Always there to try to deflect and deflate. Predictable in the extreme.
100,000 shares bought in the last 30 mins of trading today. Please tell me the last time the buyback level was 100,000 shares in a day?
stt1 is ever waiting in the wings, skulking, twisting his mind in fits, trying to downplay the business of R1/Tap.
An agenda 'writ large' for all to see.
"Sizeable Buys going through in the last half hour of trading over the last week."
What sizeable buys??
The 60k is probably TAP continuing their buy back...
Fri 40k was rns today as TAP's buy back..
Thurs 60k was rns on Fri as TAP's buy back...
Sizeable Buys going through in the last half hour of trading over the last week.
Hopefully they know something we don’t.
Presumably if Amazon buy Sizmek's ad-server they will have to be sure that brands will be comfortable having their ad serving solution met by Amazon, many may not.
As for Taptica, they have their own in-house already.
Weborama and Amazon see the significance of the 3rd party ad server.. So are trying to seize the opportunity after Sizmek's filing for Chapter 11.. These guys see the significant opportunity.. visionaries...
I would have thought TAP would have seen the significant opportunity presented as they claim to be trying to build their business to challenge the big ad tech companies like Google and Facebook... I think it's a missed opportunity..

I meant Dws - he seems a bit one-sided.
Why are you just posing numerous loaded and 'point-blank' questions.
Over and above the recent placing which hasn’t helped the matter in the short term, lack of news and clarity on certain areas (e.g. R1 final results) has been the underlining reason for the recent SP weakness.
By the same token we have to also assume that once some clarity about the recent accounting and outlook is provided then the SP will recover just as quickly as it has fallen!
Who knows what the results are or what would or would not be announced at AGM. But there is one main factor in all this that TAP have set the bar pretty LOW ahead of any potential update!!
Eddie
No RNS to say they’ve bought more at this price. Wonder what the results will be. Any rational thoughts?
Pre-merger it was c. £3 in Rthm
Lost track of it during the merger trading, but it is lower than that now, but definitely higher than the current SP!

Newton's third law?
Any ideas?
If the share price divided by earnings is high then this means that investor sentiment is really strong with expectations that the earnings growth rates will do extremely well in the future.
Investor sentiment is known to ride on greed and bubbles can burst.
Meanwhile across the pond The Trade Desk has a market cap of $10B with a PE ratio of 120.
Who knows?
R1/Taptica are just the same as a lot of other businesses trying to manage their enterprise and along come the parasites looking for opportunities.
Somethings never change.
Could the share price weakness be connected to the Woodford Fund issues?
SoL has apparently fallen a lot this month. Correct info? thoughts?

Even a playing field of any sort - the sp decline here indicates other forces to be at play.
oops FAANG
Yes, I would imagine they will. FANG will have already paid for the verdict of the "probe". Then it's back to business as usual with them.
