They hired for a reason, this chairman can raise cash in the markets. But when he does he hands out warrants left, right and centre l. It’s coming here but some
Of you just don’t want to acknowledge it
Some here got spiked unfortunately
Wanted to add to the last post the following point from the latest company RNS:
The mezzanine debt payment on 25 March 2024 brings the total debt (principal and interest) repaid by the Group since September 2020 to US$171.3 million.
Quite extraordinary and testament to the calibre of the management. You will struggle to find other corporate examples like this.
JWB he's a non executive chairman and does not have the power to do what you claim he will do. The CEO is actually Darren Bowden lol. I know he's at Arcm but he is actually a Director and Executive Chairman so able to make the types of decisions you are referring.
The other big difference is that Arcm is an explorer hence the repeated need for rights issues; that is what they do. How do you expect explorers to survive without fund raisings? We are a producer and not only that one that is profitable and spewing out large amounts of cash. Soon to be debt free. No need for a rights issue. Quite the opposite. Lots of options open such as purchasing other mining assets. See the company's announcements for details of their plans and how they plan to use their cash.
I don't think many are paying attention to your posts. I simply wanted to correct your wrong assertions.
Golds it’s highest it’s ever been looks dead set to hit that 2500 yet another great call by Jennifer Bellamy lol
See you in the morning
Madness buying with this chairman now in
It’s held too, $2303 tonight
And as per the late trades from yesterday, some new investment cash is coming this way. Trades of this size aren't from average PI's on AIM:
03-Apr-24 15:40:14 4.8389 6,300,000 Unknown* 5.20 5.30 304.85k O
Can't wait for Q1 Results, and REALLY can't wait for the revenue we are generating already in Q2 while being debt free.
Have a good evening, see what Friday has in store.
89% owned by insiders and a further 8% owned by institutions, I don't suspect that we will see a big sell off anytime soon tbh
I have reported him/her. Suggest more of us should. A discussion is fine but this person is purely disruptive.
You have a reputation across numerous boards, you have multiple id’s, a post count that should be in the guinness world records why would anyone with half a brain take anything you say seriously you are a source of amusement and have continued to be wrong over the past 12 months and will continue to be so while you have your one lane blinkers on
Some of you will soon wish you had sold this spike… but you’re all pointing the finger instead
Apologies Tygra, just making a point.
This should bumb this thread back up.
With the first post in this thread, almost 24 hours ago now, the SP was 4.7p
At the time of posting this, the SP is shown above.
What went wrong JW?
Had to change the thread as people keep responding to nonsense and expecting it to make sense. Remove fuel from a fire and it dwindles and eventually burns out.
As expected, with no new information MTL is now running up and has increased over a quarter (in value terms) in just a couple of weeks. As soon as a few media articles went out and stock commentators put out pieces about MTL, a lot of new investment arrived. We are also in Bed & Isa season where investors have a look at what DOGS they have that need putting out of their misery.
When the dogs are 'dealt with' and you realise they won't ever be coming good, a new home is needed for the proceeds so losses can be clawed back elsewhere. I believe MTL is a good stock to recover losses (it has been for me thus far) so any unused ISA allowance is likely to be utilised by recycling whatever funds were generated by selling the dogs.
The Bid/Ask has been all over the place this morning so the interest being shown here is a positive running up to Q1 Results. Volume has ballooned compared to the usual averages, some days we had less than 10 trades between 8-4, now we can see over 300 trades as we did yesterday.
Our cash rich position means any asset we want to acquire in Phillippines can be done using what we generate. If at some point DB thinks a raise is the best way to fund a project then I'm sure it will be from a much higher starting point so those holding now won't be affected negatively. He doesn't strike me as a typical AIM CEO who will dilute for the sake of it, it would have to be demonstrably value accretive.
Have a goodun, see where the price is when I get back later.
Afentra board should read
Ignore this guy Bellamy he used to post under the name Terry got banned before total joker
Was telling all on the even Try board at 20p to sell this that nonsence reasons when the company paid peanuts for there assets .

Joker
Will you be apologising for trying to put potential investors off and missing a 150% rise in the share price over the last month? No? I thought not.
The Chairman does not run the company. Darren Bowden is the CEO and he has stated no need for a cash raise at these low prices.
There is approx £300m of free cash to be generated over the next 4 years at current gold prices. The forecasts that you have previously referred to were based on $1950/oz price of gold. Gold is $300/oz north of that point.
Your case for £300m being used to fund a new asset is based on what? The way your cat looked at you last night? You have provided no detail to back up your claim. MTL have spent £180m on the current mine. The processing plant will be dismantled and transported to the new site at the end of the current LOM. The fleet of mining trucks will be used at the new site. There will be very little Capex needed to have the new site set up compared to the current mine. Will you provide any facts to back up your claim? Of course you won't.
You wait and see. I look forward to your apology in due course.
This chairman has joined because he can raise cash… start researching the number of raises at ARCM (where he is ceo) and how many 1 for 1 warrants he has issued. You will see a discounted placing here and exactly that format. You don’t want to hear it but you watch that follow ahead.
I make the case too that all free cash generated will be required to fund another asset. The shares are getting well ahead of themselves and some will be thanking me soon for not buying a spike
It’s here already.
Good to see you Adam hope all is going well for you and good evening everyone.
A good day at the office which was years in the making for those who held faith and for new investee's who are coming on board.
Spot on with the macroeconomics mention Adam.
Good to see this on the road to recovery!! Should be much higher than it is now fundamentally, add macroeconomic factors and it’s a perfect storm, hopefully it’ll finally achieve true value for you all!!
The company has had a £100m market cap in the past and there were no Institutions investing back then.
If the Abra tenement can confirm an additional 15 years of steady production then the Institutions will come looking. They will be having to buy in at over 10p per share when that happens though.
On the other site someone makes the point that at 100m Mkt Cap, Institutional investors should now sit up and take notice of MTL.
Volume has ticked up which is very encouraging. New tax year just around the corner too. As all say on here still very undervalued and new projects yet to be priced in. Will have war chest of about £250m at current gold price and production levels over the next 4 years.
