What is your option why the price is where it is now.
Just the raise and bad sentiment due to Alistair leaving and investors losing interest? Or something else?
Iām not concerned about how low the SP is. I am concerned about why the SP is where it is. Different thing entirely.
Someday we might find out what really went on. As a consultant I have seen some very ruthless politics.
Would like to share your optimism Icecool but honestly, someone who was so close to the holy grail would not be updating his profile with some mundanities but would be seeking recognition and eventually monetise his knowledge and experience in the higher circles of BP.
Updating LinkedIn is standard procedure. Very likely just chilling for a while hence self employed on his page. I personally wouldnāt read anything into it imo.
To add to those thoughts, I suppose that AS was allowed to hold on to his shares and LTI. If the data would be what we all expected or at least hoped for, he would confidently take a break and wait for it all to happen..

The more you think about it, the more concerning it all becomes: The CEO who was for years at the helm of a company on the brink of delivering a groundbreaking new cancer treatment to the world (!), is updating his linkedIn page voicing his merits. One would think that competitors would be knocking on his door every day to employ him and use his knowledge on the subject, even if he might be bound to restrictions.
Having been in here heavily for 3 years and would like to remain optimistic, but am now considering reluctantly to get out (at a considerable loss..) just like quite a few I suppose.
Not a deramp, just a disappointed PI.
Thank you, appreciated
Fair comment PL75, apologies for my post.
My comment about shares changing hands at the bottom was a general one rather than trying to predict this one, but judging by the tone of despair this is probably quite close to the bottom. Anyway your credibility is shot after your outburst today suggesting that the trial might have been falsified and all involved complicit, so frankly no point listening to your opinion.
Thompi, when Iāve made posts regarding my own personal disillusionment, did I make wild sweeping generalisations? Are you comfortable being included in the entire group of investors that no longer have any faith or interest in the share? Sounds like something a twat would say. Iāve said, have a moan, nowt wrong with that. Maybe just speak for yourself.
Tbf really like this one haha apart from the rocket thatās not my style. š
Remember, folks, patience is a virtue when it comes to AVCT! ā³ The FDA approval will come when it's ready, and when it does, watch out! š So, let's all take a chill pill and enjoy the anticipation! šš
Sorry about the lack of capitals. They were there when I posted the message.
LSE - you need to give posterās the facility to edit a post, even if it is just a five minute window.
And do you care to call 'the low'gje?
Did you ever run the dilution calcs for 20p?
Because in only a couple of weeks we're quite a lot closer.
pl75, you have been very vocal at your disillusionment of as, the placing, the sp etc. you are a genuine lth and i think most people have understood (and agreed) with your posts. so i am surprised you havenāt given ipadtrader the same courtesy, and instead have replied with smart**** comments when he has had the equivalent of a bit of a vent. or perhaps itās just okay for you to have a moanā¦.
and thorn could you please **** off. you post on here more than people who are invested.
Here, here.
He tried and may well have laid the foundations?
Time will tell.
There is likely ton of cash sitting on the side waiting for the likes of the original poster to sell off in frustration š¤·āāļø. Just when despair hit the lows is when the shares change hands and the frustrated are mugged.
I for one appreciate AS efforts on shareholfers behalf ,personally feel sad that he has left the company without completing has life long ambition.
Wish him the very best .

News of the approval to move on to cohort two first Live Long?
Any day soon.
End of April.
Oops.
ICE?
I canāt take the credit for ChatGPTās work. Remarkable accuracy thoughā¦
pl75 takes the **** out of himself constantlyā¦ bitter and grumpy know it all, ok for him and his clique to post about pitch forks and rant, however when itās someone else itās all bs and look at my green box list, like anyone gives a flying f**k about that. hypocrite to the max. toaster and a bath ffs pathetic loser.
Iām thinking we should hear something soon on 2-weekly dosing ā¦
RNS 21 Mar ā āUpdate on AVA6000 Phase 1a Clinical Trial Progressā
āThree patients have now been dosed in cohort 1 (160 mg/m2) of the two-weekly dose escalation study in the US and Avacta has received regulatory and ethics approval to open sites in the UK in the two-weekly arm. Avacta anticipates that the SMDC will review the two-weekly cohort 1 data by the end of April.ā
RNS 9 April ā āAvacta Therapeutics Reports Data from the Ongoing Phase 1 Clinical Trial of AVA6000 at the AACR Annual Meeting Demonstrating Clinical Proof-of-Concept Showing Multiple Patient Responsesā
āAt the time of the data cut-off [March 11], enrollment continues in the every two weeks ("Q2W") Phase 1 Arm 2 dose cohort.ā So, 2-weekly actually started before Mar 11.
āPatients can be dosed in parallel in the two-weekly dose escalation study and Avacta remains on track to begin the dose expansion efficacy study in the second half of 2024 in the US.ā
From the AACR24 poster - Phase 1: Arm 2- N=3, 6 x 160mg/m2 = 960 mg/m2 over 12 weeks. Data cut-off Mar 11. In fact 3 patients on 2-weekly by Mar 11.
āDisease surveillance every 8 weeksā. Now in the past.
Coming up to 9 weeks since Mar 11, end of April SDMC review suggests:
1) 2-weekly actually commenced mid-Feb,
2) SDMC review after 8 week āsurveillanceā period,
3) Alanās calendar,
4) Iāve missed something (please help)?
