Has been strong recent support.

I'm not suggesting it's going back there, before anyone shouts.
Unless we hard B - can't bring myself to say the word at this stage.

Now trading at 5 month high,
higher for longer is what the sector requires to take out excess capacity.

RYA performing like a donkey today - unlike Mikey's Grand National Winner (yet again)

Mind you - he did put his hand in his pocket (companies pocket) to buy everyone 2 drinks on the return flight home from Liverpool. It's the only time you'll ever get anything free from RYA.

Unfortunately Brexit dominates short term and sours sector sentiment.

What also is may be interesting to consider is the wider macro.

Are we nearing another economic downtown?. I think to answer yes at this stage looks
a stretch, but there is little argument that multiple European economics have slowed significantly.
Whether this is a late cycle slowdown or dawning new recession remains to be seen.

It could be s hedge against a larger long position elsewhere of course.

Another guidance cut perhaps?, But happy to be wrong on that.

Too busy sanding and planing doors.'re ceiling.I think it's same as next door is chipboard floor in bedroom above and another chipboard board below that board which shows as ceiling.I will have to pull the carpet in the bedroom.I do think you are right that the water is coming through the dodgy rendering.I'm guessing that outer wall is not cavity but brick or block. As you say the pipes will have to run through the joists or maybe (argh)channel out the floor!

do you mean the floor in the bedroom is wet and crumbly, as from what i remember you dont have a ceiling in the kitchen, you have exposed joists? Obviously with exposed beams the floor becomes the ceiling if looking from below lol. Just trying to work out where the wet bit is mate.

Have you had a look where the existing stoptap is yet under the existing sink and explored behind that paneled wall also behind the existing sink? Might need to pull a bit down, but need to know if there is enough 'slack' in the incoming water pipe (if it indeed does come in under the sink) and sufficent space to be able to hide it behind the pannelling where it rises up to cross over to the other side of the room. If the damp is above the area where the cat flap is then the intruding water must be coming through the outside wall, as there is no plumbing drains or roof in the vicinity to be leaking.

I was just thinking as the damp ceiling at that window end (probably chip board) has to come down it might be possible to go behind that false wall behind the sink....up..and across hiding pipes behind the replaced ceiling.,across to the other side then down. Something like that?

pipe route up into the loft from the bathroom, along and back down to the relocated sink in the kitchen below the bedroom. Is that what you mean? All doable, but would means pipes visible dropping through the decorated bedroom, which would be best avoided to save disturbing the decor in there. Personally id go into the wall covering behind the existing sink position, up to the ceiling in the kitchen and through the joists and drop back down. Alternatively lay the cold feed in the floor in a chase.

RYA best ontime performance
4 Apr '19
Ryanair achieved its highest punctuality last month since November 2017.

The no-frills carrier reported that 94% of its 59,800 flights in March arrived on time, excluding air traffic control delays.

This compared with 82% in the same month last year and up one percentage point over February.

A total of 2,390 flights were delayed – or 4% of the total – due to air traffic control staff shortages in March, according to latest statistics.

Passenger experience scores showed that 88% of more than 100,000 respondents rated their flight ‘excellent/very good /good’, with high ratings for crew friendliness (92%), on board service (90%), boarding (83%) and range of food and drink (82%).

Chief marketing officer Kenny Jacobs said: “Ryanair carried more than 10.9 million customers in March with over 94% of our 59,800 flights arriving on-time, as we continue to deliver industry leading punctuality, despite continued ATC staff shortages in France, Germany, and the UK.”

cheerleaders have gone quiet.Which they have.My point is that when the sp roars up it gets busy over there with predictions, and statements like "great company" etc.. Not much analysis of why the sp deserves to keep going up.
When the figures came out over there, no one broke them down or offered any explanation why the sp tanked!
Ironically the answer for the fall is in the rns.
Noteable fact for most of the low cost sector is the monthly passenger figures constantly going up!Every month ,every year, seemingly on an endless elevator upwards.More important than these excellent figures are the cost base and the profit (or loss) per seat. This is where the different business models come to the fore.
Much as I like flying EZJ and interracting with old friends there I currently feel the RYA business model is better suited to current situation.Their next set of figures could change all that mind you!

Is it a coincidence that the jet under their new leader decide NOT to publish monthly figures? The monthlies can be misleading but the financials do not lie.

Rendering is blown mate.If that end part of ceiling has to come down be an opportunity to run the water pipes across?

Riolto.I have no probs with wanting a rise but cheerleading with no reasoning seems pointless.

i know what you mean, i hate being inside when the suns out too. Spent the morning building some staging in the mrs greenhouse, then stripping the car engine down to change the fuel injector seals. ive been a busy boy today.

Theres no water above that part of your kitchen ceiling?, its on the bathroom side, so thats very strange but need to poke around and get that sorted out asap.
