you sold your shares in the low teens. I know 88's had a down day but not as bad as some others. Chin up.....
It has been disappointing to see this marked down daily on no selling.. Algo's are moving it as they wish.. I imagine COC hands are tied a little.. if they buy any more they will be over 30 % and maybe they do not want to pass this threshold... Lets not forget COC paid paid 34 for15 million shares and up to 35 for a lot... so they are also feeling what we are all felling. Value will in the end prevail.. 90 million USD approx in bank. 25USD at FID and 40 USD carry.. all assets valued at nothing... Also look at all other oil stocks... PMO down 50 %, Tullow down 50 %, RKH down 30 % VOG down 50 % BLVN down 25 %...
We have been hearing this for years and BLVN is no further along, If and when FID is sanctioned how do you think BLVN will fund it's 20% of an LNG project??
How can LTH's be sunk. ??? We are valued at about cash in the bank and our asset is valued at Zero. It would take criminality to fritter away the cash. All we have to do is wait for Biya to decide that a simplified production system (which is practical) is better that a complex one which is not. Once he decides to get the show on the road then we'll double /treble (and maybe more) with that news. Honest....
Trouble is, the lower we fall, even a massive 50% rise in one day is garbage in pence increase to the lth but is nonetheless ok for a quick trade. I honestly think the lth here is sunk.
That COC haven't released any update with regards to progress, If the SP carries on falling and get to 20p I will buy back a few and put them in the bottom drawer. We are 30% off the 34p that we were told was soon to be reached.
Might be some regulatory issues for them.
Any reason why COC would not want to get to 30% and trigger offer? Not got money for full buyout? Other negatives for triggering a buyout?
SNH are looking to get a better result they are holding Newage to ransom new age need to get there finger out and start proper negotiating with SNH even if they agree to the development where snh dont take money until their share of what would have been theinput is postponed not much communication from COC i feel they are happy to let the price fall and gather up more shares
Not sure about break-even. Remember they paid 34p a share for 14 million.
They must be at break even at the moment...
