Ahh fukandles you`re upping your posting rate, again, and really seem to be whipping yourself into a little froth about the company`s share price....you should be...and should definitely be looking to get in at this price. I told you....do yourself a favour and just have a small amount in the game ready for the multibagger.... but only what you can afford to lose, like I have..........oh I forgot you`re an eco-warrior!! Ha ha ha! Well maybe just risk £29.50 then....I know I know `do you know how many cans of beans and lentils, and candles for light and heat I can get for that`.....I know all that, but think about it, when the price goes up multiple times from here you`ll be able to get a new groundsheet for your tent...or even a new tent!! Imagine that!
You lot think the world can revolve on peace, fresh air, and hairy fairy `idealistic` notions...if there are any types of people who are delusional when the world population is over 7bn and rising its you lot.
Do you sit on wooden chairs? Do you use fossil fuel? Do you eat meat? I could go on.
Get real, grow up, and just accept that there are company`s out there that process wood...from trees...in forests, and have been for centuries, and do it very well with exponential growth in production like OBT!! Who incidentally also do it legally, with a proper plan, which you seem to overlook.
So like I said, when the bounce from this low level really kicks in you won`t have the gonads to drop by and say hello. You will disappear down your little hole because you won`t have the guts to open yourself to the ridicule. Fact. I can tell by the weasely way you only post when the sp drops.
We will see soon enough, because every day that passes another set of containers full of wood go off for sale....luvly jubly!
Toodlepip old bean.
Ahh, bottyburp is still with us - that's great news.
You're sounding a bit angry if I'm honest - this is a pity because investment should be about enjoyment and not just ****ing your hard-earned down the toilet. Remember to stop when the fun stops my friend
http://www.whenthefunstops.co.uk/
Do you wish you'd listened to me when OBT was in the mid-teens? I hope so else you're more delusional than I thought.
Some advice for you - Identify the smart people. Listen to them and and learn from them - they're often surprisingly happy to help. TTFN xx
Still calling in here Fukandles, keep those gloaty posts coming, almost at all time low of lows now with exponential rising revenues due to the very well spent funds constructing a high production operation....the bounce is coming dear boy!
Maybe you should take a long hard look at investing at these unrealistic levels...oops sorry, I forgot...you`re a tree hugger.
Sorry to pee on your fireworks here, but my holding is merely a small one compared to my other holdings, but you have to have a potential multibagger in the mix just for the sake of it...patience is key so just waiting for that announcement to add shares to a more significant holding ready for the rapid rise.
One positive RNS and you will go back in to your hole chewing your fist at how you wish they weren`t making so much forward progress.
It`s coming!
Way in to multibagger territory now, the company is unrecognisable (as far as increase in revenue) to what it was 14 months ago when the sp was at 20p!!!
Speak soon. :-)
No position in either these days thanks Urraca and no intention either.
Both are mired in the murky dealings of their respective management teams. At least OBTs' management team don't have their hands in the till (as far as we know) but the complex corporate structure and the pref dealings are a screaming red flag to me.
There are so many more transparent investments with great potential out there to be gambling on stuff like this.
4Kandals! Never one to gloat! How's Uen going for you?
Ouch. That's really gonna hurt. You people really cannot claim that you weren't warned about this.
Where's bottmburp?
More than happy with that update. Trade finance seems to be the key to dramatically increase income and good to see that 2.5mil has been received
I am happy with the latest figures and the fact that Trade Finance is coming into play. Also it seems pretty honest and realistic? Strategic Review is a good sign.
I see that the update includes a key word that I included in my Friday pm post...trajectory!
They must read this discussion I reckon they thought...`hey thats a good word`! Ha ha ha!
Here proactive do their roundup of todays update.

Also nice to see the trade finance which has been talked about so much coming into play now.
This may also signal the end of a closed period allowing Miles to buy more shares if he is inclined to do so.
Agree. This looks solid, with a clear view of turning the business around and making it profitable.
Decent figures. Appear to be on it.
Agreed also. In fact I think it's never been a better time to be in. All the hard infrastructural work is done. Sentiment is low due to Mozambique uncertainty and trade finance taking longer than anticipated. As a result we have a gift of an entry price, and Q3 update due next week with the addition of new, high margin, veneer processing since July. Any additional news re trade finance and we're off
The big problem is that his optimism is diametrically opposed to a very large counterparty who is equally in the know.
Giving weight to one side and not considering the other is dangerous - and of course, the accounts don;t add up and and the whole episode is a mystery - not great grounds for investing - ok for a gamble I suppose.
Seems funny how just a couple of weeks ago, when Miles Pelham was buying massive amounts of shares, Argento and OBT ordinary in the open market, people on here were speculating that a takeover was `obvious`!
Now, just because he confirmed that there is no management takeover agenda, as far as he`s concerned, the price has dropped by 25%!!!
He still has the shares, revenue is still rising rapidly, all previous funds raised have been spent well on machinery and processing plant upgrades for increased production, so all the most important engineering and infrastructure factors re continued exponential increase in revenues are now in place, and new funds are almost guaranteed to be just around the corner to progress this operation in one of the fastest growing continents in the world.....and yet people are surmising that there is a fly in the ointment for private shareholders!!
I would say a serious bounce from this low sp level is much more on the cards than running the share price into oblivion in the near future because of some conspiracy theory about the Chairman`s long term plans!
Anybody buying at this level, and at this juncture in OBT`s history will be very well rewarded in my view.
When the new funding comes the share price will recover to a whole new trajectory with doubters and sellers wishing they`d just held on that bit longer for the pivot point to play out.
Miles Pelham has ploughed multiple millions of pounds of his personal wealth into this project only a couple of weeks ago, on a company with a relatively puny market cap!
Does he know something we don`t??
You can bet your house he does!
Strong buy.
Agreed.
I do wonder why people think dilution is a bad thing. If you raise money to grow a business and the business case you raise the money for has a NPV which meets the Company's ROE % then that will only add value.
The real question anyone should ask on any investment is do they trust the Management Board in all aspects to deliver, if not don't invest. Personally I am happy with the board.
Goodbye
Cleared out the remainder of my holding this morning. Pretty convinced there are some big fundraisers on the horizon. No one seems to have a counter argument to my hunch. GLA who stay in.
I don't know if I should be flattered or not that you have chosen to go through my posting history.
I don't own all of the shares I post on (which you should be able to identify with) and I don't post on all of the shares that I own.
'Blinkered' Andyken? Coming from you?
I just looked at your posting history and it appears that every one of your stocks is one recommended by Winnifrith.
I pity you because most of them are utter train wrecks.
The day that you have the self-awareness to admit this reality may be the day that you turn-around your investing life around. Yes, I was like you once and lost a heap of money as well.
Sincerely, think about it.
I don't need to Google Fracesco Scolaro as I know of his involvement here before Miles tookover as I have followed this share for a number of years.
Clearly your research is as blinkered as your hatred for any stock that has ever been recommended by TW.
It seems this needs to be spelled out to you Craig
Most of the shareholders on your list are nominees. Look it up what that means but be assured that it does NOT mean that HSBC, Northland and BNY are actually invested here. Likewise Spreadex who are probably holding stock as some sort of hedged counter to bearish positions held by its CFD/spread bet clients.
Then at the top you have Grandinex - a murky off-shore (Seychelles, nice!) entity headed by one Francesco Scolaro (google him) and which also infamously floated one Paragon Diamonds (google that as well). In case you don't have time to google Paragon it seems that this ended very badly for its gullible simpleton PI AIM shareholders. As for Grandinex's mention in the Panama Papers, I rather suspect the worst don't you?
By now, a normal person would be smelling something other than fertiliser Craig, but I'm guessing your nose is blocked with something. I just hope you haven't been pumping OBT all the way down from the teens with your nose blocked like that.
Mr Byworth - not looked in to him. Don't need to.
Actually mixing those references with the paradise papers. Was more interested in the director shareholding’s. More than a lot of other AIM companies.
I think a lot of well known individuals and companies have been mentioned in those papers i.e. the Queen, Lewis Hamilton etc, if that's what you are picking up on then that's a little lame. That information itself was the result of an illegal hack.
